      Terrible customer service with **********************. They are rude and incompetent. A week plus to post electronic payments to your account. expect 2 weeks before check posts. they do this on purpose for the extra interest it accrues delaying. I purchased my truck in August 23, (6 months ago) dealer financed with TD auto finance. I set up my payments to pay automatically with my bank, I always remain one payment ahead throughout a car loan. 2 payments in, my bank calls me and tells me TD cancelled my auto car payment. Called TD to find out why, what a fiasco, an hour to get a human on the phone. She could of verified my identity with a couple questions but no, she asked me every detail about my loan, loan amount, yr make and model of truck, name, address, phone, birthday, ss, email, where I work, work #, last 6 of vin, the date I bought the truck before she would even talk to me. Ridiculous. Asked why they cancelled my auto car payment, she insisted they had not cancelled it. blamed it on my bank. tried to explain, I just want to figure out what happened so it doesn't happen again. She rudely said TD did not cancel it. I set up the auto pay with my bank again. 2 payments later my bank calls- TD cancelled the auto payment again. Asked my bank to see if it's something internal. my branch manager showed me TD cancelled the auto payments from their end electronically. Called TD again and all that id verification nonsense all over again to get another rude representative who insisted they didn't cancel it. She said that I need to add my checking info to my account and use THEIR bill pay for a nominal monthly fee. I declined, told her my bank doesn't charge me to pay bills and she responded "then your bill pay will keep getting cancelled". I was taken back by her rudeness. I was done with TD and going to refinance to my credit Union and that's what I did. My CU sees they accepted the payoff funds a week ago and still not posted the payoff to my account.

      Terrible customer service and billing systems. Tried to change automatic payments to new bank account and they still pulled money out of my old account causing it to overdraft. When calling I was told different things by multiple people including the supervisor who was less help than his subordinates. Wouldnt recommend a car loan here

      Been trying to get a lien release for my vehicle from td auto finance since 2021! I can't sell or take my insurance off! Called them an insane amount of times saying it takes 10 days but now over 30! I need help!

      I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring a matter of utmost urgency and concern to your attention regarding the handling of my recent fraud case by TD Bank. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated. With the significant delay in refunding, the funds that were fraudulently taken from my account, which amounts to approximately. $159,000 on December 28th 2023. I have attached a copy of the police report. Please research this important matter for me and respond so I know what further action is required on my part!!

      I ordered an item through ******* finance over a year ago, to this date I have barely paid off the amount owed....I tried for months!!! to set up the account for auto debit. went to myonlineacount.com to register my account but this never worked, 8 months later it turns out my account was already registered but no one on the harassing phone calls was able to tell me this. every month I receive 4-5 phone calls a day from a "Spam number". I answer the call but keep getting hung up on, occasionally I will get an answer, and guess what its TD Bank, im past due on a payment and now have late fees! but because I cant log in or register on Myaccount.net I cannot set up auto payment.so here I am, January ****, I had finally been able to set up auto payment at the end of last month, but guess what, I missed the window for that months payment and now I am getting multiple calls a day for a missed payment and have a late fee tacked on.Of all my mortgage payments, car payments, student loans, credit cards and streaming subscriptions, TD BANK HAS BEEN THE WORST!!!!Don't call people with an auto dialer that registers as spam and maybe ensure your agents aren't hanging up on customers. I have dozens upon dozens of 0:01 second calls from the same number because TD Bank agents hang up when I answer.

      If I could give TD Bank a minus 100 I would. There is nothing to make me want to do business with td bank ever again. I have called their customer service number too many times to have my bill amount corrected. I purchased ********* from ****** ********* in ****. After receiving my first bill I called ****** to say the amount was/is incorrect. ****** blamed td bank. I called and called. Td bank to fix this issue, I have sent emails to TD Bank using their online onsite email system on the td bank website. The amount was not corrected and no matter how it was pointed out to customer service nothing was changed. Today even right now, I am on hold with td bank, a customer service rep. ****** answered, and I asked why the item was not off my bill since its paid in full, she put me on hold. so far, I am on hold with td bank, ******, for *****sec. I will never do business with ****** ********* or td bank of ME. Terrible businesses and to boot the customer service is bottom. I will add that the "supervisor" at ****** after I kept calling there stated he too called td bank to try and repair the errors to no avail. And ****** insists its the banks fault although they, ****** produces the Bills for items sold in their stores. He was not able to get anything done as well.

      I will never do anymore business with TD Bank through ******** nor recommend them to anymore! The continually add late fees of 40 dollars on top of each other every month if you're late and/or only pay the amount due, they also continuously call your phone, hang up and don't say anything when you answer. My balance has been at 278 dollars and has not went down due to what they claim.......late fees for one late payment! Highway robbery!!!

      I deposited my paycheck through the app on Wednesday Jan 9. I have **** in my account. I was told my paycheck funds will not be available until Jan 19. That is 10 days they are holding my money, as of today, I have no gas in my car and no money for groceries.

      Horrible Service. They dont care about the customer. All they care about is the money. Our car was stolen 1 day after we bought it. They harassed ** for their money which was coming from the insurance company and the service contract company. They got all their money except $111.44. GAP is going to pay it but they couldnt wait so they wrote it off and messed up my credit score. When I needed paperwork from them to send to GAP so I could get the balance, they kept saying that they would send it. Its been 3 weeks and they havent sent it, why because they lied. One of the employees told me they dont have the form to send me what I need. They lied because all I needed was an itemized statement showing how much was paid to them from the service contract.
