      Remembering having my wallet at their ********* gas station location last when I called as soon as I realized my wallet was gone and ask if someone returned any wallet they said no. I even went in person to asked and they said no. Then I call and asked if that location had cameras but the employee that worked there told me no. So I called customer service and they told me there is cameras. So that employed already lied and that also show that hes quilty. Because I know every gas station has to have cameras equipped just in case a crime happens or anything else can happened. Management took almost a month to get back in touch with me about the incident just to claimed that there is no camera footage of me being there that day. So did the footage got deleted?? Also, claim that the cameras is only motion sensor. Poor customer service and I would never spend a dime at any ** locations ever again.

      I received an unauthorized transaction on my bank statement from BJ's for their annual membership renewal. I did not authorize BJ's to store my account information nor did I authorize an automatic debit from my bank account. I contacted ********************** customer service and the representative I spoke with stated they would credit my account immediately, but it could take 7-10 business days for it to post to my account. I then asked the representative to remove my account information from being stored in their system because I did not authorize them to do so, which the representative stated he would do. This is my second experience with BJ's doing an unauthorized transaction and I feel that their unethical practices needs to be reviewed.

      On August 25, 2024, I purchased a two-loaf package of Carrabba's bread from BJ's with a best-used-by date of August 27, 2024. Upon intending to use it, I noticed blue fuzzy spots and, upon separating the loaves, discovered web-like black mold on the bottom, indicating mold growth. I attempted to contact BJ's on Monday the 26th to voice my concerns and notify them of my inability to visit the store until the 27th. However, I was unable to reach either the bakery or customer service despite the automated system's instructions. Returning the moldy bread to the store, I highlighted the potential health risk, but my concerns seemed to be disregarded at the customer service counter. During a second interaction with the customer service desk, I suggested that the rapid mold growth could indicate an issue with the provider's cleanliness standards. Based on my experiences, BJ's Bakery often leaves baked goods on the shelf until their sell-by date. I believe an investigation into this matter is warranted to prevent potential illness. The black substance on the bread's bottom was not oven char; it was actual mold, which I differentiated for customer service. I suggest that caution be exercised regarding the shelf life of baked goods at BJ's.

      My daughter and I share a BJ's account that is in my name. We shop at the BJ"s in ********, Md. I received a membership renewal bill in May 2024 which I wrote a check for $55 and sent in for payment which they acknowledged that they had received.. My daughter was shopping there in May and before my payment was credited to my account, the checker while processing her items, informed her that the membership payment was due so she also paid $55 to renew it not knowing that I had already sent in a check. When we realized that both of us had paid the $55, I went to BJ's to get a refund. After 45 minutes of them checking they said they had no record that my daughter had also paid and that I would have to contact the billing department. I called the billing department and they wanted me to send them the receipt that my daughter had which she charged on her Discover account. Luckily she still had the receipt which reflected the $55 renewal fee had been payed. I sent them the receipt which also reflected the date, type of credit card, and last 4 digits of the credit card number. Then they wanted me to send them the first 6 digits of the credit card number. After several more emails and much grief and time, I decided to send them the first 4 digits of the card as I did not want to compromise the security of her credit card by providing more numbers. They still insisted they needed six digits of the card. I refused to provide any more numbers of the card. The information I have already provided is more than sufficient for them to verify the payment. The receipt alone should have been sufficient. It clearly showed the additional payment that was made. This is truly unbelievable to me that a company as large as BJ"s would put a good customer through what I've been through for $55 which they surely owed me. I just want BJ's customers to know the kind of company they are. They clearly don't have any regard for customer satisfaction.

      Our last three visits to BJS our purchase of fuel saver products were not recognized when we purchased gas! We had to go back into **************** and get reimbursed for the mistake. Spent a lot of time on the phone trying to correct the problem, most of my calls were with customer support from another country and they were very difficult to understand because English was not their primary language. We thought that all was fixed finally. Yesterday we purchased eight fuel saver items and only got credit for six when we went to purchase gas. Went back inside to customer service and we were told that this is a common problem and BJs has even shorted their employees with special occasional fuel discounts they offer to them. They said that it was a glitch with the system and we would just have to go to customer service every time we purchased gas for reimbursement. Really?

      I bring home so many spoil products Tomatos strawberries pineapple s now milk BJs need to do better The solution should not be for me to go back to the store to return item

      Very disappointing!!!! From my tab it says. Pint of IPA beer, darn the glass is small and it fits 12 oz. And they charge $9.95!!!! H*** no!!! I will not come back!!!

      Ordered a patio set on July 8. I cancelled the order the same day at the club and was told I will get my money back in no more than 24 hours. Its July 31, my refund hasnt arrived, after 5 calls of over 45 mins on the phone promised that I will get my refund still nothing solved and came to a club to get it resolved and was told theres nothing they could do. Cc is charging interest for the purchase, still missing my $2k refund and still no solution since the order is locked and the customer service online is close and need to call on Monday, today is Wednesday 8pm. I asked for a manager at the club and unfortunately there was no one available.
