      Cannot get a hold of their technical support neither by email nor by phone. Ive tried daily starting Friday 9/08/23 and it continues to today 9/13/23. One day my laptop stopped showing my email in MS ******** My tech guy came to delete the account and re-enter it. It will not reenter. We can get no tech-support to help us and I currently am on auto pay and their website says you cannot cancel an account with them except by phone. They do not accept emails or texts.

      I have attempted to contact this company to cancel my service several times and in several different ways since 8/14/23 with no response. I have called directly and no one answers and it hangs up on me. I have emailed every possible email address I can find for them and the system automatically opened 2 tickets for me. No one has ever replied in any way. I have removed my credit card information from my account to stop the auto pay. I have disconnected my WiFi router as of 8/14/23 and have not used their service since yet I am still getting bills.

      Speedconnect has not provided me with internet service since september 1, 2023 i tried calling several times and get same message technicians are working to resolve problem with no fix date and not able to talk to anyone because message says there closed I also emailed them with no response. I am paid up till September 30, 2023. I would like to cancel my service but they only take cancellations by phone would like to know if there no longer providing internet service to my area

      I am having the same problem listed by many others already with Speedconnect. No service for 5 days in August and currently have had no service since 9/7/23 to current. Unable to reach anyone during there stated business hours in billing or technical. Received VM the offices currently closed. No way to contact them. They do indicate can pay bill on line.

      Speed Connect has disappeared but is still sending bills. I have trie to call, email, text and write letters. No response.

      I have been without internet for about a week and a half. When you call the number SpeedConnect has provided ************** that is available, you have certain departments you can reach out to however, when you reach those departments and the automated service just says the office is closed even during business hours Ive tried this multiple times the automated service said there is a outage in certain areas in ******** which I am affected and they are working to correct the problem. There are times we have to work from home and this is creating big problems. I have now also sent three emails one to sales and two to tech-support no response all Im trying to understand is when my Internet will come back up. they should not have their regular phone shut off during business hours. Theres a sales department, tech department and a billing department and all it says is office is currently closed. I have also travel to the *********** site in ******** and it is now closed. I have no other way to get a hold of them. I need some help with this.Thank you.***************************

      I have been trying to cancel speed connect since may but the office is closed..I went 1 hr. Away to there closes office *********** ******** and the office is cleared out. Have no way to cancel so just quit paying. Have sent letters to ******* I'll. With no response. Tried contacting the parent co. TPT GLOBAL and it was sent back. Have contacted the *** they say there looking into it. Still getting billed every month. Will take them to court when they cancel me...they double billed me and continue adding late fee's. .

      I have been trying for weeks to get ahold of the company. I have tried calling at all hours of the day to cancel my services through them. I have also reached out via email.When you call and try the options, it tells you that the business is not open.

      I have been trying to contact Speed Connect since July 6, 2023 to disconnect my service. I have called many times, sent an email, got help ticket assigned to me. I have also sent a certified letter which was returned as undeliverable. Mo one has called me as of yet. Like others I continue to get the recording they are closed. I have exhausted all outlets to contact them.

      The end of June changed the Internet to my home. I have tried repeatedly to contact Speedconnect to disconnect their service. They have been on auto pay through my bank account for years. They will not stop service through email or in writing. On their website it says over the phone is the only way to cancel service. The phone number says their office hours, and then says they are closed. They have taken $101.80 from my account to date. Any contract I had with them expired years ago, and they no longer have a local address. I would like them to discontinue withdrawals from my account, my money back for the last two months. And an address to send my antiquated equipment to.
