      They are supposed to be trained to take kids pictures at school but somehow apparently **** at it. Extremely disappointed in my kids pictures. Normally I would think maybe it was an off day for my kid but I have three kids and I dread picture day as soon as I see it's Jostens. I know they are going to **** because they ********* through these kids and then expect you to pay a bunch of money for s*** pictures. I have watched personally. Take more time. These are children. ZERO stars for me and I have given many chances.

      Ordered special 50 year commemorative rings in November 2022. It is now September 2023. Still no ring. Just a run-around.

      Paid for my daughter's bracelet in April. Received different responses each time I contacted Jostens to get an update on the bracelet. The regional representative, *********************** will not return any of my messages. They would not give me his number. He stated that he was at the school and my daughter must not have been in attendance on that day. No..... we have been avidly looking for ******* to come to the school because she has been excited about getting her bracelet. It is July...Graduation was in ************** no bracelet. This is unacceptable. I'll be asking for a refund.

      We ordered two graduation tassels and one senior mug. We paid in December with $14.44 "handling" for items to be picked up at school. In May, I received an additional $5.00 handling charge to be paid or my son would receive nothing. Pickup day came, no mug. They said it would be mailed but that never happened and they have now ghosted me. Nearly $100.00 and we received just two tassels. Guess I'll dispute the charge with my credit card.

      If I could give no stars I would. We purchased our daughter yearbook to be delivered before her last day of school 5-16-23 but gave it until she graduated from high school on 5-24-23. On 5-25-23 we spoke to the school secretary who said said yearbooks would be in on 6-5-23. We called the merchant and the merchant said the yearbooks will be delivered in August 2023 (fall). Our daughter will be gone to basic training, unable to enjoy her yearbook that she was supposed to receive before she left school so that her friends could sign. The school is giving one date and the merchant another. The merchant worker told us get the refund from the school. We didn't pay the school, we paid Jostens. On two occasions we spoke with a supervisor, one name *************** are 5-25-23 and 5-31-23, they both asked if we could hold off on disputing until the end of the day each day. They were going to try to get her yearbook which is still at the factory sent to her directly. They both were supposed to call ** back before business end of day and did not. We've been asking about this yearbook package since March with getting the run around. The merchant is not trying to resolve and has not called ** back as of 6-3-23. We want our money back.

      3 times and counting. Still haven't got my class ring correct. I ordered a two tone ring, silver and gold. All 3 times, they've mailed the same all silver ring back to me. Terrible service, terrible company, I cannot begin to state how irritating this is. Order #*******

      Ordered Yearbook with name on the cover. The order I purchased shows the name imprinted onto the yearbook cover. When we got it a few days before school ended, there was a cheap nameplate glued to the cover. Looks bad. That was not what was offered on the website.

      ****** is definitely not conducting business like they used to from even 3 years ago when I had another Sr graduating. This year dealing with ****** was highly disappointing, we received announcements about a week before graduation day smh; then one of the genius english speaking reps who i spoke with attempted to give me an orgin story about the uses of announcements and I had to aggressively cut her off because as i told her :, some people have family all across the globe so instead of telling me that I actually dont need announcements to let family know a sr is graduating just deliver the **** goods. I will not EVER deal with ****** for future Srs in my family and i have definitely made anyone who wants to listen aware about the decline of the ****** company . There were no seals in my package, but luckily a family member end up getting seals for the envelopes as well as different announcements. ****** these are families precious moments and should be treated as such, instead, dealing with ****** this year felt like I was dealing with some janky telemarketing company. Its very unfortunate because the Brand name of ****** is NOT what it used to be . Not to mentIon the numerous times I spoke with the school rep person they literally tried to blame it on the school to the reason for the prolonged delivery however Im active within the school and I know for sure that that was a LIE.

      Sent wrong color tassel for graduation. Refused to overnight the correct tassel. Very expensive, overpriced products with inflated shipping. Horrible customer service. Unreliable. Clearly outsourced overseas.

      Ordered yearbook, shipment arrived at school on last day of school for that year, with just a partial day to be able to have other students sign. We did not receive a yearbook at all, the receipt shows valentines as order date. Our Grandson is highly disappointed, and he was told we will get a free one next year. This is not the way to do business, and schools should stop using your services (or lack of service) for any and all merchandise, as indicated by extremely low customer review rating of 1.19/5
