      BJs stole close to $200 from me. I placed a grocery order for pick up. Went to pick up the order and waited about 30 minutes before going inside to let them know I was waiting. A manager (very rude) told me I had to wait because there was no one to bring out the orders. So I went back outside to wait and after 20 more minutes I left. The next day BJs charged me for the order. I called their corporate office who gave me a case number and said I would be refunded. I was never refunded. I filed a dispute with my bank and they denied by claim because BJs told them they are refunding me. I filed a complaint with BJs and it was marked "resolved" stating they would refund me. Two months later and no refund.

      Horrible Experience at BJs *******, ** (***********************) Express Pay Nightmare I recently had one of the worst customer service experiences at the ******************** located at *************************. I had purchased two Weatherproof Cotton pants, 30x30 in Grey Shadow. The items were fully paid for via Express Pay, and I thought the process would be quick and hassle-free. Little did I know, I was in for a frustrating ordeal.Upon reaching the checkout area, the employee in charge of scanning orders could not scan my items. Despite seeing the order details on my app and acknowledging that the items had already been paid for, the employee wouldnt allow me to leave. I tried calling a manager to verify the items and complete the checkout process.What followed was a long and frustrating wait. It took over 15 minutes for the manager to arrive, despite multiple requests and a line of frustrated customers. I was already upset because I had my wife with me, along with our 8-month-old baby in a carrier. Anyone with a baby knows how time-sensitive situations can be. We were trying to leave as quickly as possible to put the baby to sleep, but the delay felt ********** this point, I was beyond frustrated. I asked for a refund so I could just leave without the items. Even this wasnt quick; I still had to wait for the manager to approve the refund. This entire process of simply trying to leave with my purchased items or get a refund was chaotic, disorganized, and a complete waste of my ******* the time the refund was processed and I left, I had abandoned the items I had already paid for. It wasnt worth the hassle or the wait, especially with a tired baby and stressed wife in tow The whole experience was unacceptable. Whats the point of using Express Pay if youre held up and subjected to such disorganized, slow service? This was not just an inconvenience but an absolute nightmare, especially for families like mine who depend on quick service when shopping

      I ordered a bunch of stuff for my daughter's bday and had it shipped to my house. I was missing 5 items and 12 items were delivered damaged. The box they used to ship my items were flimsy & considering I had a lot of canned goods they just threw it in the box with items that cannot handle all that weight and burst/broke. I contacted BJs. Its been 7 days & still havnt received a refund for the items that were missing nor damaged. I sent pictures of them showing them. Even *** could not believe how bad they the packing was & the low quality of the cardboard boxes they used. Not only did I have to cancel my daughter's bday due to not receiving all the items, but I couldn't even change it to a pizza party because I spent $360 at BJs so I had no funds left. A supervisor stated that they would call me back on Monday, 10/7. Nothing. I called on Tuesday. They told me she would call me back. Instead I get an email at like 5 p.m. stating she will call me in 3 business days. I cannot buy groceries right now because I need those funds in order to do so. I feel like I am being treated poorly. I am a LOYAL customer who has spent probably over $250,000 in the past 14 years since I became a member (I am not a member of any other club - only BJs). it's disrespectful, poor customer service, and stealing because the items were missing/damaged.I sent pictures of the damaged items. The supervisor was just as upset as I was & agreed it was awful. I was depending on her to get back to me like she said. I am just devastated because I have been a customer so long & I feel like ******************** no longer cares about its members. As of right now, I will not be renewing my membership. This has HURT my family so much. I feel completely unappreciated by BJ's. I am sitting at my computer crying typing this feeling like absolute c*** because of all of this, plus trying to figure out how to buy food for my family since they still have not given me my money. Its been 7 days - no refund/contact.

      I think it is horrible my dad is getting hit with a 3 possibly category 4 hurrIcane he lives in a mobile home. He had to evacuate everyone with a tv knows oc hurricane ****** Appears to be passing directly thru ******* the storm worst is at 4am he is supposed to work until 7pm He needs to be safe His manager at BJs said he must report This is addition to the lack of breaks or lunch breaks at a proper time. BJs needs to do better for their employees especially long term employees

      With a hurricane approaching, I arrived at ******* in **************, **, and with other gas stations out of gas. I pulled into BJs where half of there pumps where empty. I started too pump gas into a five gallon container after pumping one half gallon the attendant stopped my pump and said i was at the pump five minutes after seven pm and there for he shut off my pump. others were still pumping. I pleaded with him because of the pending hurricane. too let me too finish filling my two five gallon gas containers. His response was come back on regular hours, when I again reminded him of the impending Hurricane he said. if the hurricane hits we will be closed. and BJs doesn't makes any quarters for customer's in a hurricane. basically telling me that he could care less about my situation.

      My Mom signed up for a membership and gave me a card - how nice. Except a year later, without my permission or knowledge, BJ's stole $55 from my account as a renewal charge. I never had my card information on file, but once when I was new to BJ's I needed help checking out. The "nice" cashier must've selected "yes, keep credit card information on file forever so we can steal her money!" I never realized it of course until I saw the renewal charge and called it to ask - why would you charge a secondary person, who never signed up for an account, the renewal fee AND how did you get my information, just from shopping? Well, my mom never allowed them to store her info and she just hadn't renewed yet. So with my information on file they simply charged my account. Sounds illegal but I'm sure they have a loop (I used the card so therefore submit to automatic renewal as the secondary person when the prime doesn't have the cc info on file). As a consumer it's absolute BS - I myself NEVER gave permission to store my cc info, I always opt out. It absolutely feels like theft to me but it's BJ's - a major US corporation, of course it feels like theft. It's what they do. I did get the charge reversed but a headache and just another unwelcome reminder of greedy corporations.

      I purchased a order of 504$ my order was canceled I was only refunded 133 out of 504 they keep telling me they gonna refund correct amount still havent yet they keep escalating it still no help

      BJs supports an *** booth in their stores that offers promotions to BJs customers. They are offering pricing that they cannot guarantee and ultimately will not honor. When you call *** to address the issue, they advise you that the BJs representatives are not able to accurately price plans and that all plan changes should always go through the *** customer service line and that therefore any offers through BJs will not be honored as offered. There are multiple complaints listed on forums all over the internet complaining about this issue, however, the *** booth still remains and continues to scam customers. This practice should not be allowed.

      Took money for membership and then would not allow or honor any online transaction or price. **************** is extremely slow and unhelpful as well
