      TPT Speedconnect ended service to my residence on August 31, 2023. Multiple calls and emails to the company to resolve the issue generated an auto reply but no other contact. I canceled service on September 26 and received a bill for *************** on October 2. The company seems to have closed up and their billing and tech departments do not answer either phone calls or email.

      Our internet service stopped working in August and continued not to work for over a month. We tried contacting SpeedConnect multiple times over the phone but only reached recordings. I emailed SpeedConnect to cancel my service and still did not hear from anyone. I had to block them from my credit card because they are still trying to bill me.

      I have been without internet service since September 1st, 2023. I originally thought it may be my equipment so upgraded my router. When that did not fix the problem I spent weeks trying to contact the company via email and phone. I have yet to receive a response and the automated prompt on the phone states all representatives are busy and then they state that you can still go to their online portal to pay bill. Then the phone disconnects, unlike most other places that put you in a queue to wait for a representative. I did sign up for the portal and see that I have a credit. There is no way to contact them through their portal.

      I've been without service for week's ,I cant get them to answer calls or emails after many attempts!

      For the past three months, my internet service has been out. I have been charged for all three months. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company via phone and email; no response has ever been received. On 9/26/2023, I attempted to go to their physical office location and discovered it was vacant. I was told by neighboring businesses that the business location had been empty for several months. Speed Connect continues to accept payments from people and not provide internet service. I have since stopped payment with my bank for the monthly charge as I have been unable to get anyone at the business to respond back to me. When you call their number, ************, you get a recording. Choose one of three options; sales, tech or billing. Each option says it is sending you to a representative, then tells you that a rep isn't available and directs you to the payment portal for all issues/payments or to email one of the following: ***************************** **************************** and ******************************* Nobody responds to the emails sent.

      I have trying reaching out to the company to end my service. They do not answer the phone, I emailed, got a remote answer back with a claim number and nothing more. I have written letters.They continue to bill me and add on late fees.I requested the end of service August 1st, 2023

      We have had speed connect for years now and had only a few problems here and there. The past few months it would go out for a few days but then work again. I've never called because I get it. Things happen, they need to work on things. A couple of weeks before labor day it stopped working. I have called multiple times till today. I've tried billing, tech support, and sales. Nobody answers. It an automatic prompt saying no agents available and it hangs up.

      I tried to cancel my service with TPT Speed Connect on 19/July/2023. No one answers the phone, *************). They send a payment request monthly, ($69.95). Current balance $170.79. This is the latest response to an email I sent.TPT SpeedConnect Re: closing account [*****]To Whom It May ************ message is to inform you that we have opened a ticket in our customer management system to address your issue.If you need to communicate with us further regarding this issue, please reply specifically to this email as it will allow us to better manage the information flow. Tickets are tracked by email thread, so sending a new email, even with the same subject, will generate a new ticket.Our Billing team responds to all emails in the order they are received. For faster assistance, we recommend you call us at **************. Submitting multiple tickets or replies via email will not speed up response time.Our *********** is open Monday - Friday, 9AM - 7:30PM Eastern Time.Regards,TPT SpeedConnect Billing THIS IS AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE

      We've been attempting to cancel internet service with Speed Connect for the past month. Their policy states that services can only canceled over the phone, but they do not answer their phones and do not offer the option to leave a message. We sent an email to each of their email addresses; ******************************* ********************************* ********************************* and ******************************* to request that our service be cancelled. As of yet, we're not sure if this will resolve the issue.
