For several weeks now Curbside Waste ************* has NOT removed the entire contents of my trash container. The driver is not doing something right and emptying the container correctly. Ive called in several times regarding this issue. I called in on 9/5 twice, and twice again on 9/11. All times Ive had incredibly long wait times (***** minutes) before speaking to a ******** times they have promised to let the driver know and that the contents would be removed. BUT THAT HAS NOT been the case. I have also emailed Curbside Waste too regarding this problem and I've received the same feedback. On Wednesday September 11 I asked the *** "who was the Owner of Curbside Waste?" and she did not know. Really? She works for a company and doesn't know the owner?? I asked that a manager call me and she said either Ms. **** or Ms. ****** wouldhowever, no one has called me regarding this issue. Im therefore putting in an official complaint against Curbside Waste as they are not conducting their service correctly. My trash can now smells badly after so many weeks of it not being fully emptied.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
I did finally speak to ******* however, she is the only one that reached out to me after I made several calls and emails to Curbside Waste. ******* did call me and leave a few voicemail messages AND I called her back each and every time and also left her messages. Also very long wait times (***** minutes) to even speak to a *** and never a manager. Very frustrating. My garage was finally picked up and emptied fully. ******* stated that I would be receiving a credit for the few months my trash wasnt completely picked up AND that I would be getting a new trash can because mine now is smelly and bugs because my garage wasnt fully taken. Im hoping that this will happen or I will be writing back into BBB. Thank you

We signed up for Curbside when representatives came to our door. The huge problem is that we never received our bins. We called and were told to pay $50 to have the bins delivered. They never came. I started emailing and saying garbage was piling up (because we had stopped our previous service). They said tomorrow, tomorrow. They still were not delivered. Finally after WEEKS of runaround answers and no bins I cancelled the service and requested a refund. Eventually someone named ******* (sp?) was pretty understanding about the situation and said shed have a refund check sent to us. Still have not received it. This entire process started in ***************** July, with her communication about the refund in August. Its now September.Business Response

Curbside waste collects both garbage and lawn waste. On multiple ocassions they fail to empty the garbage completely or fail to pick up at all. This week, they failed to pick up my lawn waste at all. I reviewed all footage from my security camera and the driver never stopped by. When I called to complain about missing they pickup, the agent told me they couldn't come back and it would have to wait until next week. I paid for their service and to continually not pick up my lawn waste and garbage after I've taken care of my obligation to pay is ridiculous. And, when I asked to speak to a manager I was told there is no one there that could speak to me and they would call back. I never received a phone call. Given Curbside is NOT willing to fulfill their obligations in a timely manner, I would expect a full refund for services not rendered.Business Response

I called Curbside Waste the middle of August, 2024. I scheduled new service for garbage and yard waste beginning September 6, 2024. I paid the first bill of $52.00 for **************** and I also paid $75.00 on a credit card for yard waste pickup through the end of the fall season. I was told my 2 bins would be delivered on August 31st. They were not! They were not delivered on Sept. 1st or 2nd. On Tuesday, Sept 3rd, I called to complain and was told the bins would be delivered that day. They were not! On Wednesday, Sept. 4th, I called again to complain. I was promised they would be delivered that day. They were not! I called on Thursday, Sept. 5th and was insistent that I needed the bins immediately because my garbage day is Friday and I need to get my garbage out. ****, told me that she could only get them out within 24 - ****************************************************************** garbage bags. The bins did not arrive Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or even Monday, September 9th. I am done. I do not want to do business with such a lousy, lying company. I want my account canceled and my $52 and $75 garbage and yard waste fees refunded to me no later than the 15th of September. I did not sign any contract with this company and they never advised me of any type of rules or penalties related to canceling service.Initial Complaint

We have paid ****** to curbside waste they are saying payment has not been received. We have provided proof of payment from Bill pay with our bank and they will not pick up our trash still. I have asked to speak to a manager and the *** told me there was none. I'm not going to pay them again we have done everything they have asked and they keep saying they will escalate it. They have cashed our checks and not provided their service that is theft. I don't know how else to prove that we have paid especially since the proof is coming from my us bank account. Terrible customer service they are not willing to check email or maybe they do not know how I'm not sure but I need my trash picked up it is crucial. Don't know what else to do the company will not listen or does not care I'm not sure which.Business Response

I paid for grass clipping service through November and they stopped picking up my grass clippings 3 weeks ago and they told me because I cancelled garbage service with them, that they do not have to fulfill there contract. The grass clippings is a separate contract that had to be paid in full in the Spring- which I did. They are refusing to refund my money and also not picking up my grass clippings. I want my refund and I want nothing else to do with this horrible, deceitful company!!Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: Nothing has been resolved on our account. A "manager" finally called me back and she was going to talk to her Manager regarding a refund for our payment on the contract that they are not fulfilling. Again, I have not heard back from her like she had said she would call me back. We still have the grass clippings and can for them. We have paid for a service/contract and they are not giving our money back nor picking up the can.Business Response

We started with Curbside as our garbage hauler in June 2024. Our garbage has been missed more times than it's been picked up. When we call to complain, it's a call center with people that barely speak English. They tell you the same thing every time,"ok they'll be there soon to pick it up." This is a lie. Our garbage was to be picked up Tuesday, it's now Friday and our garbage hasn't been picked up. We called numerous times and I sent a couple emails...No Response! This is not a way to run a business or keep customers. We're very disgusted with **********************.Business Response

I was reached by curbside sales team to sign up for new service and I did. But my service did not start on time and I had to do multiple follow *** to get it started. Now, I paid for my annual yard waste service but my house is being skipped in the last 2 weeks. I am rejecting this response because:
I called carb side 4-5 times again. They also called me after seeing this complaint. Every time I hear that they have informed dispatch team and tagged my house in GPS. The yard waste should be picked up in ***** hrs. Keep it outside but so far its not picked. I am not sure when the city is going to impose fine for keeping garbage out for so longBusiness Response

Was promised a locked in rate for 2 years on our bill but after only 1 bill the rate has doubled. When I try to call I am put into a que to wait to talk to a representative, after over 20 minutes of waiting it says you are next in line and then immediately goes to voicemail so there is no way to talk to anyone.Business Response
