    Received an unsolicited marketing mailer today with that looks a lot like a scam (immediate response requested in all caps, response to this notice requested - also in all caps... everything to trigger any sense of doubt or urgency for the recipient, and leave the impression their coverage has lapsed). Unsure how I ended up on their records (which state I have not contacted them to have my vehicle service contract activated) as... I do not own any vehicle nor have not owned any in *****************, ever.

    When I agreed to have Car Shield cover my car, they sent that they started the coverage and send me information for my coverage. I had to call two more times to get the information that they promised. Never received anything either by email or post. But they were fast to collect the payments from my card immediately. Trying to cancel this policy today was ****, they kept trying to tell me that they sent the emails, never did. Finally had a customer support agent cancel my policy after she stopped trying to keep me as a customer. Never again.

    They covered the cost of my transmission and all I had to do was pay the deductible. I went without a car for at least 3 weeks and not being able to get a rental car due to the area and time of authorization. Mostly everyone from car shield was nice and helpful. ******************* one of the customer ********************** representative was nice and helpful by going above and beyond to reassure my frustration, she is definitely an asset to your company.

    Be aware that the company, CarShield, will deduct your monthly premium a month in advance and for the following month's coverage. I cancelled my coverage in January before the monthly withdrawal for the month of February. I received a call from the company stating they received my cancellation and were processing a refund for the next month's withdrawal (February's coverage). I have never received a refund. I've written twice to find out where the refund is with no response. They are nothing but liars and thieves. BEWARE of this company for they do not uphold their agreements.

    If I could give you a no star, I would. Carshield say they cover so much, one of the things they cover is engine, but when I filed a claim on it. It was denied because it was caused by wear and tear, the mechanic told them it was impossible at 23k miles. So they open the claim again.They denied the claim again and mechanic told them that it wasn't it and they open rhe claim again.Definitely the adjusters don't know what they're doing.So if you are paying for carshield. Stop.There's a chance that if you pay for months or years and decide to use warranty, you might be denied and wasted your money.

    I got warranty on my 2014 Ram 1500 so my motor and transmission, any major parts would be covered and I wouldn’t have to worry about if i had any mechanical failures. I took my truck to ***** ****** ****** and their advisor told me i needed a new engine and the claim was filed, now carshield which is covered through ******** **** ****** is giving me a hard time with the adjusters, they have a hard time keeping their records in order and i can never speak to a supervisor, nobody can help me or answer my questions. It’s been so frustrating dealing wigh carshield.

    You guys double charged me on my credit card and are malling Me a check for a credit card payment thats unheard of. made me wait almost a month to prove u overcharged me this is a terrible company that trys to take advantage of people I also will be putting this on bbb and ******

    BUYER BEWARE!!! The claim process is HORRIBLE!!!! It has been 3 months of trying to get a repair authorized and now approved, the "standard" labor rates approved vary greatly from what's rated as standard! The worst Adjuster ever, *****, is unresponsive to the shop to explain the difference to me, and as the warranty holder, I can't speak directly to the adjuster but expected to pay more than 2k above the $200 deductible to have the car repaired! Again, BUYER BEWARE!!!

    It was shockingly good. You're champions to me. Even the repair shop was impressed and said that I must have really good insurance. It couldn't have better experience. One of the smartest things I have ever done is purchase Car shield.
