BJs Employee (who works at front door) has hit me in head with heavy chain (that lowers the gates), and claimed he was ******* to close and get home. At other times he has threatened to fight me (I do martial arts, but why am I going to shop for food and being assaulted, cursed out and threatened with fights)? a) He's hit me on the head with a chain. b) He cursed me on several occasions when I wouldn't let him further manhandle me.c) He's been rude to other customers; in the last incident, he was gossiping, so some customers left the store. He cursed one lady out and aggressively pulled her cart from her and back into the store. I told him he shouldn't talk to her like that, plus that she was a female. Eventually, he turned on me, cursed me, and tried to physically attack me. Some men (who try to get customers to utilize their livery service) pushed him back several times. Later, he went for a small black bag and wanted to come outside. I'm not afraid of him, but why am I being assaulted, harassed, cursed, and threatened when I am simply going to go BJs to buy food? I stopped shopping there and have suggested to family and business/ church colleagues not to shop at BJs anymore. I told BJs (via website) and Mall Security supervisor, plus I met with a lady who claims she's one of the new managers there. Plus, I spoke on the phone to another manager. There is no movement to fire this dangerous employee (male, about 30 years old, approximately 5' 6" tall). Black/Af American, black fingernail polish, slim build, works at the front door of BJS on ***************, Bronx, **. I have other evidence. PS: I also spoke to Mall security. A young lady was very professional, but her male supervisor in a small office near her was also rude and actually tried not to have me fill out a complaint form.In conclusion, life could be so peaceful if less ignorant, violent people worked with customers and if supervisors and managers cared about morals and law.

Terrible customer service. Got repeated email offers to rejoin at a certain price, they wouldnt do it inside the club, said I had to do it online. So I went to the link and of course it didnt work, no URL found. Called customer service and they also refused to honor it, despite multiple email offers. We all know they are able to adjust the price manually, they just didnt want to. Definitely dont use this club if you dont have to.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This business is disgusting. The cashier who checked me out was pouring snot out, wiping her nose, and touching all my items. At one point, the snot came out of her nose and dripped onto the items in my cart. I was so disgusted and taken back, I didn't even say anything. I called corporate to ask for my membership fee back (I had just purchased it that day) because I would never step foot in that store again. How could a manager or any other employee be ok with working with someone who is sick and has no hygiene? If she truly felt the need to come into that store, she should have put a mask on to be respectful of the customers, especially those who are elderly or immunocompromised. When I got home, I spent the rest of the afternoon wiping down all my items with clorox wipes and leaving everything outside. The **** of ****** should be aware of this situation, as this employee is just spreading illness to customers and other employees.

Visited the local ******** ******* location this past weekend for family items. They offer an app to purchase goods and avoid the cashier lines. Receipt shows on phone and shows how many items. You know these clubs demand checking your checkout at door to stop theft. I call it SEARCHING FOR A SEIZURE since they just hope to find something unchecked. Challenge is they have one person at door and one hand scanner. This senior employee has not been trained and spending **** minutes on one buggy and lines are backing up. Nobody can use basic elementary to count items and match to receipt. So another employee arrives and skips us. She doesnt have scanner and thus we must wait for the untrained. So all those purchasers that waited for cashier and costed Bjs more in employee coverage now escape faster. Meanwhile the on-duty manager walks by without help or concern. Now its time to speak up and point out the obvious POOR service. The employee is still checking out the original person and he makes remark to further infuriate the clients that have PAID and under contract now own the purchases. They also clearly didnt steal items as they are still waiting for your magic scanner to say all is good. Finally all is ok. Now we do the survey and rate them poor to which another store employee (Team Lead) contacts us by email only. Asking for a District Manager is futile as they have already moved on to **** off the next guest. Wonder if those first clients ever got released .. I seriously doubt they did anything wrong either.

worst customer service ever by same employee on 2 occasions. Went into tire store to get propane. 1st time employee refused to fill tank after taking $$ saying there may be lightening in the area, refused to fill tank, had to go into main store to get refund. 2nd time today, same employee sitting in customer area playing on his phone, he acted like I was bothering him. I stated I need propane, he state he will not get wet for anyone and he took my $$ and stated if he feels one drop on rain he will not complete the order. HE HAD ATTITUDE! . i HAD to go into stoe and the employees obviously didn't look at receipt showing I paid for 2 but she only refunded one. Now I must drive another 20 minutes to get a refund. Worst run store I have ever seen. I even spoke with MRG she had attitude what ever happened to good customer serve? This place is TERRIBLE! not worthy of your $$, corporate needs to know!

i bought a enfamil that listed for $55.99 on the shelf, when i ring it up it ring for $58.99. i ask for a manger because there's nothing the employee can do. ************************* came and refuse to give me the difference even though i had a picture of the price listed. i went to stop and shop the same item ring for $58.99 but it was under a $40.99, stop and shop took action immediately and i was very satisfied. is this how Bj's treat their customers and members, by putting false lable and scam costumers out of their pockets. i have a picture and reciept to proove everything, what a terrible leader a so call manager you guys hire to be in charge of a place where people depend on. only if i can upload both bj's and stop and shop reciept to proove my point.

On 11/22 at approximately 4:30 pm, a ***********, ** BJ's representative responsible for packing my shopping cart and delivering it to me during an in-store-pickup, did the following then had the audacity to blame me for my requests of him to correct the inconveniences he caused:1. He got the order wrong (missed packing 2nd case of soda). He had to go find the second case and the ice-cream was melting out of the carton onto my other grocery items.2. He packed the order wrong (damaging an apple pie by tossing it in the top cart rack, on its side. After I told him about the damaged item, he disappeared for 15 minutes and when he returned, I asked for help to get another and to replace the second instance of melted ice cream because it took so long to get help) and then....3. He explosively accused me for having to fix what his incompetence caused. Specifically, he BLURTED and motioned disrespectfully that he didn't have time to go back and forth and correct the problems (he caused), then he outlandishly shouted right in the middle of the checkout counters and in front of the managers station and in front of many cameras (I'm sure)... you will have to get it yourself! "You and your husband are a problem!" When I told him you dont know me, and *** never seen you before", he dismissively said "go speak to a manager!", at which time I looked at his badge and said, "I sure will A_ _n".I have been a long-standing customer of this business and have never before today been so maltreated. I was and am astonished that this representative so freely showed this type of misconduct in a professional setting and had to write this complaint. And although a manager gave me **** off of my bill for the twice-melted ice-cream, more importantly I am hopeful that BJ's corporate office will be notified, and this matter will be formally processed by their company to ensure that this representative is held accountable for his actions.
