On August 3qst I ordered groceries from Meijer in Detroit. It never came, called was informed it must be stuck between **************** Canceled and reordered. Same thing I call and am told the same thing. This time they say IT thinks they fixed it place another order. Now I add to the ordering try again. Same issue. Now the big problem is they were taking my $ each time. I'm due $183.11 :to this day Oct 2nd. They claim the funds were finally sent back 3 weeks later but a month later I still dint have my $183.11. They claim it was sent to EBT why was it not put on my card? It this is unacceptable!Business Response

We tried calling this customer by phone on 10/4/22 but could not reach the customer. We sent an email to the customer apologizing for any inconvenience that has been caused and informed them all the refunds have been issued for $55.16, $55.16, and $72.79, which all add up to $183.11. We are closing this case.

False online advertising, e.g. Different worded names for its online advertising of its *********** by Meijer two-slice cheesecake packages, e.g. Chocolate Marble photo worded as Strawberry Swirl and Strawberry Swirl falsely worded as Chocolate Marble. Also, frequent disconnects when calling Alpine Ave's store for its service desk option at ************ and false advertisements of items being available in store when they're not.Business Response

I was treated so horribly by ****** at the Hall **** location. She had an attitude with me the whole time and threw her hands up in the air and yelled "ebt go figure" at me infront of my kids and the whole front of the store. She humiliated me and I am upset. She had animal hair all over her work shirt. If I wanted I could of said nasty c*** to her BUT I didn't because I have more respect then that and my mother taught me better. I am so embarrassed and humiliated. I can't believe the way she treated me. I called her manager **** and he offered to talk with her BUT that is not enough for the way she treated me and my family. I told ********** would be at the store later with the news station and he accused me of threatening him. I have no idea how that is a threat. It is not a threat ****. I am rejecting this response because: I actually did talk with the store and they offered me a 50 dollar gift card and I told them for the way ****** embarrassed me I want me entire bill refunded which my bill total was almost at 500 dollars. I go into a store and spend that kind of money always and the embarrassment should be worth much more then a **************************************************************************** was staring... Everyone...

I ordered a Meijer home delivery on 8/28 to be delivered by *****. The order was never delivered as the Shiot shopper attempted to check out after midnight even though my order was to be delivered 8 hours earlier. I could not cancel my order online as it showed order in process and I waited on hold an hour at 7pm. No one ever answered the phone. I figured I would deal with it the next morning. How shocked was I to wake up to text messages from the Shiot shopper after midnight saying the store would not let him leave with my prepaid order. Sure enough the $90 was taken out of bank account! I finally got a person on the phone after being in hold forever who verified with ***** the order was not delivered and stated a refund would be processed within 3-5 days. I emailed customer care again today and was told the refund is still in process. It has now been 8 days. This is RIDICULOUS to wait this long for a refund.Business Response

I placed a order online with Meijer for ***** I used a lot of coupons provided by Meijer via Meijer app after the items being delivered my card was charged 15 dollars more I was told by Meijer a coupon I clipped didn't go thru for ******************************************************************************** the system and I have been trying to explain this to Meijer but I have been called a liar over and over again because I'm requesting a refund cause I was supposed to receive 4 items originally but with his substitute that was less in count and money that I originally ordered would of been 5 items being delivered I received a email saying 3 items was delivered but I only received 2 which was a total of ***** but Im being called a liar by a rep named **** and refusing to make it right I have screenshots of the transactionBusiness Response

Today I had an issue with **** at the fish counter. This was a repeat of my last visit. He was hesitant to provide a 3/4 pound cod fillet. Previously he did not want to cut the fish, until I asked. Today, I requested 3/4 pounds of the thick cut. He asked me to buy **** pounds. I said no. After I asked for the thick cut. He cut the thick part of the cod. I said I would take my business else ware. I was at the **************** desk waiting for the store manager. He came forward and told me he needed to get some meat packages. No please move. I spoke to the manager and said I would not deal with a this person. I will probably find another place to shop after 20 plus years.Meijer can not afford to have employees that insulate customers.Business Response

I received items that I did not order. I reached out to customer support and a glitch on their end set my preferences to substitute with any brand. This ended up in a charge that was way over what I had in my bank account. I told them about the items and they said all they could do is provide a coupon. This is unacceptable.Business Response

On 8/29/22 customer called and spoke to us substitutions. We explained to the customer that the order had was setup with substitutions. We educated the customer on substitution preferences, and we issued the customer a $15.50 coupon for the inconvenience that was caused. A refund has been processed on 8/30/22 for $35.65. We are closing this case.

On Aug 15, 2022, I placed an online order with Meijer.com for 2 items. The total was *****. The items were never delivered to me, I never received them. My debit card was charged for *****and funds removed from my account.On that evening, I called Meijer 800 number and explained what happened and requested a refund. I was assured my account would be refunded in 3-5 days.I made 2 follow up calls to them only to be told the same.So today is August 22, 2022, and I have received no refund from Meijer. Im getting very upset with them. I need my money. They should be more responsible.Business Response

I placed the order on April 15. The order number is *********. I bought three Sterilite 40 Gallon Industrial Tote and it never arrived. I sent couple of message to the company. They never replied.Business Response

We did more research and discovered that the customer accepted two ********* sterilite rolling totes once the customer was informed that the store did not have the requested product sterilite wheeled industrial tote. The customer only requested 2 totes at that time. We received confirmation from Shipt that the order was delivered on 4/15/22. At this time, we are are not going process a refund.

So we sent an email advising the customer that we checked with Shipt and confirmed the Order# 600980096 was delivered on 4/15/2022, and customer requested 2 Sterilite ********* Rolling Totes. We asked the customer to please reach out to us and we have yet to receive any contact from the customer as of today 9/6/22.

On 08/07/22 I placed an order at 10:37 AM. Order # *********. The order was to be delivered between 1 PM and 2 PM. The person putting my order together sent me a text they were heading for check out and that was the last I had heard from them. I called the company that was making the deliveries said that Meijer was having technical difficulties. My EBT card was charged $144.47, and I have not been refunded that money since I never received my groceries. I called customer care they told me to wait 24 hours I did still nothing so I called again and they said they would open up a case. They requested that I send you a screenshot of the transaction so please find that in this email and possibly attached. This is all the money I have for the month so please work on this ASAP so I can get my groceries. As of today the funds have not been returned.Business Response
