      On feb 2 2025 I placed an online order with meijer the delivery 3rd party is Shipt. I Received my order. I ordered meijer brand double AA batteries and I received Meijer AAA batteries the mistake of the shipt shopper . I called customer service and explained I received AAA batteries and not AA batteries. Meijer has told me that I will have to bring them into the store for a refund. I explained im homebound the entire reason why I requested for delivery and there is no way I can come to the store.

      Feb ****** I Pulled up to the drive in window at Meijer in ******** to pick up a script for my wife. After a couple minutes I was told they had no such script. I advised that I received notice that a script ws ready for pickup. They checked for the script again and this timed they advised that the script was put back into general stock. Incas advised that it was not picked up in the allotted time frame. First of all I wasn't aware of any time frame for a pick up. Second we were out of town for a period of timed and unable to get to the pickup. I don't know where Meijer gets its authority to disregard a medical doctors order/prescription without any regard for the patient. If this is being done to me how many others are being denied medication. This could very well be a law suit in the making

      Purchased Modelo product fro meijers stors that cost ***** from their store sunday from football game and one of my guest became violently sick after drinking one of the cans. I immediately packed up the product to retiurn to meijers with receipt only to rudely told by manager *****(********************) they dont accept returns on liquor. Mind you this is the second time theyve tried to deny return on goods that they sell it seems that it is a policy to deny returns no matter what. Then when i called and spoke to a *** on their customer service line he was equally rude, he also sated it was a state law forbidding returns on liquor products which is a outright lie....no law exist like that in the state of *******. I want a refund on the old product which made my guest sick. They promote a meijers policy to save themselves money.

      On 12/17 my mom purchased a gift card from Meijer (Store #**) that was $50 to ****lemon. On 12/31, I returned $252.71 ($170.03+$82.68) worth of ****lemon items to this gift card at **** store at **************** in ******, **. The gift card after this had a balance of $302.71. Then on 1/12, my girlfriend and I did more returns at the ********* store at **************** in ******, ** worth $139.26. At this point, the gift card shouldve had $441.97. After the return, I noticed that the receipt only had $139.26 on it, leading me to believe that the gift card was compromised. After talking to ********* customer service, they informed me that since it was a third party resellers gift card, they couldnt do anything about this; however, they identified that the gift card had been used on 1/3 for $302.71. ****lemon proceeded to move the $139.26 balance on the compromised gift card to another eGift Card, valued at $140. My girlfriend and I have been in sole possession of this initial gift card since 12/25, and neither of us purchased any items with this gift card. Additionally, my mom was in sole possession of this gift card from the night of 12/17 they gifting it on 12/25. I then called Meijer and after 5 business days, they called me back saying that they could refund me $50 but not the entire $302.71. They told me to contact ****lemon regarding the additional $252.71, which I had already done and was told that it is the third partys responsibility. It is Meijers responsibility to ensure that the gift cards they sell are not compromised, and their lack of security led to my girlfriend and I losing $302.71. When bringing this issue up with **** at Meijer regarding the remaining amount, she hung up on me.

      On 1/28/25, the Store Director called the consumer and offered to refund the $50 paid for the card. The consumer wants all the money they had refunded back to this card from other purchases. The initial $50 can only be refunded for the card purchased. The other refunds back to the card by the consumer will have to be resolved with Lululemon.

      On 11/26/24 I picked up my prescription from Meijer pharmacy for Dexcom which should had consisted of 10 boxes but I only received 9. I called to advise that I only received 9 boxes and they told me they had to review their cameras and inventory. I received a call back saying they reviewed the camera and inventory but nothing was out of order. When I was handed the bag from the pharmacy it was tied up. I did not loose or misplace any of the boxes. I want the box I did not receive or a full refund. I would also like to review the footage that proves I received all 10 boxes.

      The pharmacy is price gouging.charging me 3 times more than necessary. Stating it is a store policy but my last refill was filled correctly. Told me the last time was a mistake. The person told me last time meijer lifted their policy. Now they are stating it was never lifted. So who is lying and why am I being charged 3 times the amount. I can't afford that.

