    on December 22 I ordered a *********************** home jersey and received a confirmation of the order on the website; however I have received no email confirmation despite repeated efforts to reach the company by email and by numerous attempts to reach the company's customer service phone number. Furthermore, I have received no shipping information and it is now 5 business days past the date of my order. I am suspicious that this company is operating fraudulently since I can get no response by email or by phone and have alerted my credit card issuer to dispute the charge.

    I placed an order with soccerpro .com on Dec 1 for a USMST Adams jersey. My order number is #******-SP. The transaction amount is $125.49 and was charged on Dec 2 and has cleared my bank account. Since then, I have not received any updates on my order. I have reached out via email to on Dec 19 and through ******** several times. On ******** messenger the only response I have received is computer generated and says to send an email. I have tried to call the number on their website, and I have been unable to talk with anyone. There voicemail system is not taking any messages either. I have not received my order or a refund as of today. I really would like to resolve this issue.

    I paid for 2 day business shipping on 2 separate pair of cleats , for neither one did i receive an email confirming my order. it's been more than 2 days and i still haven't heard from that whatsoever. I want to know when they'll get here and if I'll get reimbursed my expedited shipping.

    Placed an order for a soccer jersey on 11/28/22 for $101.99 as a Christmas present. Received an order confirmation but never received my item in the mail. I've tried calling customer service and have sent several emails but haven't heard anything from them. Would like my money back if I will not be receiving my jersey.

    On December 11th I ordered a jersey for my son for Christmas. I was aware that a customized jersey can take 3 days or up to 10 to ship. I received a confirmation upon order and that is it. It has been 15 days and I have not received a tracking number, the order still shows as “processing”. I have emailed the company twice with no response. I am worried that I will never receive my order which was $150+ AND a Christmas gift.

    Order a soccer jersey on 12/4/22 via online soccerpro .com website. The website said it would shipment from 4-10 business days. They charge my credit card without even shipping the jersey. I emailed them on 12/17, 12/19 and called plus replying on their ******** social media page. No response. Can't leave a voice mail because the box is full. I disputed this charge on my credit card and sent a cancellation request to the address listed for soccerpro .com. Order # ******-SP. All the reviews from their ******** page and comments have the same issue, order products but no shipment of order or customer service.

    I ordered a jersey from soccer pro on Dec 4, 2022. I got an email saying that they had charged my ******, but no other information about the order. I have called three times during business hours, no one answers and the call goes to voicemail which is full and not taking any messages. I also tried to email their customer service and did not get a response. Order on site just says processing which is what it has said for 18 days now. Today, when I tried to access my account to get info to upload about my order, I can no longer access it. I do have ****** confirmation though.

    I ordered a soccer jersey from the website on 11/26/22. I was informed that it would be shipped within 8 to 10 business days. I never received any updates on my purchase, other than the initial confirmation email. I have tried to contact the customer service line more than five times, and never receive an answer from a person. I have sent multiple emails to the customer service Center, with no response. I am becoming concerned this business is fake, and they took my money with no intention to send the product. I have also contacted my credit card company, because I have no confidence now that this company will send the product. I would like the Better Business Bureau to look into this to protect other consumers from paying to a website that does not appear to be real. Also, now I am left without a Christmas gift for my son. I want a full refund, and I want this company investigated.

    We purchased a jersey for a friend on 12/5/22. It was expected to be delivered 12/13/22. It never arrived. We called twice and waited on hold for an hour before hanging up. Then we sent two emails - one on 12/15/22, and one on 12/20/22. No responses to either. Finally we filed a dispute with our credit card company.

    I made an order on Dec 1 2022. It was charged to my account and I got a processing email. I had hoped to have this for Christmas but nothing has been sent and not further email was given with a tracking number.
    I hope to receive the items still if possible.
