    After 16 phone calls, I am still trying to get my bill resolved. Unfortunately, I don't have the option to give Curbside a "0" rating. Talk about total incompetence in every way possible. This company couldn't give a c*** about their customers. I had an issue with a check that Curbside processed for the wrong amount; my records and the bank records indicated the correct amount was sent. It took me 11 phone calls (oops lets make that 16 phone calls and another "someone will call you back), 4 days, 3 "we'll have someone call you" backs, holding for up to 40 minutes on some calls, and 4 times after holding for over 15 each time the call got dropped; the persons I spoke to were totally incompetent (and of course the supervisor was never available to talk to me - lies). Total of over 2 1/2 hours on the phone (well let's now make that 3 1/2 hours, as I just held for another 59 minutes only to be told by the same incompetent woman to call a different number); like I don't have other things to do. AS OF RIGHT NOW, THIS MORNING, THE MATTER IS STILL NOT RESOLVED, AS I HAD TO LEAVE ANOTHER MESSAGE.Second, I get my statements by mail and pay them within a week of receiving every month, and always between ***** days before they are due. For some reason, I always get a late fee. Last month ** received my payment (that was due on the 10th) on the 1st of the month, and I still got a late fee that could not be reversed. How the h*** is this possible? Again, the umpteenth person I talked to could not comprehend this!!! When am I supposed to pay my bill, before I even receive it? ABSOLUTLY RIDICULOUS!!!     Used garbage and yard waste services for 3 years (*********). Middle of last summer they emptied the yard waste cart and broke the wheels off of it. Left it laying in the street. I emailed and they said next week it will get replaced. It didnt. I emailed every week for a month. Every week they claimed it would get replaced with a working bin. It didnt have wheels, so I couldnt use it yet they continued to dump the empty bin because it was at the end of the driveway. By the time they finally came and fixed it, there was a thread of 14 emails back and forth. I decided to switch companies after that experience. Never did they say that the yard waste service would automatically be cancelled with the trash service (this was in August), even though I prepaid for the whole season through November. After calling multiple times and being 14th caller, and having the calls dropped, they said we dont do refunds. It took them another month to pick up their empty trash bin. Now I am trying to get them to pick up their yard waste bin, which I paid almost $300 for the season, and they are treating me like a criminal because it has leaves in it. I have told all of my neighbors to switch to other companies, and luckily Im seeing fewer and fewer green bins on my street. Would never use Curbside again, they are a disorganized, rude mess.

    I have been a customer since August 5, ********* have failed to pick up my trash six times. They have failed to pick up my yard waste over a dozen times. The say they want you to call them to let them know when something isn't right but they keep you on hold for at least 20 minutes and when you get through they hang up you. The better business bureau has received over 100 claims saying this exact same thing. This is a pattern of terrible business practices. There are nine full yard waste bags in my front yard right now that may or may not be picked up tomorrow after they "forgot" today, November 19, 2024

    I sold my house on 5/1/24 and the new owner took control of my garbage on 5/1/24. Prior to this date I called and cancelled my garbage account and informed them once we went into escrow. We also had a 90 day close which gave everyone time. I don't have the exact date I called, but I told them my service was stopping on 5/1 and the new owner was taking over and keeping their service. They have continued to auto charge my **** the last 6 months (4 billing cycles) and now won't refund me for their mistake. To make this more crazy, they have been double charging the new owner and I of my old house since 5/1. This is fraud and they should be responsible. I have called and talked to the same agent who takes notes and then tells me someone from management will call me back. Nobody ever calls back. So I tried calling them back over a week after they were suppose to resolve the issue of auto charging my card for 4 billing cycles only to find his manager won't refund me. DO NOT DO BUSINESSS THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CROOKS AND WILL STEAL FROM THE AVERAGE PEOPLE.

     I am rejecting this response because: They have been telling me for almost 20 days that management is going to reach out and nobody does.  They don't care about out this issue and again they are blaming me for their mistake.  Issue me a credit first and then I will think about talking to management.  ************** wants to do is hide behind their phone agents and not deal with actual faults they are making.

