      Do not order anything from this location or any other BJs location for that matter. No one answers the phone, at 9 AM at that!!I placed an order for tires on 11/19 at the ************* location. I received a call from the tire center advising that they couldnt install my tires today because they fired their technician. Additionally I was told that they couldnt service me for over a week! I should not be held responsible or inconvenienced because your employees cant manage their time accordingly!! The man who called hung up on me. I called back and he said I thought I put the call on hold. He then mentioned that he was unable to cancel my order, meanwhile I couldnt cancel it online because they had it marked as picked up!!! Who does that?! Major inconvenience to a member for over a decade! Unbelievable.

      Dear BJ's Customer Service,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your store. I visited BJ's to redeem my free turkey coupon and approached the customer service desk for assistance. The agent instructed me to go to the back of the store, but his directions were vague and unhelpful. When I asked for further clarification, he simply repeated, "Go to the back of the store, you will find it."After wandering around the back of the store, I eventually figured out where to find the turkeys and selected one, hoping I had done everything correctly. At the register, I was still confused and struggling with the process. The front desk service agent was texting on her phone and did not offer any assistance, which I found extremely unprofessional.I attempted to speak with a manager about my frustration, but I was told she was in a meeting. I am disappointed with the decline in service quality, especially considering the amount of money I pay to be a BJ's member.I hope you will address these issues to improve the customer experience.Sincerely, ******* *****

      Do not buy anything of value for delivery from BJ's. Shipping takes forever and if you cancel, then you will be a month before you might see a refund. **************** is friendly, but you will get a different answer every time you call. I wish I had never bought an item for delivery from BJ's. Do not make the same mistake. Read the other reviews here and many say the exact same thing. Buyer beware with BJ's Online Delivery. It is just bad business. I cannot say anything good about it.

      I contacted customer service to change my pick up time for an o line order, but was put on hold for a half hour and then they hung up on me! If there was less than one star I would give it to them! I need to drop that ** membership, and keep Costcos only

      I made an online purchase with BJS on 10/31/2024 for 10 plastic storage containers, totaling $72.38. I paid for the items using 2 gift cards. I later found out on 11/11/2024 that BJS deleted 8 of the items and only had 2 of the bins in my cart, which I have still not received. Their customer service agents were of no use. The only thing they told me was that the money would be refunded to the card I no longer have. There was nothing else that they could do. I did not ask for a refund; I asked for the items to be sent to me. Beware of this type of situation when ordering online with BJs.

      Worst customer service when trying to muddle through a completely WRONG loveseat shipped to me that i rejected immediatley /shipping company did not even take it off the truck ---and then cycling through an overseas customer service **** with many phone calls and frustration and no one following through about my refund information . I was/AM so frustrated with the lack of competence - i asked for the home office number only to find the different numbers cycle back to the same incompetent department / handling IMPORTANT customer satisfaction ! - i had to demand to speak to a supervisor as i had wasted so much time on the phone this week for anyone to get to the bottom of refund return for a BJ mistake/ all i was asking was info as to when i would receive it ? Why is it this is BJ's customer service regime-? It iS BAD ! Never had this problem EVER with another Big Box wholesale Club - BOTTOM LINE - I WANT MY REFUND - ------ i took a chance to reorder the same product this week 11/1 and paid for it ! - had hoped to receive this piece of furniture by the holidays and paid for it AGAIN on 11/1-AshleyHazela loveseat) and now i see that shipping company stating that I won't hear from them for a month ? once again my money tied up -- without receiveing my refund for their FIRST mistake- ** needs to get to the bottom of their POOR customer service - whatever department this is ! or legal action could be pursued - its that BAD

      I had order online 4 times; first and second time there were not issues the third time even though my order was "Ready to pick up" more than half of my other orders were not delivered to my car; had to go inside and retrieve the rest of items myself. The fourth time I got the message ": your order is ready to be pickup" waited for the items to be delivery and no one showed up to my car; again, I went inside and absolutely no one knew what happened to the order that was placed 6 hours earlier. The staff has not been trained correctly, there is a communication barrier as some of them do not speak English correctly, I did request to speak to the store manager I was told he was not available; they were not able to return my money therefore I was forced to wait another 45 minutes to get my order. Did call the corporate offices and while I was explaining the issues to an Asian accent **************** mysteriously the call was disconnected.

      Three employees lied to me about a tv warranty several months later I attempted to use the warranty for a broken screen and I was told by management" we aren't responsible for what our employees say"

      When attempting to fill my propane tank at the BJs fill station, I was told by the attendant that my tank dated 05 2013. He informed me that BJs now will not fill tanks older than 10 years old. The sign on the door stated 12 years, the tank itself stated 12 years, in compliance with government regulations. This scam explains why the tank station was overfilled with expired tanks. They prey on unknowing and desperate consumers to get them to purchase new tanks at - $50 each and then refill. What a scam! Is this legal?

      I have never had such a bad experience at BJs Chicopee Mass as I did today. I went and saw the door greeter, and I have my emotional support dog with me. The greater smiled, said it aaw and let me in the store.I finished my shopping and checked out and on the way out this woman, I suppose a manager, came up to me. loudly and publicly she told me dogs are not allowed in the store while shes walking by and saying other incredibly rude statements, right there with so many people here and all with a very rude voice. I quickly say, even if he were a service dog before I could even finish my sentence she cuts me off and says I can see his tag he says emotional support. She puts her hand in the air like some kind of cheer and ran away. I waited in the store for my Dunkin for which I was in line and had already paid for. She came back behind me and she stood there to watch me get my coffee and leave. I have never had such disgustingly poor customer service in my entire life.I have that dog because I have crippling anxiety, and that conversation did not help it. I went to have a full panic attack and had to take medication. But at least she felt good.Curious how she let me spend over $100 in the store before she was a complete b**** to meet publicly. I was in that store for two hours and not once did anybody come up to me politely and tell me that dogs were not allowed. I wouldve waited in the car even though I shouldnt have had to.