      Complaint: Hostile Behavior and Poor Conditions at Meijer I am filing this complaint regarding the unprofessional and hostile treatment I experienced at the Meijer store located at ***************************************************, during a shopping trip in November 2023.While deciding whether to purchase an item, a cashier rudely and condescendingly asked, "Are you going to buy that or not?" in a nasty tone. The store was empty, with no customers behind me, making this unprovoked aggression even more appalling. To make matters worse, when I pointed out that the item in question was partially opened, the cashier continued huffing and showing visible impatience. Another employee witnessed this behavior and failed to intervene, suggesting this hostility is tolerated.The store itself was in deplorable conditionfilthy, foul-smelling, with shelves in complete disarray and open food products throughout.I reported this to Meijer customer service in January 2025 and was referred to a compensation representative at the store. Her dismissive attitude only compounded my frustration. She questioned the accuracy of my complaint and failed to offer meaningful compensation, proposing a $10 discount that could only be used at this specific store. Despite my request to email it, she never sent the voucher and offered no real accountability for the staffs behavior.This entire ordeal has left me feeling deeply disrespected and distrustful of Meijer as a company. The cashiers hostile behavior, the filthy state of the store, and the compensation representatives indifference are unacceptable.I am requesting at least a $30 gift card as compensation for the distress, inconvenience, and blatant disrespect I endured. Additionally, I request disciplinary action, including termination, for the cashier and the compensation representative involved.Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

      Ivr been taking the same mental health meds for over 5 years. My doctor had EVERYTHING ready by the morning of the 3rd. I picked up 2. Meijer said the other wasn't there. I gave it a couple days and called. Still not there. 7 days in, I'm in physical and mental distress. Still they say they haven't received it. Finally on the 10th. I went in. They hee hawed around and miraculously found it a week later. I can prove my doc sent it in the morning of the 3rd. Meijers had me on ghd edge oc seizures. I was having mental and cognitive problems because of it. I also missed wor because of it. I was twisted, jerking, hurting, mentally confused because of their irresponsiblity. This isn't the 1st time they have jerked me around. This was EXTREMELY dangerous to my physical and mental health. Now on top of it I have to worry I lost my job. This is my 1st step of complaint. I had several other routes im going to hit also. They should be held responsible.

      Multiple times I have purchased items that were outdated. Meijer will refuse to either replace the item or give me back my money. This has happened numerous amount of times to myself my uncle and my cousin. When you try to reach the store manager it's always different managers but the main one that is now on becomes rude and combative and argumentative. Some of the items are no longer carried by the store but when they sold it it was out of date. And instead of giving me a gift card to replace for my inconvenience that hasn't happened. When trying to reach their area regional manager Maureen M******* she's had a secretary to constantly lie and make up excuses as to why they can't be back in contact with me. Constantly overcharging me in scanning errors as well. I simply want to be reimbursed for all the money that I have spent in buying old food that has never been returned to myself nor my uncle or my cousin without somebody ducking and dodging. Or just giving you a main phone number that you can never reach anybody direct

      I asked for the area regional director Maureen M******* to reach out to me as I've been overcharged continuously and have a lot of outdated food that this store at 1301 West 8 Mile has not bothered to refund me my money which is more than the gift card. Is the ideal of selling me merchandise that's already six to nine months old. And then to have Cheryl a front end supervisor to become argumentative and combative continuously is the ideal of having Maureen M*******'s secretary Lisa HayDuk  to lie to me and be disrespectful to me and my uncle. We deserve to have our food items reimbursed. And that has not happened. We did speak with a miss Jacqueline but she doesn't oversee the Detroit store. And I like to be able to speak with the area regional manager please help me with that. I've been overcharged in a scanning error even on a gift card and it needs to be fully reimbursed and I have the receipt to show.

      There is nothing in this message, that will explain reimbursing me for selling me outdated food products!! There is nothing in this message that tells me what day can I look for reimbursement for the multiple times that I've been overcharged and scanning errors and denied by employees. And given my scanning awards. There is nothing in this message that tells me when Maureen M******* or Mr .Rick K*** I might be able to speak with them to let them know the ongoing disrespectful behavior that happens at their stores both 1301 West 8 Mile road and their Grand River in Detroit michigan. Where they are selling molded soaps and not reimbursing your time your effort. I am disabled so is my uncle and reasonable accommodations wasn't made when you are out of products to reimburse us for the money we have spent. Haven't bought mouthwash that has 20/20 dates on it coffee that was over 6 months to a year old. Cooking oil that was already 6 months and longer. No one reimbursed us for our pain and suffering. Whenever you call Maureen M*******'s office it's a lot of lies ducking and dodging and we all know that it don't take you no year to return a phone call. But I would like for Meijer corporation to reimburse for all the over charges reimburse for selling us outdated food and reimburse us when we have had to pay for paratransit to come back to a store when they know that they are selling food that is a year old nine months old. Without having employees to want to physically fight us and still be allowed to keep their job!! If this resolution cannot be met simply let me know where do I send civil small claim court papers to as I will take it in the court if it cannot be settled just would need the proper address and who is the resident agent that will receive any small claims lawsuits.       I paid $120 cash an the machine had a error then when the cashier came over to assiste the machine had said I haven't paid and was required to pay for my items a second time so I was charged 2 times what I should have been an they keep beating around the ****
