      I cancelled my member ship in July, 2021. There was a $95.00 balance owed back to me for the unused portion of my membership. After numerous calls I was told that that balance would be refunded to my BJ's credit card which it hasn't. After other numerous phone calls I was told that it would be mailed to me, which it hasn't. I subsequently cancelled my BJ's credit card. As of this writing I have not received any refunds from BJ's. Won't be doing business with them any time soon.

      Unauthorized Membership Renewal! I have tried, to no avail, to cancel my auto renewal with BJ's. This has happened for two years. I no longer live anywhere near a BJ's, yet they are forcing me to come in to cancel my auto renewal. This is an absolute scam. I have called several warehouses and they have told me that many people complain about this and they gave me another membership number to call: ***-257-2582. This only put me into an virtual assistant, that kept telling me that my membership is set to renew. When I log in on line, it states that I am unable to cancel my or opt out of "BJ's Easy Renewal". I have not stepped foot inside of this store in over two years. At this point, I am forced to contact my credit card company and place a block so that this company is not allowed to charge my account. I called the number several times and finally spoke to a human, who was still, unable to assist me. He said that I must go into a store, go through self-checkout, and unclick the auto-renewal button! I am in shock that this fraud has been allowed

      I signed up for the $30 membership for a $30 credit to spend in the store so on my first visit I bought $40 worth of items but they would only allow me to use $20 of the $30 credit so that I have to come back and use it in ten dollar increments at the end of the time so today I go to spend the last $10 that I have the order came up to $9.15 and they wouldn't let me spend it because it has to exceed the $10 in order to be able to use it that is a scam if I've ever seen one bait and switch all the way they've lost my business!!

      A tree purchased last year and has up only two weeks and now this year a whole section out and took tree down and brought back and said cant return it. I think thats ridiculous since its on file I purchased and its not like I have been using it all year and they cant do anything for me? Im so upset over this and think I wont be shopping there anymore.

      I had been a customer of ***************************************** food for approximately ******************************************************************************************************** storage and their system,and they use it without my permission to charge for my membership with all my probation or knowledge.when I called the company they told me that they do that automatically they dont need your permission .If they charged my membership to my debit card without my permission what else can They do?They went straight in to my Bank Account, and how many other people have they done this too

      Why is BJs Wholesale able to charge my credit card for recurring membership. I called and asked them to not charge me for membership. I prefer to renew membership in person. It keeps happening year after year. **************** said that they are able to charge because of a different merchant ID number. Is ***************************************** fleecing its customers? Attorney General may need to know about this issue.

      On September 3, 2022, we ordered Potenza tires (Item number: 187377/Bridgestone 245/50r19 XL Potenza) only after calling the general BJs line and asking if they were run flat tires since this information was not readily available online. We were put on hold while the customer service representative checked with their manager and then we were told that the Potenza tires were indeed run flat tires. We called back a second time to stress that they had to be run flats and again they confirmed they were. We placed the order following receiving this erroneous information to be delivered to the ******* BJs ***********.Following the order, we were concerned that our car would not make it on run flat tires to ******* and asked if we could pick up the tires in ******* and bring the car with the tires to the Westbury BJs, which is closer to our home, to get the tires changed there. We picked up the tires on September 25 to bring them to the ********************* When we picked up the tires, the employee there was very rude and condescending to us.When we brought the tires and the car to Westbury BJs ************ we were told that Potenza tires are NOT run flat tires even after we were told that they were by previous employees at BJs. We had to order the correct tires through Westbury BJ's on September 26. We were very upset at receiving the wrong information and at now having to return the Potenza tires back to ******* BJs ***********.We returned the Potenza tires back to ******* BJs *********** that same day, on September 26. When we returned the tires the same employee refused to give us a receipt and was very rude to us once again. He told us that the refund would take about one month. When we asked to keep our original order receipt he confiscated it from us and we asked for a screen shot. He checked off the tires on the receipt and said "Here, this shows these are the tires that were returned." We still have not received a refund for the returned tires.

      Like almost everyone else, recently got an "authorized" reoccurring membership fee Nov 1st. Reached out to them about getting my money refunded as i only used my card to help with my mother's purchase. They gave me the runaround that the primary user has to contact them but the main user works during their business hours. I told them i wanted to speak with a supervisor and they miraculously said it would be fixed. I gave them my info and credit card that was charged only to get a response 2 days later saying how my card isn't on file? So why did i get charged. Hoping to see some results with ************ email i sent with my statement of me getting charged. If i knew they would be storing my payment method to charge me i would have used cash. There are prob more people that have dealt with this and it's bad business in their end. Ticket #*******

      I purchased an outdoor greenhouse online at BJs Warehouse. I was promised the item was under warranty. A few months after putting the greenhouse together, the entire cover disintegrated. I called BJs and was promised my item would be replaced due to the purchase being under 1 year. They issued me a return ticket #*******. They made me send in photos and videos. I did so while on the phone with them. They promised to call me back. They did not call back. I called back only to be told my item was not covered and would not be replaced. I will no longer purchase anything other than a consumable product from BJs. I will ensure I cannot purchase the consumable product elsewhere first. Their customer service and return promise/policy is horrible. In addition, they outsource all of their online customer service calls outside of *******. Good luck getting someone you can understand. I do not recommend BJs Warehouse. I had to select one star but please know this is a negative -1 star review.

      BJ's is offering an item #****** ***** 150 lbs Stack Home Gym .This has changed from ****** to ******. Each time I try to Purchase this item by putting it in my cart it add ****** for shipping .It clearly states that shipping is free (i have pictures of the that) I have called the 800 number and the corporate office. I was told that there is nothing to be done about the shipping charge !!!How does BJs get away with advertising free shipping .I have been texting the complaint department since September , I also asked BJs to ship it to the closes store and i would pick it up they said that can not be done !!! So i looked the Machine up on other websites and all state the price clearly and if there would be a delivery charge .So in my opinion this is false advertising .Draw you in with the lowest price than charge you for shipping. THAN IT BECOME THE MOST EXPENSIVE PLACE TO BUY FROM ,WHICH MAKE ME THINK THIS IS THERE STRATEGY.
