      The Bank of Missouri is reporting a charged off account that was sold to **********************. During the timeframe this account was supposedly open, I was the victim of identity theft via a data breach with Capital One.I have reached out to The Bank of Missouri multiple times, only to be met with silence. I am requesting that both the charge off status be removed, and the collection be recalled.

      This company is reporting to my credit reports under 3 different names. The bank of Missouri is on then csc is another. Have talked to them telling them that when the acquired the credit card from opturn i never received a card and due to fraud will not pay online at which time I am turned over to their it department and told I will be called and given a case number at which time they hang up and weeks go by before another call and it starts all over again I have been told many times that when my card is issued the negative remarks on credit report will be removed along with the late payments to this day nothing has happened and it's still the same all 3 names reporting and violating the fair credit act

      I am disputing an invalid account reported by ********************** and cks prime n the collection agency the bank used n on my credit report. This account is inaccurate, unverified, and violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Since it does not meet the legal standards for reporting, I request its immediate removal. If the furnisher cannot provide proper validation, it must be deleted per federal law. Specifically this account was settled 4/1/2024N but the bank and collection agency refuses to remove the account from collections on the credit bureaus despite the zero balance. I have disputed this multiple times with no result.

      I don't have an account with ******************** and they have caused my credit score to drop over 100 points. The Bank of Missouri should delete their account off my credit report as their violating FCRA laws and may be held liable. I've never had an account with ******************** and they are unable to provide a valid signed contract and this account needs to be deleted off Experian, Transunion and ******* credit reports.
