    I used Curbside for my trash service while I lived in their service area, I moved out of the service area on March 31st, 2024. I called the company on March 18th, 2024 and inquired about canceling service, once I had details of my new move finalized, I called back on March 25th, 2024 and was told that I needed to give a notice and that if I canceled service it would end the middle of April 2024, I updated my address so that a final bill could be sent. I received a bill last week (7/22) for $400.10 with most recent for Aug/Sept. I then called on July 25, 2024 and was told to provide proof of my move and or/new service so that they can review the service and charges, I emailed customer service on the same day and provided proof of my new service which included my new address effective 4/1/24. I received a response 7/30/24 stating that they will only waive the August/September bill and that's the only adjustment they can make. I am not understanding why they allowed the service to continue months after i vacated the service address and did not stop service because in the past when I had an outstanding bill that was $50 and over they paused service until my bill was paid. I responded back to Curbside via email that I will not be responsible for a debt that is not mine and I will only pay for my usage. I was even generous to include that I would pay for the notice time up until 4/15/24, because this company does not want to recognize their faults. I will ONLY now pay from the date I moved out and I have requested a final bill.

    We signed a service agreement on May 22nd, the documented services included were for 2 yards of trash and 2 yards of recycling picked up weekly for a monthly all-inclusive total of $194. The dumpster were delivered to the wrong address on May 24th. Between May 24th and June 27th trash was only picked up 2 of the 5 service days and recycling was picked up 0 of the 5 service days. I repeatedly contacted ***** and customer service. **************** indicated ***** has put our account into the system for every other week, they later pivoted to claiming our dumpsters were not outside when they attempted service. Video evidence will not only show our dumpster sat outside for over a month violating our lease (our lease requires we store our dumpster inside except on trash days) but will also show their drivers passing our dumpster but picking up our neighbors. On June 27th I spoke with ***** on the phone and communicated we wish to cancel service and followed up with an email confirming the conversation. ***** agreed and said they would pick up the dumpsters that week. Since that conversation ***** has ignored all of my emails and calls, they did not pick up their dumpster until July 19th at which point they billed us $387. I have repeatedly attempted to contact Curbside, the only person who can address this is *****. ***** will not answer my calls or emails and has now sent a bill for ****** for what appears to be service for July and August. I contacted ***** on July 19th recommending a compromise that we pay for a single month of trash pick up (not trash and recycling as recycling was never serviced). I havent heard from ***** or anyone at curbside to discuss. Other frustrations: The dumpsters were delivered to the wrong address and their driver made no effort to remediate, we had to use our forklift to get them and bring them here. Locks were promised on delivery and it took them over a month to provide, then they disappeared a week later.

    Curbside wants to charge ****** to cancel my garbage pickup saying I signed a contract. I not only didn't sign a contract but I have never seen a contract. I have been with them over 2 years and they keep raising my rates without an explanation. I was told I missed the cancelation deadline and will have to wait another year. I have no intention of staying with a company that does this to people and would like BBB 's help.

    Salesman came thru our neighborhood trying to get people to sign up with curbside in the process was talking bad about my garbage service saying they were about to go bankrupt and went on and on about how bad they were when he signed me up for service he told me thT my garbage day would be the same as it was which was a Friday I put those garbage cans out every Friday and they NEVER picked it up called them after some ti.e and asked why they h e not picked up our garbage. They did not know my name could not find it I n the system I had to tell them my address several times before they finally said that they had no info for *** asked them to please just come and pick up your cans and be do e with it they told me someone would be out on Wednesday. To pick up I put the cans at curb And they dumped them and left I called they said ourpick up day is Wed. Now that we figured this out please. One get your cans I don't want them or your service they called me offered first 4 months free if I stayed with them I said I just want you to get your garbage bins off my property they then sent me a bill for almost ******?? For what? Picking up my garbage 1 time in 4 months? Come and get your cans I don't want your service they still would not take them they are still sitting in my driveway I want them gone I do not want their service they are horrible people who push their ser ice on you and try to force you to pay for a service I never used and what exactly are they charging me for? If I was told the wrong day and service started isn't it odd I never put trash out? Why would they not reach out to me with question? Because they don't care they want t to.charge you even though they never provided the service

    I signed up for Curbside Waste in May of 2022 at a guaranteed rate for two years. I was promised yard waste for $99 a year and trash pickup for $14 a month for two years. After the first year Curbside increased the yard waste to $212 a year and the trash pickup to a higher rate. I called and tried to cancel.Curbside told me at that time I had a two-year commitment and would be charged a cancellation fee of $200. They told me I had to wait another year before I could cancel. I waited another year and cancelled on July 19th of 2024. They then told me I waited past the renewal date and have to pay a $200 cancellation fee to cancel. They then advised me i went past the auto renewal date and have to wait another year to cancel without paying a cancellation fee. They also advised me I would have to advise them 30 days in advance of the new auto renewed contract.I haven't paid that fee. They said there was an auto renewal clause in the contract. They never told me there was a contract; I never received a contract; I never signed a contract; they never told me there was a contract date; they never told me about an auto renewal clause, and they never advised me of a 30-day notice prior to an annual contract date. I need your help in not paying a cancellation fee that I was not advised about. Thank you, *****************

    I have had trash service through Curbside Waste since 2020. I was never made aware that I had a yard waste service. They cancelled my trash service saying I never paid them for my yardwaste and that I owed them over $600. This is insane. I never had a yard waste can. Never had any yardwaste collected and was never made aware by email or bills in the mail. No phone calls or voicemails were left.

    On May 13 someone came to our door to sell us service plan for garbage removal. I then read reviews and complaints on the BBB website and decided we did not want to switch to this provider due to many negative reviews. I immediately signed the cancellation policy on the bottom of the contract I had signed and mailed it to the company, per their contract. I called the company on May 14 to verify we did not want service to start. I was told we would not be billed and everything was canceled and no further action was needed. We received a bill in the beginning of June, which we immediately sent back without payment and with acknowledgment that we had already canceled service. On June 26, we came home to a garbage can in our driveway. I immediately called and was told that they had record of me canceling on May 14 and that they would pick the can up within 7 days and to leave it at the end of the driveway.On July 12 the can was still there so I called again and was told it would be picked up within ***** hours.As of July 18, the can is still in our driveway. We need it to be picked up immediately as our city will give tickets for garbage cans left out more than 24 hours after garbage pick up day.

    We have not had a trash bin for TWO weeks. We can called at least 6 times trying to get a new trash can without success. Repeatedly we have been told it will arrive within ***** hours with no such arrival. We have two trash bags sitting outside our house that fill the street with a terrible odor because they havent picked up our waste in over 2 weeks despite the service we PAY for. We need a trash can. We can each called and no action has been made other than reassurance with no evidence of effort being made.

    Fraudulent company! I never signed up for service with this company!! A sales rep came by for this company and took down my name and email to send me more information, I never signed anything or agreed to anything and for some reason I have trash bins that show up a few weeks later!! I have called numerous times to have them picked up and they still have not been picked up!! I also received a bill in the mail.. again never signed up for service!! The trash bins need to be picked up immediately!!!! No bill will be paid because I never signed up!! A complaint has been filed with the Minnesota attorney general!!

    Curbside dropped off 2 bins which I never asked for and repeatedly said they would pick them up and a month later their still sitting in my driveway.
