      Worst customer service ever! Expect no calls for anything! They do NOT care about their customers. They have no problem sending a bill, but DO have problems talking to their customers. *************** only helps with ********** items...he told me himself, when he delivered a multi thousand dollar power chair to my mom. Not happy with them at all.

      This is the email I had to send to this company and called the next day to find out they hadn't even shipped the catheters out!To Whom it may concern, Unfortunately I ran out of my catheters supply due to the poor customer service from ********************** this week, I called on Thursday (Jan 11) to confirm I was running out and could you guys send the next shipment out one or two days early.The representative stated that might be possible based on the insurance qualifications which is understandable. My order normally goes out on the 13th of each month, However, the 13th fell on a Saturday, which is a non-business working day for Numotion. Therefore it should have been okay and top priority to ship on the 12th, I ran out of my catheters today (Jan 15) due to *** closed on **************************** holiday. I pray they come TOMORROW!

      Very poor service after receiving my powered wheelchair. In my actual experience.I'm 65 and a c67 quadraplegic for 35 years now. Around April or may 2023 i develop problems with my 2 year old powerwheelchair. The controller needed replacing.It took 6 months for that.During that time my battery had died. They order batteries.it took 2 months. But once it got to there store, they don't have a tech available for the last 2 weeks to come install them.Bottom line they don't provide temporarily wheelchairs.So for 7 1/2 months i was stuck iny apartment until someone got me a manual chair which i had a hard time manuvering.As of today still waiting for repair technician.Going on 8 months

      STAY AWAY!! NuMotion has an F rating with the BBB. I could not find a single good review regarding this company. The high pressure, over-priced, and predatory tactics are unethical especially given the vulnerable population that they are supposedly helping. They are a middle-man and up-charge what you can purchase elsewhere for less money. My loved one had not even been in the nursing facility for 6 weeks before he was told that his only option for an electric wheelchair was to use NuMotion. As a long time nurse, and Director of a healthcare facility, I find their business strategies appalling.

      My experience and personal opinion about the management and customer service of ******************************************* since I had my right leg Amputated, making me a bilateral amputee, on November 17, 2021. I finished Rehab at the ***************** on December 5, 2021. They had set up an appointment for me to meet with a Numotion salesman at Rehab. The salesman was very helpful.My new wheelchair was delivered on February 21, 2022. In October of 2022, my wheelchair needed a repair. It took a month to get the part in and a technician to install it on my chair on October 21, 2022.On November 2, 2023, one of my wheelchair brakes broke. I called Numotion. I was set up with a home visit (remember, I have no legs) for November 7. On the 7th, I got a call from Numotion, canceling the appointment. I called Numotion. They had not yet ordered the $137.00 break. I asked the employee if she understood that I could not transfer from the wheelchair to my chair that rolls over the toilet or into bed. She was indifferent. She said they were waiting to hear from my insurance company. I told her I would pay and take care of filing with the insurance company for a refund. I requested that she get the part OVERNIGHTED. OK.That did not happen. What a s***** experience Numotion provided, especially since I mentioned three times in one conversation that I had NO LEGS, and the wheelchair is dangerous with a broken break. I thought Numotion was servicing people with medical issues! There is no rush for Numotion.Their ONE field technician installed the breaks today, November 17, 2023. He was very friendly and quickly fixed the chair's brakes. He understood why I was so ****** off at Numotion.Numotion doesn't follow up on appointments or orders. You MUST make the follow-up calls. I don't understand why they wouldn't request an overnight delivery of an in-stock part! They didn't care about my well-being.

      A technician was rude, unprofessional and insulted me during service on my powerchair. Instead of addressing the issue with the employee they refuse to fix my broken powerchair. I am a homeless paraplegic. My chair is my only access to being human and Any mobility.

      ************** 9/5/23 I have done business with NuMotion for many years and have had the best experience until this year! I received a new chair around June or July and it is falling apart to the point that I am afraid to use it. I have started to use my old chair less than one month after I received my new one. I have called twice and when I went to see the Doctor on August 11, 2023 who requested the chair she wrote an important memo to them and I have received no phone calls to date. I think I understand why their service is so poor but not for sure. Would love to get my new wheelchair fixed so I wouldnt be afraid to use it

      Ive been using ************* for several years. I havent had any problems until my new chair. Trying to get an appointment with permobil for anything in ******** **** is out six weeks in home if I can find a ride to get me there its several weeks on a couple weeks only. The problem with permobil repair is I live in my chair and I cant do without it but I have no means of getting it fixed quickly anytime Ive called. They dont even have a service contract available for someone to come out to fix my chair. I highly recommend not going with her mobile in ********, **** on ******************* . I was talking to the service department and of course yes, I was complaining and she hung up on me. Not a good company.

      I would give zero stars if I could and the website allowed me to. I would warn people that NuMotion is a no good business, no good company, that anyone could work with for wheelchairs of any kind. If anyone wants to be careful, I would advise that they are worthless and not worth using as a vendor. My point of view is if they are so incompetent that they can't finish any repair jobs, why do we have to rely on them? I have had a power wheelchair brand new from them, after one year it broke and they never fixed it. When they did fix the chair they had untrained staff take it, and messed up the chair further, I had a technician put a belt into the power box and they refused to fix it until weeks later. Instead of helping with repairs, they asked for insurance codes, that doctors asked why they are making me go through hoops to get the codes for them when its their job. My insurance said they never completed any of the paperwork faxed to them. Every time I would call, they would promise to help but they never did or would call back. They never ordered parts for the chair, I was bed bound for three months until family gave me a loaner chair. Try asking for a loaner chair from NuMotion and they will tell you sorry we do not give loaner chairs. Stay away from them for your safety! Insurance only allows your wheelchair provider loaners to come from the same company. Other companies were horrified when they learned what NuMotion did to me and what they do to others. Please do not get a new motorized chair from them if you can avoid it. Look to local wheelchair shops that care about you that are honest, fair and willing to work with you.
