    Ive had this warranty for a little over a year and every time I need repairs done to my car I end up having to pay for them out of my pocket. I wish I never bought this warranty. Twice Ive paid out over $2200 out of pocket. Very disappointed. Ive learned my ****** for sure.

    This company is beyond fraud. I purchased a policy July 2021 on my vehicle, By a male car shield employee. I was told That I would need to purchase a gold policy policy at ***** per month that would cover my 2011 *** HYBRID vehicle. I went ahead and signed up. I have never had any claims against the policy. I had something go wrong with my vehicle in AUGUST of 2022. Called CAR SHIELD, asked for a rental car reimbursement, they told me that the diagnosis would need to be made first, before they would help me with a rental vehicle. Now as of 10/11/22, my car has been diagnosed. Car Shield was contacted by repair facility and myself, only to be told that this GOLD POLICY purchased does not cover HYBRID VEHICLES. I have made multiple phone calls to car shield. Never have gotten past customer ********************** department. Have Requested each time to have myself speak with a supervisor. Each and every time I have been told a supervisor will call you back within 24 to 48 hours hours. No supervisor ever calls back, only another customer ********************** agent. This policy was sold to me talk to me and it's fraud, As it does not apply to my making model of my car. When purchasing the plan I assumed the representative of car shield knew what he was talking about as far as what policy would be the appropriate policy for my vehicle. Obviously he knew nothing and sold the policy to a consumer who puts faith in a company that they know what they were talking about. I am requesting a 100% refund from the company for the money's paid out since July 2021 to the present at $***** per month paid back to my account where they withdrew it monthly from. Prior to deciding on the repair facility that I am having fix my car car, II checked out 4 different facilities and all said run from this company car this company car shield as they do not pay their claims. Unfortunately I found out too late, as I never had to have a repair on my vehicle until now. Please turn your back and run from car shield as they sell fraudulent policies over and over again

    CarShield is a scam. All they want is your money. They delay every possible way to pay you. They delay-delay-delay. Theyre a rip-off. If you need repairs, YOU have to pay for discovery. Then they want pictures (i.e., of transmission case fluid + others). Then they dont want to pay for the correct repairs (i.e., they want to send you a USED TRANSMISSION from somewhere that will take 4-6 WEEKS to get there. Meanwhile, during the delay-delay-delay, YOU ARE OUT OF A CAR! Aaaaaand, YOU STILL PAY MONTHLY PREMIUMS!!!! They have so many Third Party Agents (TPAs) that the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing! One agents says youll get ** dollars. Then after wait-wait-wait delay-delay-delay You dont get paid, so you have to call back to find your money! And they refer-refer-refer you so somebody else that says you're getting less money than promised!!!! These people are a rip-off, preying on the publics trust! No wonder they have an F rating w/ the Better Business Bureau! Save your money!

    Car shield is a scam because they charge you $100 for full coverage on your vehicle for parts that go wrong except there's a loophole every time you go to get something done you have to jump through ***** hoops and it takes 4 days to get in okay from things that they do cover and then the things that they cover there's loopholes in that too they say they cover the brake system but they don't cover the brake shoes even though it doesn't tell you that anywhere and your information policy they don't fix your windshield wiper pump but they handle all electronical systems they don't change your spark plugs on a tune-up but yet they cover a tune-up so there's a loophole in everything they do they don't want to cover things that they say they cover and there's no definition of what they don't cover in their policy I don't think it's a good deal they've gotten way too much money out of us my family and then don't want to cover the things that they claim that they cover and I've got the policy in front of me it's not like I didn't read it I read the entire thing and nowhere in there did it say it didn't cover break shoes it says brakes systems that includes book I wouldn't recommend car shield to anyone ever just want to put it out there thank you for listening

    At the bottom of my statement somewhere it read book it's actually brake shoes brake pads whatever you want to call them they said that they would cover the entire brake system doesn't exclude anything on the break's!!! The only exclusion on my policy that I actually read was struts and shocks and that's also part of your suspension but they don't want to cover that but that's the only thing it actually said on the policy everything else was considered covered that's why I would never recommend this policy or car shield to anyone ever

