So, this really upset me and I will not order from them again online. It took me 2 hours to make a list for $600 worth of food place the order and they gave me all the emails stating that they will be here and when the Shoppers shopping and the substitutions and we sat here and waited because it was supposed to be in a 2-hour range and then I got an email stating that they are on their way and after 30 minutes, I had to call BJ's and he turned around and he said that the woman came in and shopped for the food and then told BJ's that she's canceling the order and left. She is not delivering it. Nobody contacted us, I had to call them, they said, call doordash and complain to them because I wanted the name of the woman because somebody had a right to contact me to let me know. I understand emergencies happen, but to not contact a customer is very bad business, so I called doordash, they did not have the account number. I called ********************** back and they said oh it was instacart. I called instacart, they did not have the order number. I had to call BJ's back to refund the money and I wanted to file a complaint because I spent 3 hours trying to get the food here and then dealing with it afterwards so then he told me to call the main office because BJ's is not responsible if somebody cancels the order and he said that it happens frequently. What kind of business does not let their customers know if in order has been canceled and sends an email stating that is on its way??That's bad business and then says they're not responsible. That women from instacart will probably do it to someone else. Because there is no one taking responsibility for it. She should be reprimanded to treat customers with respect, all they had to do was contact us to let us know the order will not be delivered. VERY BAD BUSINESS SET UP. CHANGE YOUR RULES!

My daughter-in-law is the primary holder for the BJs card, I am secondary. On January 2, 2025 BJs credit my personal credit card for renewal of the membership card of $63.98. I never gave them permission to use my card to renew the membership..my daughter-in-law is the primary. I did call BJs and I told them that they were stealing from my funds. They apologize and advise me they would return my money. I advise them to keep the membership active, that way my daughter-in-law is able to use it. But I did inform them they are not to ever use my card to renew a membership or anything else unless they have my permission. I imagine if they did it to me how many other people they can do this too. My biggest concern was that I wouldve had an overdraft due to BJs taking money out of my funds without my permission. I try to get in contact with BJs corporate office, but to know ********** regards ***** *****

Went online to sign up for the $40.00 membership. Entered promotion code I was given on flyer at checkout. Screen changed and I was signed up. Never showed me what I was charged turns out it was $127.00. Called to ask fur a refund immediately and told I would have to wait 4-6 weeks because the website had a problem with my promotional code. Very upset they have my money tied up and I have nothing in return! Money should have be returned immediately! They have no write holding onto my money.

Horribly corrupt travel service. When you book online, you have no idea you are really booking through Priceline. And, after problems occur, neither BJ's or Priceline will help. As a matter of fact, when you call BJ's Travel, you get Priceline. Usually they will make you go through barrage of verifications, then tell you they will give you a call back in, 3 or more hours. And, if they do call back, they will tell you each part of your trip (All Flights, Car, Hotel), all need to be handled by different departments. They will also tell you certain airlines must be called direct. They will put you on hold a dozen times, then disconnect you. After hours on 8 different calls, they tell you you might get a refund. In my case, my original AA flight was cancelled, and neither AA or Priceline will help get you another flight, obviously destroying your whole trip. I called BJ's who made me wait for a call back, then disconnected me. I called again and was told they would give me a call back in 2 + hours. So, without a flight, I headed back home (also losing $90- for the useless round trip shuttle. When they did call, they told me they would take care of AA flight refund, but then rerouted me to hotel / car department. Of course, they disconnected me again. I called back and received 3 hour and 34 minute call back. They called in less than that, while I was not near phone. I called again, was told another call back in 2 hours and 20 minutes. Never received that one, now past midnight. Hotel and car will not allow you to cancel, only Priceline can do that. Same with ************. Of course, hotel and car went past checkin times, and Priceline never answered my call, so money lost on both. Frontier has no live person, and their online cancellation system won't allow you to cancel. In other words, might get a refund from American Air, won't get refunds from others.

BJ's easy renewal process would charge your account for for as many account that you have when they are ready to do their renewal even if you opt out of the easy renewal process. There was a law that was made in effect to protect customer for subscription, but it seems like BJS doesn't give a dam about it. We need someone to look into this.

BJs pushes a high interest rate credit card on their customers. If you take this high interest rate credit card, then they will not give you reward points unless you use this extremely high interest credit card from ***********. They do not inform you of this as they push this credit card to their customers. Then refuse to honor hundreds of dollars and reward points. I not recommend doing any business with a company with such deception.

I ordered same day delivery for groceries while it snowed a couple weeks ago. Unknowingly, Bjs uses third party DoorDash to deliver foods however do not use the same protection when consumers purchase electronic products. After BJs informed me they would process my request 7 days later they tell me that i need to contact my bank. The issue here is that there should be more protections for customers using same day delivery for groceries- if you are going to provide that service. I was not informed my shopper completed the pick up, i was not informed driver was on the way, per usual shopper didnt take photos to confirm to third party delivery was completed. bjs automatic system generated a delivery notification almost 2 hours after said delivery. This all happened 3 days before Christmas and almost left me and my family without food during a snow day. There should be some sort of prevention mechanism and some changes incorporated to provide protection to the consumer. I paid for 300$+ groceries and was told that i just have to take it up with my bank. And then my bank explains a 90 day review in order to maybe get my claim back. This is absurd because if youre going to provide this service in MY MEMBERSHIP i pay for monthly where is the insurance and security that i will in fact receive my service I AM PAYING FOR.

This is about BJs Wholesale Club. In January 2024 I joined using my credit card to pay the membership. The few times that I shopped at BJs I used my debit card to pay for my merchandise I purchased. Now on January1 2025, BJs tried to charge that credit card to renew the membership, the renewal was declined. I contacted them through their website chat and requested that my membership be cancelled because I did not use it enough and they were too far away. On January 3rd they tried to charge my credit card again, and again it was declined. I then went on their website and sent an email to cancel my membership, I heard nothing back. On January 5th, BJs charged the membership fee on my debit card without my authorization. This means that BJs Wholesale Club stores the information on all the cards, credit or debt, that you use at their establishment. I feel that this is an illegal business practice and that they should inform their customers that they store all your credit and debt card information

The MANAGEMENT at this club completely ***** ! They DO NOT give a c*** about the customers I repeat DO NOT I have had 2 incidents now which makes me want to cancel my membership. 1st incident was around thanksgiving when they had the free turkey with the order of $150 or more I placed an order that was over 150 which was a whole pallet of water and I called the store and they said that they didnt have anybody to drive the forklift to put the pallet on my truck therefore I had to go the next day and when I went the next day, it was after the turkey deal had expired and the manager there he was some Spanish fat guy with glasses told me that he couldnt honor the turkey deal like if it was my fault that they didnt have a driver to put the water Pallet on my truck when I had to pick up my order Second time was actually today I placed an online pick up order and they refunded or canceled my ginger pack that was added onto my order saying that it wasnt in stock so I called member services to see if it actually wasnt in stock and that was the member services that I called at the ********* location and she told me that they had it in stock and I asked her well then why did it get canceled off my order she transferred me over to a manager which his name was **** by the way complete a****** ********** to help, He lied to me and said that the member services arent even in this club and that he dont know who I spoke to obviously, if I called the ********* location and I press nine for member services then that means its the member services in the club
