      Less than 1 star The tire department is Sooo poorly run . They do not answer their phone and have no consideration of scheduled appointment times. I'm told appointments are booked on line and in person and the result is overbooking. Someone has to get a handle on this. I got my money back, and would never recommend. I joined BJ's in Nov 2024 and have cancelled auto renew. Such an awful experience.

      Yes, they say they are giving coupons, when I add up my purchases there is no coupon discount... sometimes, frequently, the price is higher than in store pricing. I'm canceling my membership. "Supposedly," as a plus member I don't have a minimum fee for pick up at the store. But, the price NEVER matches the original price that shows while I'm ordering in the app. The receipt I'm ***** is much higher. Inside, customer service is useless. They are all for whatever BJ'S wants to charge. Even when it's blatant. Fraud needs to investigate their practices. That dollar or so I save on gas is not worth feeling cheated. I'll stick with ******

      I have frequented this store for years, and in recent months I have seen a steady decline in service and upkeep in the store. There is an odor that comes from the freezer (near the butcher/poultry section), and the bathrooms could be cleaner. Upon arrival, the down escalator is never in service, and there is only one operating elevator out of five throughout the entire store. It gives shoppers the impression we are not welcome to do our own personal shopping, instead leaving the shopping to those within the store or employees from other apps. The men and women who have panhandled the store as taxi drivers are now working as delivery and personal shoppers workers. While convenient in its own right, we should have the option to do both not be forced into it just to give more work to others

      Called several times and nothing, kept getting the run around... they said store manager was supposed to to call me back and nothing... called the ***** line they said she will call me back...stilllll nothing after a month.

      Took over 2 wks, two on-line help chats, and 2 phone calls to get credit back for tire/install on-line order that was cancelled within 24hrs of placing order when location neither had the tires in stock (as indicated on-line) nor had installer for scheduled open appt (as indicated on-line). I spoke to someone in person to cancel order and thought I would see credit back immediately, but it took two more chats, several weeks, and then calling back and raising my voice for them to apply the credit back to my card. It was close to 1K right around the holidays so really inconvenient and I suspect they would have held onto my $ longer if I hadn't been so insistent. Really unscrupulous. I should mention that I rebooked for install at this location and when I arrived at my appointment time the shop was locked. Someone finally arrived about 30 mins after my scheduled appointment but they weren't trained in how to install tire pressure monitors (which I needed), so luckily they called someone else in, but it took over 2 hrs and I overhead a gentleman who arrived for his appt earlier in week for them also to be closed with no one available. Buyer beware!!!

      Charged my card and I dont have an account. They keep card info on file. only use cash or they will charge your card at some point.

      I have been waiting two months for a canceled order to be picked up. In the meantime my credit report is dinged 16 points for a late payment..

      Ordered a printer online, w/in 24hrs the order mysteriously got canceled. Told a refund was in progress. Next day received notification the printer was being delivered and I'd have to refuse delivery and to call ***** which is a separate nightmare. Has been over ten days still no refund or response from Escalation Team after several calls and chats regarding the matter have been made.

      I shop at BJ's often with no issue, but I went online to place an order for pickup and there's a pickup fee?! Do better BJ's, no one should be charged for picking an item up in the store. We as customers already pay a membership fee. This is robbery, I refuse to pay for my legs to take me to the store. This practice is immoral.

      At the *****/******* location, I placed an online order for pickup at the store. The order was ready to pickup at 2:40PM. I arrived at the store at 3:10PM. I selected the option to wait in the designated parking spaces outside of the store. Parking spot 1, silver sedan. I waited until 3:30PM, and decided to go inside the store to see where my order was. I was told by the employee working the service desk that I had entered in the information wrong and that they were probably waiting for me at the inside pickup location, and after telling them that I had not entered it wrong, they said I dont know what happened. Then, as I got to the inside pickup location, it was explained to me by the person who was just about to take my order out to my car, that they had just clocked in to their shift and that the new hire decided to leave their shift early instead of taking my order out to my car. So I would like to leave a poor review for the service I received from the person working the customer service desk, and a recommendation to fire whoever the new hire is thats supposed to be taking orders out to cars, for their poor work performance.
