      Bjs in ********* ** is worst and that place should be shut down ! **************** is horrible! I dont plan on renewing my membership! I will be taking my business to ******* The stuff at this place need more trying ! I was charge three times for 1 item . Whats the sense of having someone at the door checking receipts and item if theyre doing Such a poor job ! Not to mention the young 18 year old guy who is full of attitude! That cashier needs training. I will no longer be spending my hard earned money at the this store!

      Customer for 36 years. **** a the ************* store asked to borrow $20 for his kid . That was weeks ago. Still NEVER got the money back. Called BJs Corporate 7 TIMES. CONTINUOUSLY HUNG UP ON.

      Advertisement for getting $10 reward for purchasing $40 in skincare products does not easily disclose how to redeem the $10 reward. It was a small window in time to use the $10. Just a reminder to read the small print immediately (on the flyer on the coupon stand inside the warehouse) when purchasing the products.The company likely had good sales of the skincare products without needing to provide the reward to the customer.The one star rating applies to the skincare products promotion only. As for the business, I have enjoyed and benefited from being a BJ's member for many, many years. My membership will continue.

      Their one customer Service.associates cons you into getting a credit card. After you say no thank you and you are reapplying for memebership she puts in for the **********. Apparently this is a well known practice by the one associate and corporate doesnt care they send a $45 coupon as a oops sorry for the misunderstanding umm hello this effects my whole credit $45? Reluctant I accept my fate only to be reminded by the high inconvenience when adding a authorized user Ive waited 2 months for these cards to come.. dates keep switching request are not Put in so Im waiting but no one in their part did anything.. every person spoken to simply says to wait 2 months and 1 week. Being disabled I wanted my sis to get a card so she can purchase things on my behalf. But instead BJs is reminding me how inconvenient I am. Its unfair that they con their members into getting credit cards its unfair that corporate accepts this unethical behavior bc of sales its unfair that even though one excepts the fate the company still further inconvenience the members.. a

      Never in my life have I had such poor customer service. I used the "new" ExpressPay so I could skip the register and pay instantly. First, the service never took off the coupons. I went to customer service where I was "assisted" by ****** who did not understand the situation, could not figure out how to help, stated the 50% off coupon was for $1, directed me toward the door *******, and requested to come back to customer service after. After many "Oh, I don't know how that works" and "I don't know" responses, I simply mentioned she might want to attend some training classes to assist customers better. When attempting to file a complaint with the Supervisor's desk, I was met with a blank stare, nodding head, and a response of "I have never had any complaints about ****** before" and a complete lack of interest in helping. The supervisor stated "There is a survey at the bottom of the receipt". (ExpressPay does not provide a familiar paper receipt and does not provide a survey link or contact info). I was reluctantly provided a phone number to call. On the way out the door all my items were rescanned. The whole process took way longer than just using the typical front-end registers and the customer service was terrible.

      They're going in people's bank account snatching renewal fees and you don't authorize it automatically, as a matter of fact I was not signed up for their EZ Renewal. I emailed **************** and the rep was communicating with me, offering a $25 membership, until I said I want to "opt-out with a refund" of the $55 fee taken out of my account. Once I requested a refund communication stopped. So, I called **************** and was put on hold for a few minutes. When the Rep got back on the phone, she stated that I would receive my refund in **** business days, but I received no type of confirmation (email, text, etc.) for the conversation. So, I guess I just have to see what happens after the **** day time.I've been a member since 2016 and NEVER had an automatic fee payment taken out of my account and I don't appreciate any business going in my bank account whenever they feel like it!

      BJ's charged my credit card two years in a row $55.00 for membership renewal I did not authorize. That is fraud.

      Customers Beware! Placed groceries order for same day delivery. Got notification shopping complete, never received groceries. EBT was charged and only a portion of the funds was returned. Alot of going back and fourth for the past 6 months with BJ's customer care. Issue has not been resolved. Keep going in circles seems that no one is competent enough to resolve my issue. I will cut my losses and take my business elsewhere.

      The same hour BJ's took $55.00 membership renewal money from my Discover Card I called their toll free customer service number and explained I wish to cancel my BJ's Membership immediately and I wanted a refund of my $55.00. **************** said they would cancel me and refund my money and two months later NOTHING.... Just LIES... *********************** bj's ********* *******

      Ordered a lawn mower on-line. Upon shipment lawn mower was damaged. Contacted BJ's Customer support and told them I wanted to return item for a refund. Has been six weeks and have heard nothing from BJ's regarding my refund. They received item and have proof of delivery from *** tracking #. No one at corporate office wants to talk with me or return my calls. I would leave no stars. I have been a member of BJ's for some years now and have never had a problem with their brick and mortar stores but have had nothing but aggravation with this on-line transaction.
