This Company does not hold up there agreement you pay for. We have had Our car at the dealership for almost a month now and they refuse to comply to the terms of there agreement. We have also talked with the dealership and they are also giving them a run around. I feel that they need to be checked on and see why they don't hold up to the terms we payed for. At this time I think they are a fraud and need to be shut down as all they do is take money and don't do what they say they do. They need to be looked at as a scam. I also will be looking into any legal rights I may have to have with a Attorney to get my money returned to me as this is theft on there part.CarShield

Very disappointed. ****************** dreaded Interstate breakdowns. I got AAA to tow to my favorite dealership. I confidently told the dealership I had Car Shield and they said they dont accept Car Shield. It was probably my fault that I didnt know that not all places accept Car Shield (doubtful but Ill accept responsibility.) When I asked why they said they had trouble getting that company to pay in a timely manner or at all. As you can imagine Car Shield quickly got canceled. Now with another company for same service. If I could give less than one star I would. Please be careful so you dont pay out over a year of monthly payments for absolutely NOTHING in return.CarShield

Found out it was a scam from my Kia ********************** and several customers there as well.Have had no problems at the shop.Canceled it 7/6/22.Be sure to check any business before buying.Think we need to file a class action suit for fraud after what I have read..CarShield

I purchased a contract on a 7 year old vehicle I had recently purchased. I immediately added Carshield to protect my investment. 45 days post purchase. I took my car to a recommended repair facility. Carshield aka ******************** has left the vehicle at the facility without communicating on status to accept the repair. They will not return my call or the shops calls and continue to debit my card. It has been over 30 days since the vehicle was dropped off. This is the worst auto warranty company. Stay clear of themCarShield

When we were being sold the product, CarShield was very helpful and kind. However, when we needed to use their services, they were very difficult. When we first tried to file a claim, they declined it because they told us that we never informed them we had a rebuilt title on our car. This was a lie. We definitely told CarShield about the rebuilt title and told them to go back and listen to the calls. They informed us we were correct, so we tried again with our claim. This time they declined our claim after sending an inspector and told us we need to go to a specific shop to get our vehicle inspected. This is ridiculous. We sent our car TWICE to the same ******* dealership to be reviewed and they had nothing to say about it the first time we went there. They are liars who are trying to wear us out and waste our money so we stop trying to file a claim with them. This is a service we have paid for and are consistently being denied despite having given them all the information they need to do their part of their job.CarShield

The worse waste of money. They will decline any expensive claim by finding loop holes in the contract. Unethical company! Beware.CarShield

Carsheild said they'll cover the repairs of my aircondition on my 2015 GMC terrain when it came down to the repairs the dealership labor is 3.4 hours to repair the problem and carsheild would only pay 2 hours labor along with it we pay for recharging the airconditioning pay for this warranty for one year at a rate ****** mouth for what to line there pockets what a fault!!!CarShield

I will not tell anybody about this warranty company they are terrible you will wait two weeks to a week to get your car fixed you will not get a rental unless its four hours or more it take them one day to ship the part so I feel you should get a rental because they are holding the process up terrible companyCarShield

Do not I repeat Do not throw your money away with this company. My name is *************************** and Car sheild is a rip off. U spend your money on the warranty and if anything breaks they will tell u its your fault and they wont cover it. I would not ever deal with another warranty company ever. Plus no one ever calls to update u. Horrible customer serviceCarShield
