      I have been on AutoPay with TPT SpeedConnect for several months. All has been well until this month (November). They have not contacted my credit union for payment. TPTSC sent me another bill requesting payment. I've sent several emails stating that I have AutoPay, but just get automated responses. I've tried calling numerous times only to get that all representatives are busy and to email. Email suggests calling and calling suggests email. I want to cancel my service and can't get through by phone (which they require).

      I received an email from SpeedConnect on November 14, 2023. They apologized for the lack of response and have cancelled my service, as requested.

      We have been a customer with ********************** since they purchased BridgeStreet. I am completely unable to pay my bill online, by phone or contact anyone at this company. Email is answered by a form letter with no followup. Phone calls to sales, customer service and tech support are answered with all representatives are busy. You can go online to pay your bill or email us. And then you are disconnected. None of these methods work. How are you suppose to pay your bill and, I am wondering if they are even in business any more.

      I've had their internet service for years Account ****** and there is no contract. I pay monthly approx $50 and our usage pattern has not changed over the years but received a 75% data warning at 10 pm 10/13/23 and called but they were closed until Monday. I tried calling several times on 10/16 but message stated all reps busy and to email which I did. I recd an email message that a rep would contact me but no one has. I have continually tried to contact them since that time. The local office in ********* is not accepting calls and ******** is closed. TPT SpeedConnect is billing me for overages each month but I cannot upgrade or cancel my account unless I speak to a rep which is impossible since they are not answering their phones. (Per their policy on the website these changes cannot be made unless I speak with them personally.) My bill due 11/10 is $121.40 (should be $50 or so) and overages charged at $3 per GB are continuing for the current month. There is no change in the electronic devices we use at any given time so I don't understand why this fall I am now getting billed for overages. I am also being charged $1.50 monthly for a credit card service fee but I cancelled the automatic deduction in August so this should also be refunded. I have tried all the available avenues and have no choice but to ask the BBB for help in resolving this issue. I would like to cancel SpeedConnect service and have them remove/refund the overage charges and credit card fees since they have not responded to any of my inquiries or answered their phones so this issue could be rectified.       Constant interruption of service at least the last 2 months. Have repeatedly tried to contact the company on phone and also sent emails. I've been a customer for over 10 years and the company has gone from great to unbelievably horrible.

      I have been trying for several months to cancel my internet service with Speed Connect. They indicate that you have to cancel my phone. No one ever answers the phones or returns emails! The phone lines indicate that all reps are busy and to email them and hangs up. Theres no phone queue or any voicemail messaging. They continue to keep charging me fees every month, but how do I get them to cancel my service?!

      October 26th our internet stopped working tryed calling TPT Speedconnect, recording stated technicians were working the issue. 3 days later called again and got same recording. Can't get ahold of a person to talk to. Sill no internet 1 week later.

      I have been without internet for approximately 2 weeks. I have attempted to contact Speed Connect but I only get recordings and no way to contact them. I would like to cancel with Speed Connect as a result of their lack of response and I have not had internet for 2 weeks. The only way to cancel with them is on the phone and they are not responding!

      Cannot contact anyone via email or phone. Unable to pay bill on the Speed Connect online portal or by phone!? Very frustrating, terrible (rather lack of any service or communication).

      No internet from September **** 2023. That was a second time happened for 6 days end of August. Have been trying to reach company via phone and email since outage started. Wanting to cancel service and credit for time no service. Can't get anyone via any mode of communication. I want to stop service and stop being billed. I am not using their equipment since September I needed to secure other rural internet as I work at home at night, weekends and some days. I want to cancel and return equipment.
