This company is a SCAM and Fraud. They promise 8 leads a months but none of the leads are any quality. They will not return the money back after initial sign up. State agencies will be reviewing them for fraud. This is total scam to get people to pay money upfrontBusiness Response

We are sorry that this customer did not have the best experience with us. However, she has only resorted to filing this complaint after disputing the charge with her credit card company and they agreed with us that we provided the contractually agreed upon services. Furthermore, we have an extensive training program that each client must go through prior to receiving any leads that explains where the leads come from and that there is the opportunity for them to fill out incorrect information. Lastly, she was only active for a couple of weeks so hardly an adequate period of time to ascertain the success of a 12-month program.Initial Complaint

On May 24th I signed up with House Jet Payperclose system under the name of Linkd Realty on their $2,497.00 tier with a 15% referral fee to be paid to them but on my first closing I would get my money paid back to me of which they called it a software refund. The services that they PROMISED they would be providing was **** good quality leads covering a 20-mile radius from the zip code I would be pinned within ***** hours after signing up and completing their course because they would be calling the leads and following up with leads they obtain from the marketing ads they would be doing on my business. After the sales agent, ******** that kept messaging me to sign up saying it was a no brainer because thet had the money back guarantee and could either get my money back on my first closing or by canceling but that the average agent gets 3-8 closings a year with them. Before signing up with them I spoke to the floor supervisor and asked specifically for the details on how the services worked and if I could cancel at any time without losing my money just like the sales agent, ******** promised. Both the sales agent, ******** and the supervisor promised and said there were no contracts to sign because we could cancel anytime WITHIN 12 months and obtain a full refund and did not have to stay on with them for the full 12 months. I clearly asked if I could cancel in a month or 2 and they said yes, that the soonest they had refunded someone was *************************************************************************************************************************** the business of making money and creating a relationships. So, if they are not making money, they prefer for us to part our ways, and give me my money back. If I look up the meaning WITHIN, this means anytime inside a timeframe, before a specific time and not beyond a specific time. So when the manager and sales representative, ********, said within, I clarified if I can cancel in 1 or 3 months and they said yes. I asked them to provide me with 3 refences that I could contact to verify their work. They only provided 1 agent and said this agent was the only one that gave them permission to give their contact information out to share their experience with House Jet. The reality is that they didnt have any other references because of the bad service they provide and lies they tell you. As soon as I signed up and paid, I received and email with a list of courses and items that I had to complete and were required in order to start receiving the leads they promised I would. I completed everything an updated my profile the same day. After a day, I checked to see if there were any *********************** running just as they promised, but I didnt see any and noticed their referral form was for 20% not the 15% that was promised. I checked with the sales **** ******** on the ad and the form but he routed me to their tech support line. When I called their tech support and ask as to why I didnt see any ads running and on the form the wrong referral fee was noted so that they can update it or send us another form, they said there was one ad campaign running but asked for me to send them 10 photos of the outside of homes, none of which were being used and mentioned that they could not update the form because it was just a standard form but that they had noted the referral fee on their end, of which sounded very fishy and unprofessional if they offer several levels of referral fees. Again, I checked on the ad the next day and had to follow up with them as to why they were not using all the photos that I had provided and that some of the photos they were using didnt pertain to my area and nowhere on the ad did it have my contact information showing they were marketing me like they said they would. Again, they asked me to send more photos of which I did, but again the photos were not being used correctly on the ad and then they told me that they do not market me, it was only their company name but that they do tell the leads that they work as my assistant. Another lie on the services they say they provide. When the 48 hours that they promised to send leads had passed, I call back to check as to why I had not been receiving any leads. They said that they had me pinned to a zip code and had the wrong radius that was promised I would be at. Again, they said they updated the zip code and radius and said I should see leads in about ***** hours. A whole month went by and finally towards the end, there were 2 leads in the system that they had generated but along there were notes from them saying they had not been able to reach them, no answer, etc. I myself tried calling as well and no