We have been trying to cancel our internet services with SpeedConnect for account number ***** located at address ********************************************************************* for several months and when calling their number at ************* or emailing ****************************** we get absolutely no response. They continue to send us bills and we need this to stop. The internet service through SpeedConnect has been awful over the past year. Please help ** to cancel our service with them.The invoices come from TPT SpeedConnect, PO Box ******, ************* 80163.The online portal they have on the invoice does not work as well ******************************************! Tried contacting end of July 2023 to cancel service August 7th 2023 . Couldn't get person on phone, just recording no one available to take call ************ no matter what time or day...same thing. Sent them letter with **** stating to cancel my service, no reply and have continued to **** continues. Have sent letters, emails , tried phone number at least 30 or more times, still being billed. Speedconnect is my internet provider. I have not had service for at least a week straight. I have called customer service multiple times on multiple days & have tried all 3 options, sales, tech support & billing. Tech states issues with service in my area. In all 3 options the automated voice says no one available & hangs up It does give options for a "portal" that does not recognize my email & won't let me reset & an email which I sent an email to last week & have only received the initial automated response email about "a ticket" being created. I am being billed automatically to a credit card monthly for a service I am not getting by a company I can not reach. Please help. FYI the Web site says you must cancel service via the telephone which is what makes the customer service ph # not having a msg or hold option that much more distressing to me.Initial Complaint

Friday, 10/20/23 I had rain gutters installed on my house. An installer accidentally ran a s**** through my internet cable. I called this company to arrange for repair but their answering system said all support techs were busy and told me to access their website or send an email. The website offers no option to request service. Only the "Pay My Bill" page. I arranged to have another ISP come install internet service. Then I sent an email to this company explaining the situation while there was still time for them to repair the cable and I could cancel the new install. As of this date, 10/27/23, I still have not been able to contact them and have not received a response to my email. I have always paid my bill a day or two early and never missed a payment. A payment will be due on the 10th and I don't want to pay it. But I don't want to damage my credit as I have worked hard to establish a stellar rating.Initial Complaint

can't get ahold of my current internet provider, speed connect. I want to cancel service and their policy states can only be done by phone. Doesn't matter if i press option for sales, billing, or tech support, message say no agent available. I have been unable to contact this vendor by phone since 10/4/2023. I want to cancel my service and their policy is it must be done by phone. I have tried the following ********* ******** ************* ************* *************** They offer 3 options to be transferred to: Sales, Technical Support, and Billing. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! No message options. I want this service disconnected and since the provider does not allow this option on the website I will continue to be charged monthly because of the cancellation by phone ONLY policy. I have attempted to help my mother in law *******************************, disconnect her speedconnect account. The only phone number I can find ************, hangs up after telling us that operators are not available. The only way they allow you to disconnect is by phone. ******* is moving and there are no tv sets left at her home. It is very dishonest that we must contact them by phone but they do not pick up the phone. We have been trying to disconnect 4 days now.........Customer Answer

My husband has been trying to contact this company as well. He found a support email on ******** and received the following response. If you have an email address you would like me to forward the original response email to, please let me know. Please note that is directs us to the same phone number that tells us no representatives are available and hangs up on us. Not one of the 3 of us have been able to reach anyone by phone to this day. My mother in law is still being charged for a nonexistent service with no way to cancel

I have tried to cancel speedconnect but they are unreachable via phone and email I have read other complaints with the same complaints I just want to cancel and not be billed in the future.
