      I ordered a ** online and the ** never shipped. I've spoken to about 6 different customer service reps about this but I keep getting bounced around with no legitimate answer or explanation. It seems like every person I've spoken to was from a call center overseas. I've asked if I can cancel but they tell me that they can't return my money for almost a month. Stay far away from this business. Lots of shady work ethic. I'd give no stars if I could.

      I contacted customer service over a month ago as I was unable to use the app to order online. After each attempt my credit card was charge and I needed to seek a refund for the incomplete order. **************** has been unable to solve the issue, and has charged me full price for a membership, when I am unable to use the complete benefits. They refused to refund my money nor have they solved the problem.

      Charged for auto renewal 5/1/23 that I was not aware of and charged again on 5/1/24 for the current year, I contact their **************** number and talked with **** in the *********** and she agreed to refund both years since it was too late to dispute the 5/1/23 charge. When the credit didnt come I called back and talked to Manager ****** in ******* @ same telephone number and now he says they cant refund previous year fees for auto renewal. I asked for Corporste contact information and he refused to give it! What a horrible company to deal with!!

      I found out that my membership has been active for the last 4 years when I canceled it.I spoke to **** ( did give me his last name) Supervisor of membership . He said after reviewing my Purchases that I haven't purchased anything since 2020. THAT our policy is not to return money even though it was direct debited from my account that I was unaware of after I made the cancellation.Someone at BJ's didn't do their job and I get screwed.

      I had a coupon for a discounted membership rate. I opened the Membership on February 29, 2024. I saw immediately that I was overcharged. I contacted them and was offered a gift certificate for the $35 in overpayment charge. I refused and was told that a refund was processed for my $55 and that i would receive the money back into my account within 5 to 8 businessdays. I thanked them then opened a new account for the $20 discounted rate. Well after 2 weeks of not receiving my refund I contacted BJ wholesale again and was given a 10 to 15 business days for my refund. I was so frustrated with them that I also requested a refund for the $20 membership fee. Now I am owed a total of $75 from this company. Today is April 25, 2024 and I still haven't received a refund from this company

      Do Not Order Same day delivery from BJs.They really do not deliver. My groceries were delivered by ******** who left groceries on the floor of my front porch. Animals chewed the muffins and bread items. Also 3 items were missing from the order. The BJs manager expressed that I would have to get my refund from DoorDash!!! The store also did not know if all of the the items were even packed??. Rey poor service with no way to be made whole.

      I am a 65 year old military veteran who was burned out of my apartment complex of 17 years. Some friends of mine gave me a $50 gift card to help out. When I went into the local BJ's to try to buy food I was told at the service desk I had to pay $9 extra just to shop. I walked out and waited for someone with white hair like mine and gave them the card. I will never say anything nice about BJ'S. IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT MILITARY VETERANS ON ******** WHO HAVE BEEN BURNED OUT OF THEIR HOMES. SHAME ON YOU BJ'S. I HAVE NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT YOU.

      I purchase gas while at The ********************* BJs. It would be nice when you were getting gas. If you had your attendant, moving the cars forward that were in line instead of backing the traffic all the way up to ******* these cars leave three and four car between them before they move. I know you wont get gas any faster by moving up, but itll keep traffic off the street at ******* and usually the guy in the gas station is just standing there doing nothing.

      I joined BJ's roughly a year ago and via email received notice that my renewal was due by the end of April 2024. I also noticed that the card I used for the membership had been cancelled due to fraudulent charges, coincidentally the same day I was using said card at BJ's. So I was contemplating whether I was going to renew my membership with them or not when I went into my membership account that had already charged MY NEW CREDIT CARD that replaced my cancelled credit card due to fraudulent charges.!! MORE importantly is the fact that I NEVER PROVIDED THEM with this information!!! So I would like to know how they retrieved my new credit card information when I never provided it to them.?? I called them for an explanation and inquired how this could happen? Obviously a question that I am still concerned about and was never answered. I also requested a return on my credit card for charges I did not authorized on a credit card that I did not provide the information. I consider BJ's TOO aggressive with my personal information and possibly obtaining one's information in less than a legal manor. I am awaiting my monies to be refunded to my card and I will go from there if not satisfied.

      I put a delivery order in over $200 and I never received my groceries. I spoke with 3 managers none of them could do a refund. Excuse after excuse no accountability. I eventually drove to my local BJs club and they claimed they dont know how to do a refund l. I will not give my business to BJs anymore. Its really disappointing how they treat their customers l.
