      As a medical ****** UHC is not taking any responsibility for not paying claims and putting the blame on optum. UHC is requesting medical records for every visit that a patient has and this is only for small businesses that use UHC for the employees. We need UHC investigated for sticking it to the smaller businesses and there employees. UHC has became one of the worse insurance companies. And soon no doctors are going to accept this insurance.

      They are the worst insurance I have ever had in all my working years. Will definitely find a way to move on to a different company. Don't get it!

      I'm so unhappy with UHC customer service. Almost every time I call to get some information regarding my questions I constantly get mis information. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing!! And it's almost every time I call.A rep. will tell me one thing ,and then another will tell me something else. And then to find out they both were wrong???I dread having to call, because I never know if what they telling me is correct. Their mail order I have think is good. Never had any issues. They need a better training program! Very unhappy

      My ************* signed up to be providers for a ** Care plan after 9 months we have still not been paid. The representative just stopped answering our phone calls or emails. We have been told for months it is a glitch in their system and they are reprocessing. We have a choice to not provided care to any new patients or provide the needed car for free. We are a 5 person solo office and this has been incredibly difficult. had we know how terrible this would be we would have never agreed to work with UHC -United ******************** Plan of ********* ********************************** and ********************************** People of the ****************** choose ANY other plan

      I got insurance through united health one and decided I wanted to do more research on my own so I called to cancel and the guy that answered was named ******* was probably the rudest person Ive ever talked to. I told him I wanted to do more research and talk to my husband and he accused me of lying about my reasoning. I told him the exact same thing for the 4th time and he proceeded to laugh and say my husband wont be able to help with doing research. Dont get insurance through them!

      **************** is poor, ******************** are poor, website is poor, overall rating is .5 star. I have had nothing but issues with this group since my company decided to go with them as our provider. Why would they ever care though, they make money no matter what and can provide the WORST customer service I have ever received. Two years ago I paid more than $5K over what I should have paid because they kept denying claims. My doctor and myself would file complaints over the denied claims and they could not have cared less and was very obvious about it as well. Health care in this country is a sham and I really wish people would wake up!

      UnitedHealth Group OPTUM RX **** is paying United Health Insurance for better health and can't receive her medications this is crazy.This company has received serval prescriptions from my primary doctor for **** to have her medication. So how every month I call about why they haven't sent out my medications, they claim they don't have any medication which is unbelievable to believe. People today have to have certain medications on a daily based to be able to live on a daily based. United Healthcare needs to improve its system on how their customer should receive their medication because this is a poor business

      I wish I could leave less than a 1 star rating for United Healthcare! I have used them as a ******** advantage plan for approximately 12 years. I was informed via letter by Providence Healthcare group (including all clinics, urgent cares, and hospitals as far as I can tell) on Friday, August 26th, 2022, that they are no longer accepting any UHC insurance as of September 1, 2022. They just eliminated my entire network of providers, some I have been seeing for almost 20 years.I called UHC and even spoke with a supervisor who informed me that they knew nothing about it (I do not believe this, it affects many many people) and we have to change doctors, apparently in 5 days. I was never notified by UHC. So I do have to either change insurance companies (pre-existing conditions again?) Or I can keep my established specialty clinic and try to find a new pcp. I have no idea what will happen with the rest of my care (i.e. other specialty clinics i havent been to recently because of covid) or medication! And what about all the other people they did this to. UHC is utterly useless. Their benefits look neat and shiny when/if they work. I am on their special needs plan with disability. Anyone with UHC and that uses Providence Healthcare might want to check their insurance. I was never notified but my friend with the same insurance and doctors office got the letter.

      Absolutely the worst customer service! Since August 11th both my insurance provider and I made a total of 6 requests for a simple physical check up report for a life insurance policy. It has been over 3 weeks and nothing. My Insurance provider faxed the request twice (complete with release form and HIPPA forms). When I called the last week and today I was told there are NO request logged in their system. I used the patience portal and made a request variably and still nothing.Today I spent over an hour trying to reach a human. When I did they offered to send me the mailing address. When I searched their web site we found NO Email address and the only phone number that is 24/7 - the Payment Portal. Obviously they are more interested in getting paid than providing their patience service.*********************, DO needs to review his online quote to change the face of health care delivery for all. and take a closer look at his system.

      In typical ***************** fashion New West Physicians responded to my BBB complaint. via the "Patience Experience Team" If New West Physicians had any integrity at all, top management such as *********************, DO would personally respond. Obviously true customer / patient interaction is below his office. If the "Patience Experience Team" had bothered to look at my account they "might" have learned that two of our 6 request have been acknowledged. Funny the request they show are time stamped two days ago. Remember we started this journey August 11th.After 18 minutes on hold I reached a human in the ****************** who said he found one of our 2 request, with no record of the other 4 attempts going back 3 weeks. Almost to New West Physicians credit I received call 10 minutes later responding to the voicemail message I left on the weekend. The "Rude" lady told the they had received a faxed request this past weekend (keep this in prospective that was the 3rd fax request from my ***************** since 8-11-22). When I inquired about he other 2 request; she said they have no record of them even though we have time stamped proof from the New West Physicians system. Her answer was "I just don't know how that could happen" no apologies just plausible deniability. How convenient? I told her I know how these thing happen; no one at New West Physicians is willing to step up and take responsibly for the poor service and complete lack of communication with their patience / customers. Rather than fall on the sword she replied "Well if you are going to yell at me I'm going to hang up" I replied (in calm voice) I am not yelling I am pointing out the facts. She politely said your insurance company has been sent the requested information and hung up. Personally I have over 40 years of Hotel and Hospitality experience. I find it so sad to see the Medical Industry, especially companies like New West Physicians treat people with such pompous attitudes and compete disregard for the feelings of their **************** Shame on New West Physicians they make way to much revenue to treat us like trash!

      no one answers the phones , always technical difficulties. put restrictions on life saving prescriptions.
