      Yearbooks are getting to ** after school is over. Jostens tried to blame the school. Very unprofessional.

      $1600 for 2 mascot packages and yearbooks ******************** Brooklyn M*****Items ordered 8/28/22.A glitch happened and switched the girls names. 4/21/23... Brooklyn goes to school and on her lunch break she goes to pick up the Jostens stuff.(for her and ******)Which is supposed to include cap and gown for both girls and invitations. I asked her to look in the box to make sure she sees everything in there. Brooklyn's i150 nvitations address labels, stickers everything!So the guy at the school with Jostens said that he would take care of it and have them shipped out within 5 to 7 business days. 5 to 7 business days pass and I start calling and I call the *********** office and they tell me to call at 931 area code number so I do.I end up speaking with a lady named *********************, She didn't know why that happened but there were seniors that were graduating early and ****** was one of those seniors and that they accidentally canceled the order. She told me that it would be another 5 to 7 business days.They never came in so I call, then she says that they are on the way and transported to our house. The stuff came in just a couple days ago and ******** calls me at work bawling her eyes out! They had my nieces name all over them. So when I get home that day I call ***** and she starts yelling at me that it's my fault that the names were different and that I messed them up. I kept telling her their must be a glitch. I go back to look at both receipts, the names were switched on the receipts. So we were trying to make do and were able to use just the invitations/envelopes, try to fill them in as needed. My entire family tried to make multiple attempts to get a hold of SUNny to let her know that they haven't came in in each day. She says to call her again if they haven't came in that they should be overnighted . Today I get home because they finally sent the correct name on everything and this is what I got...***** also promised a refund and I never got that either.

      This company can't even get yearbooks to a school before the end of the year. So kids couldn't even have their friends sign them. We paid $50 for a yearbook that we will now have to go pick up ourselves from the school so the burden is now on parents and the school to handle this over the summer. They don't answer the phone and they don't reply to email. I hope our county rips up their contract with this company.

      Im not gonna lie, I was super skeptical of Jostens but they were the only ones who had a dog tag (class tag) that I could find so I went with them anyway. And of course it showed up broken. Very upset about that.But I called and the rep was extremely helpful, sent me a shipping label to return it, I sent it in and although the time to fix it is longer than I anticipated (kinda hard to replace cracked stones I get it) I look forward to getting it back, completely covered.Obviously no company is perfect and Jostens is no different, but from what Ive seen theyre fixing those flaws.

      HIGHLY frustrating to deal with. I ordered my son his senior tags that cost $478. I was required to pay $17.28 to have this delivered to the school and they would not give me the option to have it delivered to my home. I placed my order back in October. After several attempts to reach the local rep with no response I reached out to Jostens for a complaint. I received a call and email from the local rep within 20 min telling me that my item was delivered to a CVS pharmacy 4 days ago and that I would have to go pick it up. According to the rep there is literally no explanation as to why my son's item was not delivered with his other classmates and no reason why it has taken 7 months to receive. She could also not explain I why I was never notified it was delivered or shipped and again no explanation as to why I did not get any response to my 9 other attempts to contact them. Although she apologized it is very unacceptable when we spend this kind of money, and this is the type of service that is offered. I will never use them again. I will pay extra to use a more reputable company.

      I would leave a 0 star if possible. I ordered the essential package and then was notified 17 before graduation (after 3 phone calls over the past month) that they will not be printing any paper products for our school and we will NOT have announcements for graduation. This is my third and ********* graduating and they feel issuing a refund is the correct action to take rather than expediting printing and shipping. My other 2 kids school used Balfour and they were excellent. I highly DO NOT recommend ******!!!

      If I could give them no stars I would. Been trying to call about them shorting me 20 extra invites that I paid for and get no answer or return call. They were late with delivery of items and the one time I got lucky and got someone on the phone at the Jostens in **********, ** the lady was very rude. She told me she was the only one there that could answer the phones and if she answered the calls she would never go home. I feel that they should reimburse me my money paid for the extra invites that I did not get but you cant get them on the phone. Stay away from these crooks and order your grad stuff elsewhere if possible.

      Horrible. Highly Dissatisfied! Placed order for my HS Senior was sent thank you notes, seals, and return address labels with wring mascot. Called customer service explained in detail what the mascot is supposed to be and had them repeat it back. Sent me replacement still wrong. Called customer service again and the representative tried to tell me maybe our school is changing their mascot. I explained that is not the case we just had a multi million dollar campus built including turf foorltball field and field house with the mascot I was explaining to them. Our mascot is a Pilot wheel. We are Called River Pilots. Instead they sent us an airplane pilot as the mascot. I explained that on the River you Pilot a SHIP not an airplane and how we have used jostens for years with no issues. The representative then told me I needed to contact our jostens school representative gave me an email and phone number. Myself and few other have tried calling the number with it going straight to a voice mail that is not set up. We have also attempted emailing several times about our orders with no response. I have 2 other kids yet to graduate and I refuse to use this company again.

      I was told by my University to order through this company for my graduation my master's degree program and I did starting in January I ordered Masters degree regalia for my graduation that would be in May of 2023. I managed through covid and many other trials and hardships as all graduates do. I did not get the proper regalia and will not be allowed to cross the stage. **************** promise me I would have the proper regalia the day before I left my state to go to my graduation. They lied. I did not receive the proper regalia and I'm supposed to leave tomorrow for my graduation. I called customer service because they promised me that my hood would be delivered the day before I left. It's scheduled to come the day of my commencement events at 7:00 p.m. which does not help me. The customer service did not overnight ship it to me and when I called them to explain that I could not graduate with my class without that the guy told me I was being unprofessional he began speaking about me to somebody else in Spanish however I speak Spanish so I replied to him in Spanish. This company is very unprofessional not to mention they cost me thousands of dollars in rental car hotel rooms. I would advise anybody not to deal with this company

      I will give a 0 if there is an option. Horrible customer service. Left 5 voice messages, and emails regarding returning a master hood that I accidentally ordered 2 of them. They don't have any provisions for returns in their website, only phone number. But nobody ever returns phone calls. How convenient ! There are not many companies in this line of business, so they are dominating the industry with no competition. Shame. SHAME ON YOU GUYS.