     I am rejecting this response because: I don't know if i am missing something here, but they have been telling me they are going to contact me since day 1 when I called and noticed they were still charging me 6 months after I sold my house.  NONE OF THESE UPPER MANAGERS CALL BACK OR HAVE YET TO CALL ME.  They are wasting my time and yours.  I will say this one last time, CURBSIDE needs to refund all of the charges to me and then call me back.  This is not a difficult thing todo, they are just an awful business trying to scam people and hoping people just give up.

    If they are now saying my account is closed but they mentioned for the last few weeks they would reach out and STILL HAVE NOT CALLED OR MADE THIS RIGHT.  How would you expect me to accept anything from these people.  These little managers that hide behind their junior phone staff are a complete joke.  Refund my card.  I don't know how many times I have to say this.  Quit wasting my time.

    STOP LYING!!!

    I have not been contacted by anyone, you guys continue to say this.  My cell is ************ which is the number you have had from day 1.   

    Again, refund my credit card for the charges!!! It amazes me how you people continue to lie to the BBB by saying you will reach out to me to resolve the issue.  Your ** phone staff uses this same trick and since you give them no power to resolve actual refunds for your mistakes its a complete waste of time.

    Miss pick **** I called and they said they would pick it up the next week, Curbside is the worst, my bags and cart is still at the end of my driveway.

    Curbside waste has not picked up our trash for 2 weeks consecutively. When we called to discuss, the agent apologized but said they couldn't do anything about it but would have someone call us back. We did not receive any call back. This week again, trash has not been picked up but the driver came by and continued driving. Our bill is fully paid. I called customer service and after being on hold for 18 minutes was forced to just leave a message. We need our 2 weeks of trash picked up and service to continue according to our contract.

    A balance of $214.99 was paid upfront to Curbside Waste for weekly yard waste services in 2024. On 10/24/2024, service was not provided. After many historical issues of not receiving service, the decision was made to cancel account effective on 11/01/2024 with a reconciled pickup within 2 business days of 10/24/2024 and final pickup occurring on 10/31/2024. Cans were arranged to be removed after account cancellation on 11/01/2024. Reconciliation pickup, and final pickup on 10/31/2024 did not occur. Curbside waste refused to send a driver on 10/31/2024 to pickup missed yard waste, claiming the account was already canceled, despite confirming cancellation was not effective until 11/01/2024. 20 bags and 2 cans worth of yard waste across 2 weeks of service must now be dealt with by the homeowner, despite payment for services not rendered. Homeowner went to business identified headquarter location (*******************************************) to find the building vacant and fenced off. Video evidence of lack of service is retained by homeowner, but file type is not supported.

    I contracted Curbside Waste to pick up yard waste. I had them as my trash hauler, but I cancelled that in July, 2024 because they kept raising the price. On October 2, their yard waste driver stopped and told me that I was no longer on their map, and not eligible for pick-up. The yard waste contract is on a separate account and must be paid on April 1 for THE ENTIRE SEASON. Even though it is a separate truck and a separate cart, and their truck drives past here every Wednesday, they refuse to pick up. I called them and reached a bellegerent someone with no power to help and who appeared to be in some offshore call center. She claimed that because I cancelled the trash pick-up, I was no longer eligible for the yard waste service I had paid in advance for. This service is supposed to run until late November. Charging for a service and then not performing it just seems like theft.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    They claimed that someone from management was going to call, but they have not.  In any case, they made it clear in their written response that they weren't interested in making this right.  They said "that a customer must have a trash account to have a yard waste account there are many reasons why and we do apologize there is no way around that."  I cancelled the trash account because they kept raising the price.  They are saying that there are "many reasons" without listing a single one.  I can't imagine what they would be.  Their truck drives past here every Wednesday.  It's a separate truck from the waste hauler, a separate cart, and a separate ACCOUNT, which has already been paid in full for the year.  But they made "a rule" that allows them to defraud their customers.  This isn't ethical or even legal.  Failing to provide a service that has been paid for is fraud, plain and simple.  They have been stalling for a month - they failed to pick up again today (Wednesday).

    Company has been improperly billing for garbage pickup but not picking up garbage. Repeatedly hangs up on calls to company even when trying to make a bill payment. Have been told repeatedly a manager or supervisor will call back to correct account and no call received. Just contacted Curbside again today and was hung up on. Not acceptable. I have two weeks of garbage needing to be picked up!
