    I am so frustrated with CarShield. Their advertisement nor salesmen accurately describe what they truly offer. They use loopholes to avoid paying the bills. You would be better off saving your own money to fix your car than trusting this insurance company. It is a scam. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

    They don't cover *** when I checked the cost, I could buy a new engine in the first year alone with the premium outs, save your money and start an account after 1 year of their prices you will have enough to cover your own repair

    Never file a clam with carshield they will never fix the problem ,I CALLED THEM and they told me to find another mechanical because the one where I was didn't honor CARSHIELD.but the commercials states a mechanical of you choice, I SENT THEM 2 CLAIMS CARSHIELD PRETEND THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE JULY PAYMENT.my checks was processed and posted on the 5th of July. Finally I took a picture of my cancelled checks and sent them to them, Then they said they didn't get then until the 26 of July.THE CALLED ME OVER 25 TIMES,EMAILED ME OVER 20 TIMES,SENT ME NOTICES OVER AND OVER.THEY DIDNT COME THROUGH FOR ME, I HAD (2) ACCOUNTS WITH THEM.they wanted me to put a card on file I REFUSED. I paid for two Vehicles out of my pocket,my husband and I.**************** not worth the time,

However, each repair facility is able to determine who they wish to do business with as well. In this case they have refused to do business with you. There is nothing that CarShield or *** can do to force any repair facility to work with you. CarShield has no control over how long it takes for us to receive mailed in payments.     I'm a victim of identity theft. Received a letter from CarShield, so I called thinking someone bought a car under my name. The young man wasn't happy when I told him I haven't had a car for over 6 years. He said to disregard the notice n then called me Gramma n hung up the phone, little *****...

    Have car shield for a year so far,2011 ***** xc60. A/C/ went out. New compressor needed. My shop said car shield wanted to replace with aftermarket cheapo unit. My mechanic said he will take less money and put in a better unit that he would trust. Paid the $100.00 deductible and they paid my shop.

    The service is fraudulent and I want the 3 months I paid refunded. The coustumer service rep ******* was extremely rude and told me she is paid by the hour when I submitted my compliant to her, she didnt want to hear it. I submitted a claim and it was denied. I took my payment off auto pay and they still deducted 119. I dont appreciate the disrespect.

    I had car shield and my transmission went out they wanted me to pay for everything and maybe they would reimburse me. If I could pay for it my self why would I need car shield to start with. BIGGEST RIP OFF EVER. They didn't pay for rental car like they said they would, didn't pay for towing like they said they would didn't pay for repairs like they said they would. The only thing they did that they said they would do was take my money. RIP OFF, SCAM

    My air in my 2014 Jeep Patriot went out. I needed a new compressor. Been car shield customer since 2019. At that time I was told this would be covered. Bill was 1100 dollars. Car shield paid 600. I was told through Caitlin it was because I didn’t use their compressor. It was not explained to me I had to use car shield car parts. A mechanic is not going to warranty an outside part like that. When I first looked into car shield back in 2019 this was not mentioned. I did ask all questions and received nothing but lies Lies Oh nothing to worry about. We have your back is what I was told

    I am so disappoint in this company. I was advised several times that my diagnostic was covered and I could take my car in. So while a the dealer ship I checked again before I had the service.So once the service was done. The dealership called and stated that car shield and ******************** stated it was not covered and now I'm liable for $195.00. I would not have taken my car in for a diagnostic had the service not been covered. Several reps from car shield told me diagnostic and recalls are covered under my plan. Now they stating it was not covered. Now i can not get my care out because I do not have the money.
