Couldn't find a currently advertised item in the store; customer service advised me to order on-line. From home - they do not place orders for you in the store. The snowsuit I wanted did not appear anywhere in the on-line catalog. At home, I finally reached a real person in ******** ********** I described the item I wanted to order, but did not have the actual item number at hand. She had much difficulty understanding the words "child's snowsuit" or "********". I don't think she ever did.I was placed on hold. She returned saying it was "out of stock" but would be in a new catalog at the end of the month. I asked her to give me the item number so I could try ordering on-line. On hold again. She returned, stating she couldn't find the item, and couldn't even access the current sale catalog to look it up! How did she know it was out of stock? How can ******** ********* not have access to current advertisements?

On 11/9/23 I signed up for the same day select membership for $55+. Shortly after, I placed my first order in the amount of $64.42. I myself had to leave my home before my order arrived, but made sure someone was home to receive the order.A few hours later, after leaving my apartment building, as I was standing at the bus stop located in front of my building I witnessed something disgusting. I caught my driver throwing all my food items on to the sidewalk. I immediately walked over to the driver and made him aware that those items he was throwing on to the sidewalk were my items. When I made my driver aware about my order my driver stared at me and continued doing what he was doing. I couldnt make it upstairs to my apt. To make matters worse I was informed by my mother who was home at the time that the driver never knocked on the door. After hearing what happened I missed my bus, went upstairs and saw my items on the floor. My perishables were on the floor. Thankfully, I had some reusable bags on me at the time and was able to grab the items from the floor and take them back to my local store, but before returning all my items I immediately called BJs customer service to report the incident and spoke with a representative who told me I would be receiving a refund for my membership and grocery order. I also spoke with supervisor *************************. I sent ****************** a pic of the items that were placed in front of my door. At the time ****************** did mention that he would issue my both refund and that I would also get the tip amount back in a gift card, which I never received. 11/13/23 I received an email from ****************** regarding my refund. My refund was only $44.43. I'm missing $19.99 from one refund and as for the membership refund I was only issued $49.43. The membership was $59.42. I immediately responded back to the ****************** about my refund. It's been two days and I still no response from ******************. I think what BJ's is doing is terrible unfair.

The WORST! Bough a patio furniture set for my sons housewarming party. Within 2 months it looked like it was years old. Tried to get money back or exchange for another set. BJs wouldnt allow me, they said it was not furniture from their store brand. Waited weeks to get the issue resolved and all they did was sent 6 pieces of wood to change the back of ONE of the chairs. The rest according to them can stay ruined. Extremely disappointed. I honestly feel like I was taken advantage of. No respect for costumer. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THERE AGAIN! They also renewed my membership account to their ******************** capitol one card. Since I never used the card never bothered to check the statement since the card was not even activated. They were charging me over $300. It went on my credit report . SHAME ON THEM!!!Too bad I couldnt leave NO STAR. My son is stuck now with the patio set that looks like it is years old!

If I could leave a NO STAR rating I would. My daughter had a membership with BJ's (I do not have her Membership number). My daughter sadly passed away in 2021. I continue to receive their cards asking her to renew her membership, I have contacted them at least 8 times since I received the first one to ask them to stop sending mail to my address with her name on it ( have 2 or 3 of the confirmations that they have given me telling me that this would be taken care of. I have added my daughters name to the Deceased Do Not Contact list yet they continue to send mail to my address. This is becoming harassing at this point they have no heart what so ever and only care about memberships. I'm to the point of seeing if there is an attorney tp help me make them stop. Can you help me..

Do not buy tires from BJ's! You will be able to make an appointment for the installation of your new tires but after that, you are left high and dry. You can no longer make appointments for any service work or the free tire rotations they give you when you purchase. They no longer answer the phone either. The poor guy that works there is by himself most of the time so he can't answer and he just has a clipboard with a list of about 90 people to call when he can fit you in. So you have to just show up there and put your name and number on a list and hope they call you at some point. It's unacceptable and horrible customer service. The guy that works there said this is a corporate decision and it's like this at all BJ's tire centers. I will never purchase anything from BJ's again.

DO NOT GO TO THE BJs in *********, **. I typically shop there often however, this past weekend I parked my car in the parking lot and on my way out my car was hit by a BJs shopping cart. It was extremely windy that day and there were a few carts in the lot. I immediately got out the car after the hit, took photos and went in to report it to the manager. The manager advised me you park in their lot at your own risk and there is nothing they can do about a cart hitting my car. There are no signs in the lot stating you are responsible for damages if your car is hit. I suggested they pull the camera footage to see it was their cart indeed, I was informed I need to file a police report for that. I would strongly advise you to not shop at that BJs if you have a car that needs to be parked in their parking lot. I also contacted their corporate office on Monday 10/23 regarding the issue and was hung up on twice! I finally spoke to someone who didnt hang up and was advised a manager would get back to me within 24 hours regarding the issue. I still have not heard from ANYONE. Stay away from that location!

I went into the BJ's on ****************** *********** ** ***** on 10/22/23 and purchased groceries for the month. When I got home, I noticed that they charged me $459.84 for some tires. When I called, I was informed that I had to return to the store. I took 2 hours of unpaid leave from work the next day, and when I asked to be compensated the store manager offered me a free bag of chips. I declined, and left several messages with corporate, but they never returned my calls.

I'm leaving a three-star review because while I do enjoy my in-store experiences and the quality of products, I feel like I got scammed into signing up for a BJ's credit card. Yes I chose to sign up, yes I made the choice, read below for more information. What BJ's fails to tell members, especially new accounts for their credit card,Is all of the cash back that you earn from spending on the card, can only be used at BJ's. You cannot do cash redemptions, you cannot use it to pay off your credit card balance for bj's, you have to use it to specifically buy more products from BJ's...As somebody that's a small business owner in Southwest ******* that spent a lot of money on this credit card, until I found out today this month, ($400 in reqards in 6 months or less), I feel i legitimately got scammed. This is blatant false advertising and people who don't know what's what are going to fall into the trap just like I did. I mean there's even signs inside every BJ store clearly stating it's 2% cash back, but it's not cash back it's an in-store credit there's a difference.Everywhere you go, whether it's their ******** page, or inside of their store, they put it up in clear view that it's "2% cash back."Cash is liquid, you you can use cash anywhere for whatever you want. This is not cash. This is a digital in-store credit given as a reward for spending on their credit card.
