      I paid in full for my sons yearbook. They are still charging my card taking money I never gave them consent to touch for the 3rd time this week alone. I have a zero balance with a receipt showing paid in full and have called and emailed them 3/4 times now and been told they would for sure not charge my card again and they continue to keep trying to steal my money. Customer service talks you in circles and tells you what you want to hear but you find out later they lied to get you off the phone and haven't actually resolved anything they promised they would. Worst experience with a yearbook company ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY ARE SCAMMERS

      I ordered a college yearbook for my daughter and Jostens failed twice to send me a confirmation email to the correct email address, despite spending a lot of time on the phone with me. In fact, they sent the confirmation to my daughter's email address, spoiling the surprise. The yearbook itself may be good, but the customer service for me was bad.

      Terrible. Received our school photo back, which was completely off-center. One side of my daughters arm/shoulder was cut off, with plenty of space remaining on the other side. Their website states they take multiple images to ensure the best quality. On top of that, their website also states they have a quality assurance team that reviews each photo. And we still got a sub-par photo back. After contacting customer service, they would not offer any sort of discount. After some back and forth, they had given us a free shipping code. Come to find out, everyone gets free shipping... What a deal! After that, instead of actually owning their mistake and offering something to compensate poor quality on their end, their solution was to crop the photo to cut off my daughters other shoulder/arm to create symmetry. Would give 0 stars if I could.

      On 9/28 and 9/29 I attempted to order a yearbook for my daughter through the Jostens website since it was an early bird special. I encountered an error. I attempted to call 9/29 but it was after hours. On 9/30 I tried to order again and was given the regular price since the special had ended. I emailed Jostens to let them know what occurred to see if they would honor the special price. I received 6 DAYS LATER a generic response. I emailed again with a copy of the screenshot. On 10/20 I still had not received an email back so I called and was on hold for a long time so opted for a call back...the message when opting for a call back "due to COVID 19 pandemic it may take 24 hrs to receive a call back" I never received a call back. On 10/24 I called and finally spoke to ******* who seemed nice but 6 hours later emails me yet another generic response "sorry the deadline for the special was 3 wks ago" JOSTENS does not care about customer satisfaction or service. They are a big conglomerate that clearly doesn't give a c*** about people.

      My child's school switched from ****** to jostens 2 years ago and I've had nothing but issues,to start the codes the school provides with picture day never work have to contact jostens every time, then it takes almost month once you've placed order,and not to mention they only offer very plain backgrounds. I really hope our district switches back to ******.

      Terrible communication and unreasonable terms and conditions. We placed an order for a yearbook for my daughters middle school. I advertise the cost as $30 per yearbook the company added a $3 service charge on top of that, plus tax OK, no problem. Then I get a confirmation email from the company saying I agree that Jostens may CHANGE the order total to my selected payment method(s), and that the Jostens Privacy Policy and Terms of Sale apply to my information and this transaction.. I emailed them back, asking for clarification, and they just canceled the order and refunded me. No explanation.

      I am a high school student graduating in ****. It is required of me to purchase a cap and gown unit to walk at the graduation ceremony. Jostens' site is deceptive, forcing the consumers to purchase, at the minimum, a $210.30 package with (in addition to the cap and gown) a Navy T-shirt, choice of announcements, tissue overlay, thank you cards, envelope seals, return address labels, name cards, and a choice of tassel. Not being quite satisfied with Jostens' products, I decided to ****** search for a singular Jostens cap and gown unit. With a bit of trial and error, I found the cap and gown, with only an additional three tassels, at $90.80. I do not understand how a business that deals with schools could so deceptively hide cheaper options to the consumers, especially students who do not have access to the incredulous $120 difference in price. Every single time I try to access my standard school page for Jostens, even though I know am looking for this "Basic" package, I cannot find any trace of it. This business should be undergo an ethics investigation.

      Cannot get a hold of anyone to request my son's interest digital copy that I ordered 2 weeks ago! I never received an email for when his picture were shipped therefore did not receive the digital copy. Pictures ordered cam fuzzy looking, the quality is awful! I have been on the phone for over 1 hr trying to get a hold of their customer service. I also requested a call back earlier today. I got the call back but no one was on the line!!! Sooo ****** right now!!!!