    I am curious how so many people can complain about one company and it's clearly fraudulently being done because they don't put everything in their contract or specify everything in their contract how come they're still in business in the first place why because ***************** advertise for it I don't know but the business should be shut down it is fraud fraud fraud

    you want to make sure you look at all the fine writing thats why its such a big pamphlet of things they wont cover its a trick bag because they say covered parts that are damaged by non-covered parts that could lead anything to be uncovered

    Prior to scheduling minor repairs to my car, I telephoned Car Shield to determine if the repair was covered under my contract because of some vagueness in the wording of Section 6 - Electrical in my platinum contract. Car Shield representative #1 with whom I spoke thought that it was a covered repair but wanted to check with her supervisor to be sure. A minute or so later she comes back on the line and informs me that the supervisor agrees that this is a covered repair. I then schedule and deliver my car for the repair four days later at a highly rated Buick/GMC dealer. The service tech at the dealership informs me five hours later that after calling Car Shield for approval, Car Shield representative #2 has denied the claim. I then phone Car Shield multiple times to try to resolve the issue of one representative confirming that the repair in question is covered while another representative denies the claim. Car Shield representative #3 is unhelpful. Representative #4 is unhelpful bur will have a supervisor call me back in 24-48 hours. Representative #5 (the supervisor) calls back and informs me that he is employed by Car Shield as an administrator, that he cannot really help me, and that I need to communicate with ******** **** ******, a brother/sister company to Car Shield, but suggests I phone back Car Shield with the GM part number for the repair to see if it is fact a covered part for repair. I telephone and speak with representative #6, who after some research informs me that the part is not listed and thus the repair is not covered by my contract. None of the six Car Shield representatives could explain why I received different answers regarding coverage and none offered any recompense to me. I wasted a day on this matter, am out a $185.00 diagnostic fee, and will soon cancel my contract. Car Shield appears to be a customer unfriendly company disinterested in trying to resolve customer complaints. I will never recommend Car Shield to anyone.

    **** **** company, customer service and not a business with values! It has been a more than a headache to receive what is guarantee suppose to be toward us a customer. This company has lied from the very beginning, not organize and have no clue of how to run a business with integrity. Our vehicle have been out of order for 8 weeks due to carshield not fulfilling their obligation. We have submit paperwork requested over 8 weeks ago, everything they have asked we have submitted on our end, and the mechanic has as well. No adjuster have been out, the mechanic found the part needed for our vehicle 3 weeks ago ,sent them 3 times the inspection reports carshield still says no, let them find the part. Where is the part? Still no part. The mechanic and us call daily to see where the process is, still no answer or adjuster. We have emailed our concerns and request, now we are blocked from emailing. The mechanic called today requesting adjuster and part, carshield says keep waiting! How would they feel if we said the same when it came to our monthly bill? We are paying for our car payment on a car not working, our bill with carshield and rental car over 8 weeks that once again carshield will not reimburse majority of what we spent on rental $1800 as of today. Customer service said they will Only pay a week worth of rental?! But we paying 8 weeks! This company is absolutely a sham and need someone to hold them accountable instead of making it a financial hardship on consumers. Our vehicle is a necessity my husband has daily doctor appts with out of pocket expense as well, this is unfair and unjust of a company that is slow walking a process that could have been done weeks ago. The financial hardship of waiting on our repairs to be done is cruel. Customer service is snobby, don't know the knowledge of policies, rude and not professional that goes all the way up to the supervisor. Something needs to happen, this is unacceptable!

    They lied about service, and got actors on commercials doing it too. I was a customer in total for twenty months. Got tune up and all my oil changes along with other services. Got all my receipts from midas, *********** and a1 3brothers auto care in ********* city.Now that I need a transmission they denied my claim. My car sat on a1 3brothers lot for 34 days before denial and even took a payment a week after it was their. Now I got to pay $162.40 for diagnostic that was done on my car.

    This is the worst insurance ever!!!! They always have a reason not to pay you! Be careful and Watch out they are thiefs !!!!
