      No Expiration Date on Container 18 Egg Count of True Goodness Cage Free Extra Large Eggs Extremely difficult to peel after boiled. Membrane stuck to the eggs, did not peel off with the shell but clung on to the egg.

      On 5/26/23 I went to Meijer pharmacy to pick up a prescription for my dog (*****). This medication is extremely important to her health and without it she risks having cluster seizures that cause brain damage and/or death. I had been working for a couple days on getting this prescription refilled and this was a Friday evening of a holiday weekend that I was to pick this up, so it was very important that ***** received a dose of her medication that evening. My Vet called in the medication between 2-3pm. We have always used this pharmacy for this medication for *****. The vet sent a script for the same medication, but a different dosage. When I went to pick up the medication after 6:30pm, I was told they had to call the vet. I asked why and was only told for policy purposes. I continued to ask for an explanation as my vets office was now closed at this time and it was urgent that ***** received her dose that day. I was told several reasons why, such as theres no refills and had to argue with the staff about how this was a new prescription and it wasnt being refilled before they eventually told me the reason was for the dosage increase. The pharmacist explained she did not feel comfortable filling the script at that large of a dosage increase. I explained the vet made a mistake and asked for one days worth of medication to be filled instead of a full month. This would allow the patient (*****) to receive her dose while we worked on getting the rest of the months script worked out. This pharmacy, along with many others have done this in the past for ** with her medications. This medication is a non narcotic, and was prescribed to a canine. The pharmacy did not inform me after receiving the script that they couldnt fill it until I showed up to pick it up. They did not try to contact me, or my vets office until hours later. (After business hours). They left me with NO options and put my dog in harm by neglecting to resolve the issue. If they could not fill it, they should have informed me IMMEDIATELY.

      I am very upset and my experiences at Meijers in ************. Last night was my 3rd time being unfairly and rudely stopped by the DoorGreeter *****!! One of the times I had a small box that could only fit 4 beverage cups tightly in there with a receipt present and I was stopped before making it to door, I was NOT past the point of sell and I also did not set any sensors or alarms off, the most recent time was last night I had a box that could just barely fit 7 Meijer Beverage cups with a receipt present again and he rushed over to me well before I was even at the actual door, again I was NOT past the point of sell and I didnt set anything off and he rudely stopped me. This is accusatory, discriminatory, rude and very offensive!! Im very saddened by this. Then the Team Leader that was supposedly in charge **************** Was beyond rude and disrespectful. He was very careless and jumped to his defense for his wrong doing, stared rudely at me trying to intimidate me and talked down to me, not once did he apologize for my experience or offer to address the door greeter *****. That was a very horrible way for someone to get treated. Yet when someone actually set the alarm off he didnt have the same urgency as he did for approaching me who wasnt even at the door yet? NOT past the point of sell and did NOT set anything off. Im just disgusted at both of their lack of respect and rude they both were to me and they were so arrogant and condescending because they feel they have no accountability for their actions when they should both be wrote up!! This experience effected me very deeply and Im very upset about this. No one should be treated the way that I was. Both of those men should be ashamed. Aside from ***** stopping me unfairly 3 times and being rude each time, he has been rude numerous of other times. Hes awful

It is Friday of Memorial weekend. Store Director will made note of things and called again the following day, 5/27/23 tomorrow. Store Director spoke with both team members involved.

      I regularly use the Meijer Pharmacy. The employees there have confirmed on mulitple occasions that the GoodRx discounts are set to automatically apply to my prescriptions. 5/16/2023, my doctor called in a prescription to Meijer for breo ellipta. I received an automated text from Meijer saying that it was ready and the cost was $380. I had asked for a generic specifically so I called the Meijer Pharmacy to ask further about it. The pharmacy employee told me firmly and confidently that there was no generic on the market for that drug. I called my doctor back to confirm and they found a generic and called that generic into the Mejier Pharmacy. Then I went back to pick up that one and the Meijer Pharmacy employee said it was $107 dollars, so I asked again about the GoodRx discount. "Isn't it automatically applied?" I asked. Then the employee said "Let me check," and came back with a price of $68.So if I were to trust any of the information Meijer had given me I would've paid them an extra $300 needlessly. Businesses should not be allowed to get away with providing such costly and incorrect information. That is completely outrageous.

      On April 24 I picked up my prescription for Epinephrine 0.3 MG/0.3 INJ Teva ( epipen). It was prescribed with no refills until April ****. This was to be good for one year. I got it through the drive through and went home. On Monday May 1, I had my allergy Injection appointment and needed to have my EpiPen to receive the shots. I took it out the box to show that I had it and noticed it expired in 1/24 four months prior to my next refill in 4/24. The nurse agreed it should be for a year. After my appointment I headed home to check the prescription time line and the info I received. It said no refills until 4/24. I headed over to Meijers to have it replaced with one with a later expiration date. I explained to the pharmacist why I was there. She said, "I can't take this back I would have to throw it away because you took it home and that it was not expired". I said, " It was supposed to be good for the year as it was prescribed". She replied with "Well can't you get another refill before then? I replied "probably. But I I was told I should only have to refill it once a year." The she said, "I can't help it that you don't like the expiration date." She was very adamant that she wasn't going to do to replace it. I told her I was going to report it and she said "Ok".I want it replaced according to the way it was prescribed by my Doctor. And to not bill my insurance again or refund what I paid and cancel the claim to my Insurance.

