    Their business plan is to mislead you into thinking you're covered if something happens to your car. i had the "diamond" coverage for 3+ years on my car for $114 a month, they led me to believe i had bumper to bumper coverage. When i finally filed a claim they refused to pay $600+ of it and then refused to explain why they denied the claim. They administrator lady talked down to me and i had a horrible experience. I despise this company and because disappointed in the celebrities who endorse them. Please just put the monthly payment for this in a savings account. I can't believe they have any positive reviews at all.

    This is absolutely not true I have names of representatives that have told me to contact the adjuster ******* and **** I have tried for over three weeks I have not even filed a claim in April these adjusters will not respond to my phone calls I have left them many messages what they are telling the shop is subjective opinion based on no facts of course they dont want to talk to me I have left them three messages per day for the last two weeks I am very frustrated along with the repair shop dealing with this company of course they are saying something that is not true to you I have never complained about any company to the Better Business Bureau before. All I want is someone to work with me and answer my phone calls when I leave messages

    They still will not call or email me. They said to you in their response Thay trayed in April that is not true, I did not even have a claim with then till July

    I am on a fixed income so called carshield to help with future repairs if needed. My turbo went in my car so when I called to put my claim in I was informed that if I needed I needed a rental car that would be covered as well. They denied my claim and wouldnt even cover the rental or the diagnostic cost when I asked why they denied my claim they said they only cover lubricated parts of the turbo ??????? The part is being replaced they dont cover replacement parts either this company is such a rip off. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone

    It was good. It went pretty fast. I believe the service is very good considering what I paid for the repairs. It would have been a lot more had I come out of pocket.

    We had car shield for a while now our car over heated 1 time we filled a claim they denied our claim said that it was a preexisting issue well our car was taken care of it looks great BUT only 1 issue with our car it was DENIED NOT NICE

    If I could give 0 stars, I would! I have been a loyal customer to this business for 2 years, despite rumors and horror stories. But I finally experienced it for myself! My car began develop issues with the transmission. When I first noticed difficulty with accelerating, I contacted ******************** which is the Claim side of Carshield to determine how to I should proceed with filing a claim and obtaining a rental. I parked my car, until I could find a reliable car repair shop that I could have it towed in and evaluated. Once I found one of their recommended repair shops, my car was towed in and the results were consistent with Transmission failure, and I would need a new transmission. The process with car shield was dragged out to say the least. I called NUMEROUS times, to confirm rental car benefits, and attempt to expedite the process of inspection and whatever else car shield was doing! It took a month to get my car back! All of the rental benefits were out of pocket amounting close to $1200. They only offered to pay $132 *** on my repair stating they will only cover labor, when there claims representative stated they would cover inspection and wait periods due to car shield hold **** They did not want my auto shop to supply the transmission, they wanted to send their own. Who does that? It is a complete rip off! I want a refund for as a resolution for extensive wait times and rental car costs. I do not recommend. Beware! They say you can take to car dealerships, but every major dealer does not want to work with them do to the level of difficulty.

    No stars!! I have had this policy in hopes of not having to use it for over a year. The day came that I filed a claim for electrical issue and they won't cover it.I CANCELED THE POLICY!! SO DISAPPOINTED!!

    Took my car to repair shop ,Had to pay out of pocket Was told CarShield wont pay their bills Tried to get a refund ,Carshield wont pay Because they didnt have a ************ though I got permission on the phone.Paid premiums over $1600. Repairs $766 Dont be a sucker.
