am beyond frustrated with UsHealth Advisors. Despite multiple requests to be removed from their call list and being added to their "Do Not Call" list, I have received over 184 unsolicited calls. After countless attempts to stop this harassment, I was left with no choice but to take legal action. Its clear that UsHealth Advisors does not respect consumer rights or privacy, and they continue to ignore federal regulations. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for privacy is unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding this company if you value your time and personal space.UnitedHealth Group

1 starI retired from the military after 20 years service. During my service days, a baby tooth fell out and my military dentist noticed the adult tooth growing horizontally (hidden) within my gum line. The dentist offered to twist the tooth, pull it up and support with braces. This would have been paid for 100% since I was in the military, but I opted not to because my dentist said it would remain in my gums and optional work so I did not do it. 8 years after retiring, my tooth broke my gum line and was never going to grow in place (ie risk of infection etc). I went to the (civilian) dentist and he recommended bringing the tooth up and supporting with braces since it would be stuck outside the gum. Long story short GEHA refused to pay for the procedure and I was stuck paying the bill (out of my own pocket) approximately $3,000. The worst part is they kept denying the claim stating it was because the dental office did not send in photographs of the procedure (which wasn't true) and they told me it was an unnecessary procedure I did just for cosmetics which is not true because I could have received this procedure in the military for free (plus my tooth had uncomfortably broken my gum line and was exposed with potential for infection). They told me I could send in a personal appeal to which they never replied. I called multiple times asking how long would it take for an answer and never heard back. Finally (over a year later after me initiating a call to them) they told me it was denied & they'd sent me a letter explaining it. That was not true, because I never received a letter. The representative looked though her records and gave me dates from letters I received but never found anything dated after my final appeal. She came back to the phone after a few minutes and stated there was some sort of problem but they would resend the letter explaining why my final appeal was denied. This is truly disappointing considering they service retired military. We deserve better!Review fromSergey K

1 star**Change Healthcare Review** Absolutely terrible company. This was the worst business experience Ive ever had. Change Healthcare's handling of a recent privacy breach was nothing short of fraudulent. My wife and I received letters informing us of a security breach and were directed to a website (**************************) to apply for free credit monitoring and identity restoration services through IDX. The process required a code that was supposed to be provided in their letters. However, no code was included. When I called their customer service for help, I was given vague and unhelpful instructions to "just click continue" to generate a code. Unsurprisingly, this didnt work. The representative then claimed the benefits might no longer be available, but their explanation was unclear due to a bad connection. When I expressed my frustration, the representative simply hung up. This lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable, especially in a situation involving personal information security. ***** this company at all costs.Review fromKelly W

I recently switched to ********** and OptumRx is their online pharmacy so I thought I would try it with a medication I've used for a long time. The medication was in my list, so I clicked on it and requested the 3-month supply (to save money). The dosage couldn't be selected and my doctor had to be contacted for the prescription. My doctor mistakenly chose the wrong dosage and a 3 month supply was sent. It took 3 weeks to get it and I was out of my medication by the time it arrived - and it was the wrong dosage. I cannot return it, my doctor has to submit the correct dosage and I have to wait a few weeks for that. And, I'm out $125. I won't be using this pharmacy again because the risk isn't worth it.UnitedHealth Group

Very dissatisfied! I needed some documentation that was not on member portal. Phoned them and requested Annual Declaration from previous year, and proof we paid premium. They agreed to send but never did. Received all sorts of apologies and admitted they screwed up. Spent hours on phone mostly with their Phillipino customer service, who are CLUELESS. We will be changing insurance companies. *** does not do what they promised and they are so big, they dont care. They use foreign countries for customers service and it is HORRIBLE!UnitedHealth Group

I do not recommend United Healthcare. They really don't work for the people. Only themselves, their prices are outrageous, I started with them three months ago, and was paying 47 dollars for one prescription, in three months that same prescription was 172 dollars. It doesn't matter how you look at it that is outrageous. Go somewhere else, nit here. Sorry...UnitedHealth Group

Advisors harass you and become argumentative when asked to stop calling. What makes someone think they will gain your loyalty and business when that person is argumentative and harassing to the consumer. Received several calls from the same agent, texts, and email after asking for all communication to cease. She even concocted a story in her head that I asked her to call back! Craziness. It took screenshots and a legal threat to stop the calls. If you shop the marketplace, use decoy contact info or immediately register at *************. Phone and email!!UnitedHealth Group

I've been with United Healthcare for over ******************************************************************************************************** scans, I have horrible injuries inside of my body but none of these people that got paid by United Healthcare ever even bother to show me the images inside my body they just always said we don't see anything we don't know anything, and now my torso is completely collapsed and my sternum is literally stabbing me in the middle of my lungs making scars after 14 years of trying to get health care from people that back the fraudulent doctors more than they back their suffering patients, I wrote grievances to this fake Healthcare Company I told them that the doctors were fraudulently concealing my life and death injuries, and when they replied to my grievance all they said was I need to voice my opinion to my doctor's better, even though I told my doctor's exactly where my injuries are they felt my broken bones and lied on my medical records and United Healthcare said it's my fault because I'm not a communicating with the doctor's good enough even though I have MRI images that clearly shows my horribly damaged ribs nerves and arteries, my body is deformed and I feel like I might have a stroke sometime, I explained over and over to United Healthcare **************** the horrific fake ************************** I was getting from the people they were paying to see me they kept saying they were going to help, but they would just send me to another fake fraudulent doctor over and over again as my body constantly Decay more and more each year as I'm being sent in Circles by fake fraudulent doctors that all seen my horrific MRI images and never ever explain to me what was going on inside my own body, they never even showed me one image of the mri's of my ribs even though that was the only reason I was coming to see them, I even explain this to United Healthcare **************** and they just act like they are powerless when it comes to my HealthcareUnitedHealth Group
