      Membership renewal works like a bait and switch. This is a corporate issue. Received renewal notice in the mail for $55.00 plus tax. Then saw offers on the internet for renewal for $20.00 for the year. This was offered by BJs, not a third party. Did not indicate new customers. I called BJs 800 number to ask for $20.00 deal. They knew nothing about it. They asked for screen shot, which I sent. The usual waiting on hold, speaking to a higher up etc. Then a rep told me that I had a BJs One membership so it did not apply to me. Bjs One is the *********** credit card, so that info was wrong. BJs website only offers 2 types of membership, basic and upgraded. Rep finally told me he could not over ride the system to give me the reduced rate. Someone from another **** would call me back that day. I called back later, someone finally offered me $25.00 renewal. I accepted as I was tired of arguing about it. But $25.00 is still not the advertised price of $20.00. This was on Feb 5 and they are still offering the $20.00 on internet. Someone did call me back 2 days later but I had resolved it. How can Bjs publish this offer and then not honor it? Customers should not have to argue about it.

      This business is no good they had automatically deducted money from our checking account without our permission and they tells this is company policy and they wouldn't cancel our membership and return our money to our account they tell us you have to come to the store which is a 45 minute drive when everything is done electronically

      While at my local BJ's today a screen came up at the self check out asking if I would like automatic renewals. It states if you do not want auto renewal you can uncheck the box. There was NO BOX to uncheck- so I figured it was on the next page. That is not what happens. When you hit continue, it signs you up for auto renewal and the only way to undo this is to stand on line at customer service. This is fraudulent sales because most people will not even realize this is what happens.

      At the self check-out inside BJ's, you now have to indicate whether or not you want to turn on their "Easy Renewal", which automatically charges your credit card when your membership expires. I took the time to read it and selected "no". When my husband checked out several weeks later, he did not read it all the way through and quickly clicked it, which turned on the "Easy Renewal". This is very deceiving to make customers click through this every time as they're trying to check out. I'm sure many people have made the same mistake. After our current membership expires, we will never go back. We'll just continue our membership at ******* BJ's has lost our business. Another example of corporate greed.

      Careful with giving your credit card to this people , they take money from your account before your subscription expires and they refuse to issue a refund . They wont straight up tell you no , but they are going to give you the run around and expect you to just accept they stole $59 from your account . Very unprofessional and nasty company

      I had the worst experience with BJ's I have been a customer there are them on and off for years.. I love going to BJ's. But ordering online really is horrible first of all I couldn't get any of the food with my Charmin bathroom tissue so they said my credit card wasn't going through my credit card was fine it always is so I had to take the Charmin. And also the glad garbage bags and a few other things. Before I could get my food. After all that happened they finally accepted my credit card and they said if you need to add anything at the very end before the order is through.. then I added immediately and I did it within 45 seconds.. I went right there actually and purchased it immediately. Then they're trying to charge me another $22 for delivery fee. They already charged me the original 22 dollars for delivery fee... The bathroom tissue is $31 and they're going to charge me another $22 on top of that should be delivered after I already spent $179 on food very disappointed with BJ's and the guy I talked to he was reading off a piece of paper apparently he's a telemarketer. But there's nothing wrong with that but I'm so upset with this whole thing and I'm not going to pay $22 to have a $31 Charmin ultra soft 32 roll not going to do it. Very disappointed. I never have any kind of disappointment when I go to BJ's and I spend a lot of money there every time I go there. But my health is very bad I have severe COPD I can't even get out of my apartment anymore except to go to the hospital or my doctors so that's why I'm using this. Very very disappointed with what happened tonight. And I guess up hold on for a minute and then he comes back 10 minutes later oh we cannot do anything for you *******************. I won't be doing online ever again

      Awful. My order wasn't delivered from bjs. After I paid a ***** delivery fee and tip for the driver. Not anywhere on the website does it say door dash delivers. I called bjs to complain some of my order was not delivered. They told me it wasn't their issue but to call door dash. So I did. No water was provided to him, apparently. So several calls later I got a hold of someone who said they will not credit me. I'm concerned about who oversees this process. I didn't get my full order. Bjs deferred any responsibility and refused to credit me any delivery. I am thinking of filing a private complaint in the local ******** courthouse. Awful service. No explanation, no apology

      They took money out of our account and never asked us to do so as we canceled or membership over a year ago in the club.they are now fighting us on the money getting back.we saw and called them about it on the 1st of jan.they told us our membership was never canceled and they would handle it now and refund the money in 7 days .we'll it's now the 8th and nothing.so we call back and being told they never did cancel or even try to send the member ship they unlawfully took out of our account. They are just giving is the run around .don't use the they are a fraud and still money from your accounts.pay cash not out of your accounts.they like to steal your money .

      On December 30th, I went online to purchase a $20 membership.I received a coupon code for a discounted membership. The deadline was 12/31/23 As I completed the purchase, I was asked to use the coupon code JNHTVKY1.I did as requested but the code did not go through. I did not receive the $35 discount on my membership. I have been calling since January 2nd, ****, and haven't received one email or phone call to assist me or resolve this issue. I received three different answers when I spoke with the representatives. One of the representatives even laughed when I explained the situation. I had to explain the details three times. She showed no concern and didn't take the matter seriously.All I am asking for is a refund of $35 or a $35 gift card.

      I am being discriminated against with this company...I have been trying to get a job there for over a year and a half or so...I can't even get an interview because of my looks, my disability, the way I talk, I'm not skinny either, so I am to fat for the job according to them..I am a collage student and need a job to get the things I need for school, and my husband and I are moving and I need to be able to get the stuff we need for our new home...which will not happen because I can't get an interview because of the list above...they hire people that look act sound and has no disabilities like I am/do...
