      Purchased a membership but decided in two days I didnt want it. Reached out and was told I could get a refund. I have yet to get back my money. It has been almost a month.

      I ordered a same day delivery for 2 hrs or less. Paid the fee, tip and cost for the item....why because I needed the item and it wasn't available at my store. BJs subbed my order out to another company ans replaced my $79.99 item with an item that was $159.99! Within the SAME minute I got a text from rhat company saying "shopping for your order, replaced, and checked out" I never had a chance to reply Y or N to the replacement before the shopper checked out.When I called BJs corporate I was told you give FIVE minutes to reply Y otherwise the shopper marks it as N. I didn't reply so it should have been marked as N. But instead I received an item DOUBLE the price. I ordered a Ninja Blender retail $99.99 but on sale for $79.99....what I got was a Ninja Blender that was $159.99 ! Your response is return it, and it's not BJs fault, but it is! You should take responsibility! Technically this is fraud since I did not approve a $159.99 item, I approved a $79.99 item. And your reps stated more once, if the buyer doesn't reply Y to the replacement within 5min they are supposed to mark it as N. So you charged me without my consent which again is fraud.I spent more than an hour on the phone plus email and aggravation. You should do the right thing and honor the price for the item I purchased. The only difference in models is, the one I ordered had 2 additional pieces vs the one that was delivered has 3. This is BJs fault and not mine. I ordered for 2hr delivery bc I needed the item and it wasn't available at the BJs I shop at.

      I visited BJ's ********* store in February. At that time a female staff greeted me with " Hello member. Are you aware BJ's is offering a FREE iPhone 14. " That's how my issues with **** started.

      This is BJ's policy on *************** products. 100% Money-Back Guarantee! Not True! I purchased their brand of soft drinks and tried to return them. I contacted their customer service via email. They flat-out told me No. I went to the store, and they told me No! So my suggestion to you, if don't buy it, you won't have to return it..........sorry you're stuck with it. That's what I was told. So Im making consumers aware. Don't Buy *************** brand soft drinks @ BJ's Wholesale. The product is lousy. Im canceling my subscription.

      ************ - will not take any cont-ability for their partnership with **************Mastercard. For the past 3 months we have made our payments to our credit card on time. The credit card charges our account interest fees and charges late fees. When we call with documentation, they have taken charges off; We now are in dispute with the credit card company because they have cashed our check and NOT posted it to our account, in-fact they have lost the money. We have called service at BJ's and coorporate and both say they know there is problems with the Bank and there is nothing they can do. Bj's advertised these discounts and rewards that could only be achieved using this BJ Membership / CREDIT CARD. BE WARNED: - we feel, this credit card company is running a scam on people who do not scrutinize their statement. Because this credit card is also a BJ's membership card by association Bj's is responsible for this practice.

      I have been a customer with ********************** for 5 years now. I did a online order for a tea set back in November which I never received.. I keep getting the run around about my refund for over THREE months now!!! I will never return to BJs and I will makes sure everyone knows to shop at either ****** or **** club! Oh and not to mention their customer service line is terrible! The people are ignorant and rude while they laugh on the phone and basically tell me theres nothing they can do.

      They have a registered *** offender working 40 hours a week in BOPIC, where he is free to be around children all day, unsupervised. And, he is a boss. They have major safety violations, such as multiple holes in the ceiling that leak water. One such leak is directly above the electric scooter charging station. They allow and even coerce staff into working even while they are COVID positive. They cut hours from 30+ down to 10 to make people quit. They are very unprofessional.

      We have been loyal customers to this company. We purchased beets from the store in ***************. After consuming them, I became ill. It was determined that the beets were 7 months past the expiration date. I had to pay a copay and purchase meditations to manage symptoms. In addition, I was sick. They offered me ****** in gift cards when we spent ****** that day. Very disrespectful, uncaring staff. Cancelling this membership. Buyer beware with purchasing old food from this place.

      I have a BJs My Perk Mastercard. I pay the minimum payment every month, Which is the finance charges, I don't use the card anymore because the finance charges are to high. If you only pay the minimum payment they up your finance charges. I think this is so wrong as a card member. As long as I'm payment my bill , my bill should be going down not up. The payments now are to high, and they don't have a grievance benefit.