      I had a prescription delivered I got a re prescription order for the same medication and then they indicated that they don't carry that kind of medication and they never did and they never *************** a youtuber I get this on video

      I placed an online delivery order on 4/27 totaling $355. The order was not delivered. I contacted Shipt who handles Meijer delivery orders. They submitted a PIF form on my behalf stating to contact Meijer to process my refund as it was done on their end. Called Meijer a total of 10 times and was placed on 20+ minute holes each time for manager ******* to tell me he is not going to refund the order despite ***** giving them the authorization to do so. I am beyond sickened by how this company thinks they can talk to people. Manager ******* deserves to lose his job! I want my refund or I am going to escalate this to my local news sources.

      Upon further investigation, this refund has been denied due to no proof that the delivery order was not received. ***** has confirmed that the order was delivered with the picture that was received from the shopper with the address that is matching the address on the order that was submitted online. Groceries were delivered on the front door area. When the Customer was asked to verify the address, the Customer stated something different than the complaint and order. The address that was submitted to the Better Business Bureau is different than the address that was on the delivery order.

      April 6th I visited meijer *********** ** (mercantile blvd). Used self checkout and had $15+ in coupons. The coupons won't work until you put them into the slot. The slot was pretty full so my coupons wouldn't go in and therefore wouldn't take off my total. after trying multiple coupons I asked for help. A kid (not sure his name) came over, without saying a word, opened the door to the coupon slot, took all the coupons and threw them in the trash. He wouldn't acknowledge me verbally or say anything to me. I told him my coupons didn't come off the total and he ignored me. Wouldn't even look at me. Absolutely rude. After checking out I looked over at customer service and line seemed long. I had to leave to get to an event so couldn't wait any longer and left. I reached out to Meijer via fb messenger and got a reply that someone would reach out to me. April 10th I asked AGAIN for someone to reach out, no reply. April 14th asked again, no reply. April 16th asked again and they said the Market Director would reply. So still have not heard from anyone from Meijer about the money owed to me. Management won't return a phone call nor will the market area director of Meijer. Either they have way too many complaints to attend to or they just do not care about customers. This store is also dirty, grounds are disgusting outside with trash everywhere, shelves are empty, they cannot keep employees. Honestly would be a great time for an inspector to check out this store as I'm sure they have health violations. I don't know the exact amount of my coupons because the kid refused to let me look at them to get the totals but I had alot of coupons.

      Today 4-9-23, I went to the meijer location in **************, **. I went to get gas . I was with my elderly auntie , and we were at pump two. I went into the gas station, I was checking my accounts to see how much money I could put on the pump. I asked the guy for ***** on pump two. I tapped my phone left with my receipt and went to my car to pump the gas nothing came out.. I went back into the gas station and asked the guy excuse me the gas on pump two is not coming out, he says with an attitude you told me pump 10 I said no I told you pump 2, ***** he kept saying no you told me pump ten. I told him look its a lady out there pumping on pump ten. He starts giving me more attitude, I told him this is your job can you just put the gas on pump 2. He said no, I got upset and start asking whats the manager name who can I speak to. He just said I dont know the name of the manager you need to go inside the store. I said I dont want to have to go inside the store. I will call them tomorrow can you please give the name. He never gave me the name, so I went inside the store.. The manager, said ooo I have to look into this and someone will call you Tomorrow.. The guy in the store was very disrespectful and I asked the manager in the store if she could just give me a twenty dollar meijer card so I can just go to another meijer gas station, I was not going back into that same gas station. The manager said no we can not do that we need to wait and see if the money will get back on your card..

      Meijer sends marketing emails that lead to dead ends as a bait and switch tactic. The last "Deals made just for you" email came on April 5th. It lists items I have purchased previously and it says there are links to discounts. When those links are clicked on, it says sorry nothing here and tries to take you to other items.

      On 4/27/23, we tried reaching the Customer by phone, to inform that we have not received the email. We issued $30.50 courtesy coupons in the mPerks account and explained how to redeemed the coupon due to the inconvenience that was caused.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I believe they acknowledged they had a system problem that was affecting many people since it stated that on their website when trying to access personalized savings.  I also did send them 2 emails which they said they could not find their attachment in.  However I send hundreds of emails per week with no other recipients have a problem.  Anyway, I believe they do have the issue resolved.
