      Paid for a $150 ad on a yearbook that was not included in the final product. Offered solution was for a Tip in which we received today. This tip in was literally a piece of paper that you insert on the year book, it is not worth the original price we paid for. This item should have been provided for a fraction of the original price or even free.

      I ordered a diploma frame in March 5th. They said it would take up to 8 weeks. Now it's almost 12 weeks. I contacted the customer support several times. Their answers were always the same - they would contact the production department and they would contact me. They never did. No explanation, no excuses, nothing. They would just ignore you. From the accent, I think the customer support is not even in the **, probably *****. They have no idea what's going on and there nothing they can't do for you. If this not a scam I don't know what is. They are not even worth 1 star.

      I purchased a yearbook with the payment plan. Before the last payment was due, my bank card was stolen so I had to have it canceled. Jostens emailed me the card was declined so I immediately called to set up the last payment. They requested my card info over the he phone which I denied, since my card was literally just compromised. They man told me I could mail a check for the last payment. I agreed. He took my information and emailed me all the information and address, deadline etc to send the check in. The check was mailed the following day. About a week later, the check was cleared. I didnt think anything else of it until I stared receiving additional emails stating they will cancel my order (keep in mind, my final payment was check and was already cashed). I called Jostens and was called a liar, that Jostens do not accept checks. I have the email from Jostens customer service stating different AND proof of a cashed check. So at that point in the conversation when ** called a liar, I asked for a supervisor. After being on hold TWENTY minutes, the same man returns to tell me the actually do take checks for the last payment and that the check was received but not credited to my account. Problem solved, so it bought. So I continued to get emails where the keep trying to charge my stolen card. I call back, same story, check was received but not credited, call back in a week and make sure. So I did that was was told NO BALANCE, problem solved. Then yesterday, received another threatening email labeled FINAL NOTICE and if I dont pay my order will be canceled. Obviously, Jostens have no kind of documentation. Considering you are taking large amounts of money from customers, have some type of documentation so other people that deal with the SAME issue can see whats already been handled.

      Said that the product was guaranteed to ship in 8 weeks, been 13 and they said it was shipped to my school when I ordered home delivery and have the receipt to prove it. Called and got the run around and no one will respond. Im going to have to contest the charges now and see about ordering from a different company.

      this company does not respond to my emails, i sent an order back because i paid around 500 for a graduation bundle and the clothes shrunk alot when i washed them the first time, they did send me a link to send the items back, but its been a year and i havent heard anything, i try to email and it comes back undeliverable, this is horrible service for someone that caters to graduates and this big milestone in their lives, so so disapointed in this company and have told lots of people to order from another company if they have a choice...500 for a bundle is crazy for the lil bit of stuff you get, even the announcements were cheap looking compared to some i have seen in the past...i just want my money back but they dont or wont respond...worthless company...I cant even give them a one....its 0 for me

      Ordered a ring Jan 21st. It's paid in full. Ring never came. I checked the order status and boom, not set to deliver until the end of June. Graduation is over and my son will be clear across the country. Does ****** not understand the importance of graduation ceremonies? This company is a total joke.

      I ordered my son's graduation package on November 5, 2023. As of today, April 26, 2024, I still have not received everything. Every time I call Jostens, they tell me to contact the representative. The local representative does not respond to my emails or calls. Today I demanded a refund from Jostens and again was told to contact the representative. What a joke this company is. I don't recommend any parent or school to order from this company. There has to be a better company out there for students to get the grad stuff they need. At this point, I would be better off to make my son a cap and gown myself. Truly sad!! Very disappointing!

      This Company is a complete fraud.. Ordered a class ring in March 2024 paid in full for my daughter. Her ring dance is on April 20th 2024, we received an email April 9th that her ring was finished and ready for pickup. She went to pick it up today April 18th before her dance and they told her there's no ring for her there. We called Jostens and they said they just sent the ring today April 18th and it wouldn't arrive till April 27th 2024. That's well after her ring dance and when.we asked about the email they sent saying it was ready, Jostens response was that email was an accident or a fraud. We forwarded the email to Jostens so they could see what they sent us and they had no answer. This also happened last year to my nephew. Jostens takes your money claiming they'll have your ring in time for ring dance, send fraudulent emails claiming it's ready but then fail to provide you with the product you've paid for. This seems very consistent across the board with this company by taking money promising your product will be there on time and failing over and over again. What a disgrace for an ***************** They need to do better!

      I ordered my daughters yearbook for the 2022-2023 school year and it was just received 4/10/24, a full YEAR after the school year ended in 2023. This is absurd and shows that Jostens is holding on to payments for almost TWO years (the orders were received in October 2022). I am petitioning our school to cancel and never use Jostens again.

      Horrible company!! Declined card for being out of state. WHAT??? My bank fixed it. All THREE times. Got cap snd gown paid for, but was not delivered to school with the rest. My daughter was so disappointed. Ordered yearbook and paid in full ( I thought) after bank fixing it again!!! Jostens put me on payment plan and 2nd payment was declined again. So many hours on hold, waiting for return calls that never came. Blamed it on me. Really? I ordered on the phone. Jostens, you suck!!!
