A mystery collection showed up on my credit report. This "debt" is not real. The only hospital I've been to was paid by myself and insurance. I even contacted the supposed original creditor and been told I do not have a outstanding bill with them in collections or owe them any money at all. This company is illegally reporting to my credit and I demand it be removed immediately! I have provided proof of no debt with my complaint.Business Response

That bill is from a wreck that i was not responsible for the bills were paid by the other persons insurance. I've received no communication about this bill other this. This doctor obviously didn't file something on time or right and missed his opportunity to be paid because this bill was not my responsibility.

I had ************* put a collection notice on my credit report illegally! You are supposed to wait a year before anything is reported under the new laws! I went to the hospital in may of 24 and this month they backdated dated the collection for june of 24 not even a month after my visit! I contacted them to say it was forgiven by the hospital i dont owe anything and no one even sent me a bill! They told me to contact the biz that put me in collections with them to get it removed and when i contacted them they had no record of me or of me being in collections! I am furious because they ruined my credit with money i dont even owe from my scholarship and backdated it all illegally on top of that! I want this false collection erased from my account and i will also be getting a debt attorney to go after the false reporting! According to what they put on the credit report they wanted me in collections a month after my visit with no bill! It is all very shady! *** *******Business Response
