      Horrible customer service and technicians that have no knowledge how to do their job. I have been trying to get my wheelchair fixed for a year. The seat broke and the arm cracked. Ive sent text, emails, Ive called and I have chatted with **** to no avail. I cannot walk and Numotion left me without my wheelchair. Do not make business with this company, they do not care about their customers! ********* ******, ****** ******* and ***** did nothing to follow up, ***** the tech is clueless. So disappointed in this company!

      There customer service is deplorable especially given that their customers are people in wheelchairs that need these services for mobility and ultimately freedom. It takes months to get an appointment scheduled with them and safety is not a concern. Missing bolts and chairs that roll after stopped are not a concern for them and they will require you pay them money even if they didn't fix the wheelchair. Then if you get upset with them they will discontinue any service. Even though ironically they were not providing service. I would strongly recommend not using this company.

      Within 6 months of receiving new $10,000 wheelchair, backrest broke, mount to arm rest broke and the never tightened clothing guard cracked I not only had to fight for month, repeated calls daily before they would finally agree to honor chairs warranty nasty and hateful customer service **** Last part finally installed August 12 so could finally use chair, or so I thought When new backrest put on, tech forgot to attach it to frame I call NuMotion only to be told Id have to wait another 5 days for them to fix OR them just not come! I had to go to head office and file complaint just to get tech here immediately. That tech is whom found backrest wasnt attached I would never recommend this company. Ive been paraplegic since 1977. I have never received not only a chair that begins falling apart within 6 months, nor have to fight tooth and nail to get chair corrected. Had I not had my old wheelchair, I couldnt have gotten out of bed for the 4 months its taken to fix faulty craftsmanship

      I called numotion about my wifes wheelchair which was showing error codes. My call went to some offshore answering service. At least they tried to help me. No one answered their calls to speak to me. All they could do was submit a service order request on my behalf. After no one called me back after 3 days I researched the error code myself and determined the joystick controller needed replacement. I called an online company for parts and the company that made the wheelchair and both of these companies were extremely helpful. The company who made the chair couldn't sell me the part but made sure that I would get the correct part from the online company. Imagine that there are some companies that go out of there way to help you and some don't care. I diagnosed the problem and fixed it my self. I see a lot of numotion responses to these reviews are the same. Some changes to policy would be very helpful to customers especially when the item is out of warranty like in my case.

      DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!! I bought a SmartDrive from them that broke after 2 weeks (while I was on vacation & really was counting on it) and they want me to pay more $$ for the broken part because it isn't defective even though the installation may have been. What a giant waste of **********

      This company stinks. i bought a motorized wheelchair from them. It took months to deliver. In may i discovered a piece of the tire broke off. i called nu motion in *****. they scheduled an appointment for May 17, 2024. they told me on the phone to make sure there was another chair for me to sit on while they did the repair. when they came out, they said they weren't doing the repair just taking pictures and they would order the parts. As of July 2, 2024 the parts still haven't been ordered. they blamed my doctor, claiming he didn't send in the needed paperwork. My doctor assured me they sent it in A SECOND TIME. I called nu motion again on 7/2/24. they now said they just got it faxed to them yesterday. I asked for a copy. THEY SAID THEY CAN'T LOCATE IT.

      Phoenix branch has ordered the wrong part for my daughter wheelchair twice. The tire is flat and unusable. Now we are out of time to wait as we are leaving the state for summer. They never acknowledged it, apologized or offered a resolution. Absolute c*** numotion! BE BETTER!!! Youre leaving a non mobile child without a way to access community because of your lack of attention. The office lady ***** was absolutely zero help and zero compassion and breezed by my concerns, never addressing them. Numotion: do not respond by telling me to contact my local branch. I have and THEY DO NOT CARE.

      Numotion is a scam, they overcharge for even bad repairs and customer service is a joke, I was promised our bath chair was covered by insurance and over a year later I get a bill for $1600?! For a bath chair that doesnt help at all! The power wheelchair isnt that great, for a custom fit chair it should fit my son better, the seat cushion is not comfortable, the chest strap broke a third time after being replaced! Adjustments are so expensive we purchased this expensive power wheelchair and adjustments cost a fortune! This company treats its customers so unfairly and they are not upfront about whats covered or not and they send you surprise bills!

      ************Terrible customer service, they do not follow up with anything. If I did not follow up on my own, I still would be in the dark. All they do is make false promises, and never follow through. I have been without my powerchair, for over a month, and still do not know when it will be repaired. iI

      Break repair on a heavy, personalized wheel chair appointment is 3 weeks just for an evaluation. We can't transport the chair ourselves so my disabled mother is at the mercy of the company, to wait. That is a major safety issue on the part of Numotion. The wheelchair is also very flimsy. We've had it repaired several other times.
