      If I could give 0 stars I would. I called in November of 2021 and canceled my BJs membership. It's November 8th, 2022 and I was just charged another $10.00 membership fee. So I called my bank and put a block on this charge, as well as called BJs again to cancel my membership. The guy told me that my membership was canceled. I hopefully will not see another charge for this come November 2023. If I do, then I guess I will be forced to dispute the charge with my bank. Overall very unhappy. I don't like being lied to or having my card used unauthorized. Do NOT do business with BJs.

      BJ's charged my father a recurring unauthorized membership of $55.00 from 2019 until October 1, 2022. His bank alerted him to this charge and he was shocked that BJ's had been charging him this unauthorized fee for several years.He is senior and we believe that is why they took advantage of this because he had a membership years before and they had his credit card information. He does not live near a BJ's and they know that card has not been in use and he had not authorized a recurring membership.We contacted BJ's and they only agreed to credit the $55.00 for 10/1/2022. I told them I would send the bank statements, however they did not respond to my request to reimburse him.Someone there is misusing stored information.

      I canceled BJs linked Commenity credit card in August 2022. I was billed 9/22 for BJ's renewal fee. I had cancelled my BJs membership, but BJs still renewed and billed my cancelled credit card. I called late 9/22 to both credit ** and BJs membership and was told I would be receiving a credit for the charged membership fee. I never got a letter stating the charge was reversed and now I owe teh unwanted membership fee ANDDDDDDD an interest payment. Shady business and would tell all to NOT NOT NOT get a credit card with BJs because of the automatic renewal that is written in fine print. I did not sign up for automatic renewal when I became a BJs member. Sneaky link between BJs and Commenity. BEWARE. Absolutely disgusted with BJ's membership program. Incidentally, I got the credit card because of the offer it came with and NEVER received the offer. When I called about the never received offer 3 times, I got, It will be on your next statement . 2nd time, You need to wait until the se**nd statement." 3rd time. This card has no offer linked to it. I cancelled immediately at that point. I should have known I was not finished with this scam of a **mpany.

      Original Message Follows:------------------------I am very disappointed to see that after two months of patiently waiting and working with BJ's team to resolve the continuous fraudulent charges and receiving four different credit cards with the promise that my information would no longer be compromised. You then blocked my account.I had no idea what was going on seeing only a message in red advising that Comenity was working on a resolution. I still supported the company and used my DiscoverCard for purchases. Now that everything has been fixed and I finally get to use my BJ's MasterCard. I also renewed my membership. To find out that my credit limit and APR have decreased. I have been money and time and as you can see I have never paid late. For a family of two, I have given BJs a lot of money and showed loyalty. During the two months wait for a resolution, I opened a new credit with ******* and now get my groceries delivered to my door. I am seriously starting to doubt my membership. Please correct my account. Not only was the credit card hacked adding $200 that you expected me to pay instead of immediately adjusting. You sent me a code saving me $25 from the $50 membership for me to rejoin which I did on 8/25 you cut my membership to expire on 6/30/23 because that was my initial registration date in 2014. Seriously 2014!!! Your reply: Sent: Wednesday, September 14, 2022 I understand your concern, please be informed that we recently received notice from at least one of the credit bureaus that your credit. That is a lie there is no way my credit limit decreased to 750 when my credit score is 780 no way. Getting cc offered daily! Wow bad service, my personal information was stolen by the had that needed 4 credit card replacements in one month and still continued to be hacked. Your service is disgusting. I will be contacting the BBB to show all the messages and horrible service provided that kept my personal info at risk. **BEWARE DO NOT GET BJS cc

      We recently moved from ********, **. to ************, *******. On 7/1/22 we joined BJ's wholesale club as new members. When we were at the customer service desk arranging the membership, we were offered the ** credit card which had additional monetary advantages, one being $40. I used the new BJ's credit card on 8/12 assuming I may get the credit on that purchase. I did not. I went to the customer service desk and spoke to the same lady that signed us up and she said we needed to contact the credit card company. I called ************* several days later and was on hold for at least 30 minutes, so I gave up. On 8/23 I called and was on hold ********************************************************************************* back. She never did. So on 8/30, I thought I'd try again!!!!! I was transferred twice but finally spoke to customer representatives that seemed sincere and would take care of the problem. The last agent(*****) said I would receive a letter spelling out my concerns and take care of it. THIS IS ALL FOR A MEASLY $40 BUT ITS THE PRINCIPLE. I have yet to receive anything.Is there anything you can do about this? **************

      **** Club across the street is consistently less expensive than at BJs for the same items. I just purchased their Limited ***************** Pumpkin Flavored Keurig Cups and it was precisely $10 (Ten) less at ****. The only thing better at BJs is their shorter gasoline lines and their longer business hours. Thats it.

      Bj's took an auto pay for ****** for membership in August 2022. I already paid my membership in January. I was told that there was an program that was launched and it took $ from many people. On 8/9 I was told that my account would be refunded within **** bus. days. 8/29, no refund I was told it was escalated and would be refunded as an urgent and I should receive within 3-5 days. Today, I called and no refund and they don't know why ...everyone has to reachout to someone else and that could take 3-5 days...lol no kidding. So not sure the **************** Leadership team is providing the right tools for their techs since they can't get a simple step fixed. Bj's took a deduction against my CC on file (which I have stopped) and they are unable to reimburse because they do not know how to reimburse it. Better **** ****** should be notified at once!!!

      Warehouse location ***********, VA- The way they fix my flat tire was unprofessional compare to Costo tire warehouse.. not even one star deserve the tire service in bjs. It was our first and last purchasing tire on this bj's tires warehouse going back to *******

      I purchased a beige patio set rom Bj's on 7/16/22 and approx. two weeks later I noticed the price was reduced by approx. $140. I called and requested the price difference and I was granted the difference. Also, I noticed the same patio set was even cheaper in the blue color. I asked if I could do an exchange since it was the same product just a different color. I was told had to return the beige set and purchase the blue set. So, I did that which initiated the return on 8/22. Prior to the delivery of the blue set, I spoke with customer service 3x's as recent as the day of delivery. Upon arrival of the blue set, I asked the delivery person if he was going to pick up the beige set. It only made sense for him to take the beige set since he was already at my residence. He told me he was not allowed to take the box since he did not have a ticket for the item. After 4 calls to customer service-TERRIBLE-- TERRIBLE--I finally spoke with a supervisor who informed me that it takes upwards of 2 wks to process a return order. I requested compensation for the aggravation..thinking the problem was resolved... Unfortunately, I was incorrect. There seems to be a MAJOR disconnect between the customer service reps it's AWFUL--JUST AWFUL. BJ's REALLY, REALLY, REALLY needs to re-evaluate their delivery/return process...TERRIBLE. I should have gone with COSTCO...at least they know how to treat their customers.... TERRIBLE.. I am not sure who is worse....BJ's or the delivery company that have contracted with. You can get better service at ***************************** Chik-Fil-A....and even 7-Eleven..CRAPPY! It is 9/9 and patio set is still at my residence.

      Bjs started doing auto renewal of their membership. No notice. Just charged credit card. Tried to cancel and get refund and it was a run around. Got charged a second time. Horrible customer service. I am months into trying to get resolved. Would never do business with them again.
