      Deplorable, horrible, idiots. Im on **************** and ***. Theyre trying to charge me a co-pay ******** does not pay co-pay then they ask for prior authorization. Did they find a cure for COPD emphysema and CPTSD they are idiots. This country has went to s*** I will be filing a lawsuit with **************** because this is making my mental health even worse with my CPTSD this country has went down the toilet

      I'm not happy at all with United Healthcare and do not recommend them. They denied coverage of doctor recommended procedures - said they saw no need. Never had I encountered such a problematic process only to deny coverage for what they say they cover. I switched to United Healthcare when my doctor discontinued my prior insurance company thinking they were quality insurance. Now I wish I hadn't changed and found another doctor.

      I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with United Healthcare. I enrolled in the *** ****************** plan for 2024 and was promised a $100 reward for completing specific requirements, including signing up for autopay, seeing my PCP, and opting for paperless notifications. I completed all the necessary steps and waited for the reward.When it didnt arrive, I reached out multiple times throughout the year. Each time, I was told I would receive a call or an update, but I never did. Finally, when I reached out again recently, I spoke with a representative named *********, who informed me that I was not eligible for the reward because I live in **********. She added that I would be eligible in 2025.This is entirely misleading and feels like false advertising. If I was not eligible, this information should have been disclosed upfront, not at the end of the year after repeated follow-ups. The lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable, and the entire process feels deceptive.Because of this experience, I will not be renewing my enrollment with United Healthcare for 2025. I hope others are cautious when dealing with promises or incentives from this company, as they may not follow through.

      United healthcare is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. The woman I was talking to could barely speak English and could not understand what I was trying to explain to her. I asked for a supervisor and she put me on hold for 40 minutes. I hung up and called again and the next woman put me on hold for another 15 minutes and still no supervisor. I don't think they even have a supervisor to help you. I am definitely going to be looking for another insurance company before December 7th.

      My information was stolen in February 2024 and I wasn't notified until November 2024 - 9 months later. There needs to be serious compensatory ramifications to companies (specifically, they should compensate the victims, NOT a government agency that will misappropriate funds) that have been so negligent as to not even require multi-factor authentication to access their servers with my personal, sensitive data. The most egregious sin is their incredibly delayed notification. Had I not already kept my credit frozen on a regular basis, there are 9 months of vulnerability I could be exposed to that who knows how many others in this breach were unaware.

      I just needed to update my payment account to pay my premium, and the process has been insane.I couldnt login. I went over and over it with a customer rep. ******* I got a call to check back later.Two weeks later I received a call that the bug had been fixed and I could now log in.Could not.I spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone today again trying to get it figured out. No one could help me. At various times I was told that I didnt have an account. Was told that I had ******** and to call them. I do not.Was told to call ******** No account with them either.They had no correct info on my personal info. They had info from 7 years ago as to my address. Couldnt verify my phone number which Ive had for at least five years. Couldnt even find my email address which *** have had for twenty years.And I opened this current account Han ************ inept. I wouldnt trust them to walk my dog, much less manage my healthcare.Really, really upset.

      I'm not getting a text, email or call verification to reset my password. I simply just tried to make my payment over the phone and whoever took my call at first was being so difficult asking weird questions like is all the letters capital in my name. Im at home with pneumonia I just want to make sure my insurance is paid.
