      I am not liable for the debt with AMERIFINANCIAL SOLUTIONS. I do not have a contract with WAKE EMERGENCY PHYS ****** guys need to handle this issue. This has been going on for a long time now that I have seen my information. That's messing my Character & name up as a person.They are in violation & told me 30 days when I had fraud. A identity theft with police report I had attached as well, they are in major violation.

PA) ACCOUNT NUMBER: *********Date Opened: 06/24/2019 Balance: $636.00 I received a notice that I have a collection from collection agency ************* SOLUTIO on my credit report. It says it was opened on 06/24/2019 for the balance of $636.00 with account number starting ********** that I am not aware of nor am I responsible for. I never went into business with this company or signed any agreements with them so they should not be reporting anything on my credit. This is a violation of my rights as a consumer according to the **** and *****. I would like for this collection to be removed ASAP or I will file a CFPB and FTC report.

      AFS does not understand the recent message from the BBB "What is the next step? The consumer has rejected the company offer in regards to this complaint, and BBB has forwarded it to the business for review. That message makes no sense as AFS made no offer, but simply asked that the consumer provide information to positively identify the account that was the subject of the complaint. The consumer sent identifying information. AFS is in the process of reviewing the initial complaint and will respond with in the 5 days allotted.

      I contacted American Financial Solutions about an unverified account (********) with a $524 balance. I was attempting to call credit bureaus to verify the legitimacy of their request. American Financial Solutions and the credit bureaus ignored my complaints. As a result, I've decided to enlist your assistance in eliminating this unverified and fraudulent account.

      consumer’s statement that the account has not been verified and consumer's complaints have been ignored are not accurate. On
      6/25/2021 the consumer called AmeriFinancial Solutions (AFS) set up a payment
      arrangement and made a payment. On 7/23/2021 the consumer called AFS stating
      that he got laid off and could not pay at all now. The consumer’s payment
      arrangement was canceled. The original balance was $572.00 and as the consumer
      states the current balance is $524.00.  AFS looks forward to working with

      The consumers statement that This letter is being sent to you in response to your recent letter. is not accurate as AmeriFinancial Solutions (AFS) has not recently sent the consumer a letter. The last letter AFS mailed to the consumer was on or about 9/24/2018. The consumers request for validation pursuant to the ***** is not timely. AFS is not sure why the consumer is quoting Section ***** and 13407(1) of the *****  The sections that the consumer quotes do not appear applicable to this matter as they have to do with application of security provisions and temporary breach notifications.  Even though it is AFSs position that this matter was handled properly, AFS will honor the consumers desired resolution and request that account ******** be deleted from the consumer's credit. AFS does not control the amount of time it takes for the credit bureau to honor such a request.

      I am filing this complaint because I noticed Amerifinancial Solutions had placed a debt for $1,543 on my credit report on 10/25/2021. I reached out to emergency physician of central fl and have on a recording call that this bill should NOT be on my credit report which I can also provide the recorded call to all parties . I also reached out to Amerifinancial Solutions asking to verify that this debt is indeed mine and also also for a copy for HIPPA authorization due to the alleged debt account being a medical account. Amerifinancial Solutions sent a bill which is not sufficed validation. Amerifinancial Solutions also did not provide a copy for HIPPA authorization for the alleged medical account. Under the health insurance portability and accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). I reserve the rights to protect the privacy of my personal information and medical records from all third-party reporting agencies. I am not liable for this debt with AmeriFinancial Solutions and do not have a contract with them. They did not provide me with the any documents or signatures like I requested. This debt was not properly validated and should not be on my credit at all . I demand that this incorrect bill be removed from my credit report and again I can provide the recorded call from emergency physician of central fl.       In response to the consumer’s request for validation on or
      about 2/24/23 AmeriFinancial Solutions (AFS) mailed documentation to the
      consumer that would enable to consumer to understand the nature of the debt.
      The consumer admits to receiving the documentation.  If the consumer
      wishes to obtain a copy of any HIPAA related documents that information can be requested
      from the facility as the facility is the custodian of that record. The
      documentation that was sent to the consumer complies with applicable law as the
      documentation relates to the services rendered by Emergency Physicians of
      Central Fl (EPCF). The facility and provider bill separately. Furthermore, a
      provider of healthcare services is permitted to release PHI for treatment,
      payment, or healthcare operations (TPO). According to *********** the term "Payment"
      encompasses the various activities of health care providers to obtain payment
      or be reimbursed for their services and of a health plan to obtain premiums, to
      fulfill their coverage responsibilities and provide benefits under the plan,
      and to obtain or provide reimbursement for the provision of health care. In
      addition to the general definition, the Privacy Rule provides examples of
      common payment activities which include but are not limited to billing and
      collection activities. While the consumer does have the right to protect
      personal health information the forwarding of the consumer's PHI to this office
      does not violate HIPPA. AFS does not claim to have a contractual relationship
      with the consumer. AFS is a collection agency and the account in question was
      placed with AFS for collection. If the consumer could provide a copy of the
      recorded call from EPCF that may prove helpful in resolving this matter.  AFS
      looks forward to working with the consumer to resolve this matter. If the

      the consumer, there was no response to that letter. Documentation will be mailed
