      Rude and bad company. I applied for their retail card with blueniles and I was pre approved but it was denied for unknown reasons the rep was rude and disrespectful and wasted my time . The call was disconnected 7 times

      I love these guys! They are very flexible and they work hard to not negatively impact my credit. The customer service reps are very friendly. There are no late fees until the account is 30 days past due. Who else does that? The biggest complaints come from people who are past due and TD to treat them special. Another got made because his statement was late. Did you not know you had a car payment coming due? Why not call TD? Whether the statement is late or not, you entered into an agreement to pay a debt. I've been with TD for 3 years and their service has been impeccable.

      I was bank with this bank for over 10+ year and cause I made a complaint about one of there employee my account was close when the teller was rude and lack customer service

      Honestly, the worst financing company I've ever seen. They didn't send my initial bill until the last minute, and then their site takes forever to process payments. I only financed to get a better sales price, as the car salesperson and dealer incentivized on financing. I wish I hadn't. I can't wait to pay them off as soon as they can actually process the payment, which seems to be more difficult in 2024 than it should be. I will be pursuing legal action on interest accrued due to their errors. They don't process payments in a timely manner. This needs to be investigated as their scam is obvious, accrue interest and delay.

      My son's truck was repossessed due to late payments (he never had any communication from the finance company that they was taking action). The online account had been closed not allowing him to make a payment. Every time we tried to call TD Auto Finance, we would be on hold for over an hour waiting. When they finally gave us an amount to get the truck back. We paid that amount (which included repossession & towing charges), so they gave us the location of the truck (in another state). We contacted them and they told us that TD Auto Finance "hadn't sent the release" and to call them back. This went on back and forth until TD finally told us the truck had been sold. Every time we call, they tell us that they are trying to research the situation and that a supervisor will call us back by the end of the day. It's been weeks now. The State of Arkansas DMV says the vehicle is still registered in my son's name. We've contacted a civil attorney and the Arkansas **************************

      Been with TD Bank for 10+ years and this year they started to put 6-day holds on my checks that get deposited. Clearly they do not value their customers they only want the $15 a month for the account and any $35 overdraft fees they can pick up. I think that people need to show that customer service still matters in 2024 and move to a bank that values its customers!

      My husband open a checking account and saving account with them. They offered him a TD CASH credit card limit ****** with interest rate *****% and cash advance interest rate *****%. I didn't know anything about it. My husband balance is $20,000. I was very surprised that his monthly fee are $720,$673,$664,$665,$656,$642 with interest fee $452,438,450,457. plus interest Charge fee and foreign fee. he have called to disputed some charges for a company and never been taken away. I have never pay this amount of money in a credit card myself and my husband either. you see this amounts in car loans but not credit card. Last time my husband used this card was November 6, 2023. we don't see the balance going down. I tried to call them so they could help him but because I'm not in his account they didn't help me at all. please do not accept any credit card that offered a lot of money because at the end you will be paying up to 4 to 5 times of what you owed. My husband has a good credit score i don't understand why you are offered him *****%. He is paying more in interest than for balance due. He want his interest to be cut in half and his monthly fee at least half of what he is paying now. be careful before get in this type of credit cards. My husband name is *****

      I made a purchase from ******* and was redirected to their financing option via td bank. I have often times made my payments as scheduled without any problem. Only recently when I am about to pay my bill again, my final and last charge was supposed to be around $28. However, when I was about to make my payment I had a charge for an additional $64?. I have no idea why and I never received notification about this sudden charge. In total, I am expected to pay almost $89 by June 3rd. I have tried calling the company to dispute this charge along with the reason why I was not contacted or emailed about this situation. Unfortunately, for a person to reach a customer representative at their ***** number is non-existent. I have been on the phone on "hold" for the past 90 minutes. I have tried calling a different number but it led right back to the same auto call center of leaving people on hold forever. I am not sure if this company is a legitimate business as indicated or if so needs to focus attention on the customer inquiries and ********************. I am worried if I mail in a dispute it will not get noticed and brushed off to the side. This is feeling like a scam behind a legit business like ******* and td bank, this type of service shouldn't be accepted. I would like to dispute this sudden charge without any penalty and only pay my final payment of $28 as expected. This has definitely affected my choice of purchasing any more ******* products online.
