      Don't waste your money. They didn't pay for ANYTHING during the 6 months I had a policy with them. Before I purchased I clarified follow up appointments I would need and the agent assured me they would be covered. Doctors' offices charged full price and said insurance would not cover. I should be refunded my money because they charged for service i did not get! Biggest scam!

      My Father-in -Law received a call from United Health guiding themselves as Security Health calling him to offer a Medicare Advantage plan that would save him money. Without his concurrence to switch from Security to United, they canceled his enrollment for him and signed him up for their United plan. These scams from this company need to end.

      I just accepted the policy and am already being charged $40 more than indicated and after 5 weeks don’t even have a written policy to prove I even have insurance

      Scam company – please avoid!
      I had a terrible experience with this company. They were quick to take my money, but when I called to request a full refund after 8 days of service with no coverage, they refused to provide a full refund. They claimed I canceled in the middle of the month, so they couldn't issue a full refund for the $283 I paid for health insurance. Instead, they only refunded me $113, leaving me at a loss of $170 for no service.
      Please take my advice and avoid this insurance provider at all costs!

      I moved to United Healthcare instead of BCBS because my premium dropped from $1200 a month to $700 a month. I needed major surgery, and it's been since May 2024 (Now Dec 2024) and they still haven't paid for my Emergency room visit! Ive gone to the Advent hospital billing in person to work with them. Ive spent 10 hours on the phone with IDIOTS on the United side who don't know they're left hand from their right. Who has time for this? After they received everything they needed from the doctors, they are still kicking the can down the road. All I hear is "we are reviewing the records and call us back in 2 weeks) I got the state involved 3 different times which finally got them in action. I used to think 20 years ago they were fabulous. My experience this time has been absolutely awful! I DO NOT recommend them. Because of the amount of time having to be taken away from work to make these calls to get these bills paid, it is causing so much stress. And it puts you in a position where you don't want to take care of yourself, because you don't want to deal with the hassle. I pay for service that I'm obviously not receiving. I know millions of other Americans are going through this too. It's not right!

      I don't know what cracker Jack's box you picked your employees out of because all of them need to go back and be retrained this is the worst I've ever talk to every time I talk to someone I'm on the phone for 3 hours at a time or more and every time I talk to a different person they get dumb and dumber

      Company showed up to where I work to “offer” insurance. I was away from my desk when they called me into the conference room. I said I needed to return to my desk for a minute (I needed time to think about what they were offering. They talked me into staying to sign papers before I could research this company. The owner of the company I worked for was “dating”one of the insurance reps so myself and others at work felt pressured to sign up. Once I finally get back to my desk I read the reviews and the very next day asked if I could please be taken off the insurance. Others at my work felt the same. The rep came back and with all of us in the conference room and argued as to why we could not get out of it. I quit that job after a decade and was still getting harassed to pay the insurance that I never used. Call it buyers remorse but the whole situation wasn’t right from the beginning.

      Terrible! In the past decade I have had three different insurance providers who seamlessly covered in-network complex surgeries and a high-order pregnancy. All services were covered and processed based on what I was eligible for. Not once was there a discrepancy on claims. I have been with United Healthcare insurance for one year now and had a mental health treatment which was in-network. The bill is upwards of $15k. I have called now three times, taking over 1 1/2 hours of my time and their bureaucratic system is setting me up to not get this bill paid. Each time I call, they give me another reason 'it wasn't processed properly'. I follow their direction and do the action that needs to be done for the claim to be processed and paid. A month passes and the bill is still not cleared. I repeat and call again.
      This is a profit-driven organization that intentionally complicates the patient experience, so the patient ends up paying the bill. Too bad for them, I am relentless and will make sure they pay this bill. But what a sin because this is at the expense of my time and on top of what I already pay in every month. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

      GEHA Dental, big time scam and very sketchy. if I could give no stars I would. Second insurance picking up nothing with multiple excuses. does not notify you either. Worst mistake ever made. Cancelling insurance with them.
