    Purchase in the amount of $76.98 made on November 28, 2022 to SoccerPro .com. Promised delivery was 4-10 business days. We have attempted contact the company both via email and phone. An email was sent on Friday, December 16 and we have received no response. We have attempted to call on multiple occasions. We were on hold in excess of 30 minutes all times and even thought it prompted you to press 1 to leave a message, you are unable to do so. We would like the product delivered at the minimum, shipping to be reimbursed since it didn't arrive in the promised timeframe.

    The order was placed in November.  We received absolutely no communication on the status of the order ever.  It was impossible to contact the company because the phone was never answered and there was no way to leave a message.  Our email messages were never returned either.

    Ordered a youth soccer jersey and additional shirt from the ************* website on December 4th, 2022. The order indicated that the item would be shipped in 4-10 days and a confirmation email was received of the purchase. After not receiving the items or any shipment confirmation after 15 days the company was emailed with no response. Not able to get through on the phone either.

    Ordered a PSG Messi jersey on 10/21/22. Website states customized jerseys ship within 10 business days. It is now 12/21/22 and I have yet to receive the ordered item. I cannot get anyone on the phone. I’ve left a number of voicemails without a callback. I’ve sent a number of emails and the only responses I have received is my shipment has been delayed. I cannot get a response on when they expect it to ship.

    My brother ordered this jersey from their site days ago and we have gotten no word back from them, or even a confirmation email saying it’s being sent. No one is picking up the phone, and their instagram comments are calling it a scam. There is no way this has a A+ on here and this is how they behave. We want a refund and they are not answering to the emails. It’s feeling way to sketch now being that other people are experiencing the same things. Was ordered on the 16th of December with no reply now what so ever. BBB please help us as it’s $110 down the drain at this point.

    I purchased a pair of soccer cleats on 11-23-22 from Soccer Pro.com. My order number is #******. The order information was 7-10 day delivery.
    Today is 12/20/22. As of today I haven’t received them. I checked email for any information from Soccer Pro .com and saw nothing. So I tried to call Soccer Pro this morning and waited about 15 minutes before I hung up. I tried to communicate via email with Soccer Pro and both addresses failed.
    So their other option was to send an email. I tried numerous times but the address kept failing to go through. I paid $249.99 and at this late date I would prefer a refund to my credit card.

    I made an online purchase, up doing so the seller indicated I would have my order WITH IN 3 to 5 business days. The seller processed my payment immediately. After 5 business I heard nothing from the seller, I tried contacting the seller via email and phone, staying in hold 3 hours. I have heard nothing from the seller nor have I received my purchase. I am currently working with *** *** to recoup my money.

    I placed an order for a jersey on 12/7. The same day I have received an email confirmation. I have yet to receive any updates on the status of my order. I email the company múltiple times, unable to leave a voicemail as the mailbox is full and have waiting an hour plus on hold trying to connect to someone before giving up. There are multiple reviews about the inability to reach customer service. Is this company legit? Did I just loose over $130?

    I placed an order for a YXL Kids **** ***** ****** *** **** Jersy for $111.99 from SOCCERPRO .com on 12/4/2022 (Order #******-SP). I received an "Order Is In Process" email on 12/4/2022 which does not provide an exact timeframe for shipping. The email states to email ******************* or call at ************** if you need exact details regarding your shipping. After two weeks of waiting without any emails from SOCCERPRO .com regarding shipping, I emailed ******************. Since the initial email, I have emailed two other times and spent over two hours on hold waiting to speak with a representative. The lack of communication and customer service has been very frustrating. Since I have been unable to obtain shipping information, cancel my order, etc. I am hoping the Better Business Bureau with securing a refund.

    Paid $280 which included expedited shipping and received no confirmation or anything. Call and emailed at least 10 times without any response. A blatant disregard for the consumer. I want my refund but have no idea how and when I will get it. Really absurd

    I ordered a soccer jersey from this company two weeks ago. After getting a confirmation email, I have not received any other communication from them. I have tried to email them with no response. I have tried to call them and it always goes to a full voicemail. There seems to be no way to get an update on my purchase and no way to cancel my purchase, so I had to go to my credit card company to try and refute the charges.
