    I took my car for repair and was approved by auto/ car shield yo fix my engine and repair a faulty tire rod. But to complete the repairs car shield / auto shield want to pay for a front end alignment win should be part of the repair because I am not doing maintenance. I get my cat repaired

    They are a scam, 3yrs pymts n never got help. DO NOT USE THEM. They took my money then tris to charge again for roadside assistance. To much to text but please BEWARE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE!

    Carshield is a rip off. Mr ********* on my car needed repair. I had Carshield for 3 months. They denied my claim stating due to road deprie is the cause of my condenser not being covered. This is such a ripoff. I immediately canceled my policy. Over $300.00 they got from me foe nothing. Please beware and protect you wallet.

    i give it 0 stars because the company is a RIP OFF, but couldn't submit, so i gave them a 1. You pay money monthly and when you do have a claim, it is denied. They will not even pay a $100 claim that should have been included with my plan. I cancelled my contract with them and am looking to join a CLASS ACTION SUIT.

    I had the worst experience before I even started with this company. Originally called to get a quote on two of my vehicles, the first time I called they quoted me one price and told me that I cannot post date a payment. So I decided to wait than was actually contacted by a representative and told them my situation that I needed to wait until my pay the upcoming Friday. They quoted me a quote for $52 cheaper for my cars I decided to go with that offer and post dated a payment for this upcoming Saturday on October 8. After realizing I had more bills to pay I called the day before to postpone my payment to my next payday which will be October 22. I was told four times that they canceled the payment to come out of my account on October 8. I had to call back four times because I never received a cancellation or postponement email stating that they canceled out my payment for the 8th and changed it to October 22, 6 oclock in the morning on October 8 my phone buzz I got an alert from my bank that they withdrew $198 from my checking account. To make a long story short they lied to me and told me it was changed it was not gonna come out on the eighth and it did. I finally got a hold of the company on Saturday and they recognize that the four agents never canceled out the payment as they told me they did. I asked the representative if this causes overdraft fees will they take care of the overdraft fees I was told no even though it was their fault thats not a company I want to use when they cant take ownership of their mistake. This morning I received one of my refunds back into my account I have yet to receive the other one. When I called they told me that the emails are generated out and I said to them why dont the refund email have my contract number on it and a cancellation confirmation number they told me they were not allowed to do that but they were able to give it to me over the phone Im still waiting on my other refund. I will not use this company

    It should not have taken me to write a poor review for me to her my answers! This is poor business! And HORRIBLE CUSTOMER **********************! You still are not taking OWNERSHIP of the overdraft!

    Horrible customer service. Incredibly slow in processing my claim. They incorrectly stated my beginning mileage when I started with them. Could never get anyone on the phone to be able to give me answers. Absolutely horrible experience. There are other companies that I'm sure do what I pay for...

    I would strongly NOT recommend this company or service. All of the customer service representatives are worthless and unhelpful. I only had one lady that assisted me with getting my claim approved and fixed after days of calling and going back and forth with them. They wanted to deny my claim to have my AC fixed because I had a 6 lift on my truck. After reviewing my initial call recoding of when I got my coverage they were able to determine that I did in fact tell them I had a lift kit! CARSHIELD F***** up my contract initially and made my whole experience very stressful and upsetting because I had a 6 lift kit on my truck, that they knew about! It was a basic repair at only $3-400, and when it came to paying for my repairs they didnt want to pay and made it difficult. They wanted to charge me an additional charge because I had a lift kit, and would not approve my repair until I agreed to the sur-charge. It was CarShields error NOT MINE, and then they want to increase my monthly bill from $89 to over $110 a month. Which I initially told them I was not going to pay for. I strongly do not recommend Carshield to anyone.

    We have taken our truck in for a covered repair that must be handled in 1 day and the shop has now stopped working with CarShield. No one else is available until 10/18/22 and today is the 10th. This means we must pay out of pocket and ask to be reimbursed for about $300. Weve had this plan almost 2 years and Ive been on the phone 1 hour trying to get pre-approved before any work is done as one person instructed. Since they still want the dealer to send them an estimate of the bill now, which they dont do because CarShield pays too slow and they dont want anything to do with them, they are telling me they will will not pay for the repairs nor reimburse me. If a legitimate bill is presented you should be reimbursed. You dont have a real reason not to reimburse me other than trying to eliminate or reduce payouts for repairs. I have paid you for this repair several times already. Sure I will be canceling and save my own money in a jar for repairs. Youve done us wrong and should right this!!!!!!!!!!

    Totally a rip off I paid my bill on time but when it came to fix my 2014 Chrysler 300for a oli leak called to make a claim and it was denied and I had engine and all the bells and whistles and still denied my claim I had to pay $1400 out of pocket. These people take your hard earned money each month and makes an excuse not to pay out claims. SCAM All the way around

    CARSHEILD IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST SCAMS! I canceled with them and a month later they took $200+ out of my account. When I called about getting my money back, I was informed they would have to review my cancellation and I MIGHT get a refund!
