      I am filing a dispute against Credit Collection Services (CCS) regarding a collection account that appears on my Experian credit report with a balance of $342, allegedly owed to Infinity Safeguard.I do not recall ever owing this debt and was never contacted, notified, or provided any documentation to validate it. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), I am requesting that CCS verify and validate this debt immediately or remove the account from all ********************** reporting bureaus.This debt is unverified, damaging my credit, and I expect a resolution through removal or written proof of the validity of this claim.

      Good morning. I'm filing a complaint against CREDIT CONTROL SERVICE because they are furnishing a debt that I am not liable for. This company also happens to not be registered with the BBB data base. I am demanding that this collection be removed from my credit report. I have a right to a fair and accurate credit report as per the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Please help with resolving this issue as they have not either verified this debt nor send me any notification about reporting this debt on my credit report which is a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Thank you in advance for your time and help.

      This account is being reported on my credit report without any proof or verification that this is my account. I don't know the original creditor or of any contract that I have been made aware of. I don't have an account number listed entirely. I have never done business with this company. The burden of proof of debt for this account is on the furnisher. They are reporting this information without having following the ***** and have violated my consumer right to a fair and accurate credit report. I have no knowledge of this account to further provide. Only what is being reported to Experian , **********, and Equifax.

      After arduous correspondence to correct the medical testing expense because it's covered by my Insurance.... the only response received was from this callous Collection Agency. In frustration I made good faith settlement offer "split the difference" (even though I still believe I'm being taken advantage of by careless "miss-coding" of care as it relates to previously covered expenses. After clearly offering $275.93 check as contractual Paid in Full Settlement...just to put this behind us.. Credit Collection Agency still insults me by claiming we still owe another $275.93.