answer. At this point I decided it was enough with these games, they were providing such bad service, never delivered their promise of **** leads per month and the 2 I did receive were not good quality and didnt even answer the phone, I was not happy with none of their services. They had under delivery on every aspect on their end but were very quick to charge my card for $2,497.00. When I called to request my refund, the lady said she was going to submit for the refund to be processed but was going to have her manager give me a call. 2 days later, I got no call and got a message through their system saying I could not get a refund because I did not meet the terms and conditions of getting a refund. I could cancel but I would be forfeiting my money because I did not stay on for 12 months with them and did not follow up on the trashy 2 leads they provided. I decided to text the sales rep that was initially hounding me to sign up but just as expected, he would not answer my calls nor my text messages. I kept on insisting and finally he texts me back saying he couldnt help me that I needed to talk to tech support on my refund and that he didnt mean that I would be able to cancel and get my money back even after I sent him pictures of his own text message that he had sent me. Since he pretty much ignored me, I called the company the next day and for 2 days no answer. When I finally got a live person on the phone, I asked who I could speak to on obtaining my refund. The person gave me the name of the Director of Agent Referral, ******************************* and said he would give her a message to call me back, but of course, never called me back. The next day I call several times throughout the day trying to get a hold of her but was unsuccessful and had to leave another message. When the Director of Agent ********, ******************************* finally called me back, I told her the whole situation and how I was unsatisfied with their services and how they did not deliver what they had promised they would. She says I didnt qualify for my refund because she did not see a note in the system from me saying that I called the lead too and therefore I was not keeping my end of the bargain per their terms and conditions. I told her I had never received their terms and conditions nor were they ever presented to me and absolutely no one mentioned to me that I had to stay with them for 12 months. On the contrary, the supervisor promised that I did not have to stay on, and could cancel anytime WITHIN 12 month for a full refund. ******************************* tells me that that was not what ********* meant, that the sales rep meant that I would receive a refund on my first closing and that the terms and conditions p*** up when you log in the first time to the system of which it was never explained nor mentioned to me and never got a pooped up alerting me of the terms and conditions they say they I had to abide by. I told them that I even had it in writing on a text message where the sales rep tells me that I could receive a refund on my first closing or WITHIN 12 months if I wanted to cancel. According to her, WITHIN 12 months means that on month 13 I would be eligible for my refund but not sooner than that. I told her to review the call that I had with the supervisor so that she can hear where I specifically asked if I could cancel on month 2 or 3 and receive my full refund without having a closing and to hear where they said yes and that I didnt not have to stay on for 12 months. She said she would review the call and send me an email in 6 days on what she had investigated and that I could not go to my bank and submit a credit dispute. I received her email on Wednesday, July 5th, NOW with the terms and conditions attached, with a date of July 16, 2023 which seems as if they created the terms and conditions after I asked for a refund, of which were never presented to me before paying, and telling me that they could not process my refund because the supervisor reinforced the 12 months money back guarantee and gave me examples of what that looked like and that the conversation aligns with their terms and conditions. But yet, she never provided the part of the call where I specifically asked the supervisor if I could get my money back in a month if I canceled and him saying yes. How convenient is that for them. ****** mentioned in her email that I had to 1. stay on the program with them for 12 months to get a closing and get my money back that way, 2. transfer the account to another agent to get a closing, or 3. have another agent assume the account, pay them the $2,497 so that they can turn around and refund me my money and lastly telling me that I need to give them an answer within a week. Sounds like black-male! Why would I even put another agent through what I am currently going through and help them steal someone elses money?! This company is so unethical and has extremely bad business practices. They lie to you and scam you out of your hard-earned money on a program that they say will work wonders for you but never deliver, it is all lies! This company should be shut down and not allowed to be in business in any kind of name that they want to use like HouseJet, Market Maker, Pay per Close, Money Tree Lead System. They have 4 different names they go by just to cover their tracks and be able to make the consumer think they are a different company but all along they are the same company scamming you out of your money. I am owed a full refund for all the lies, underdelivered promises, bad service, unethical practices, and stress they have put me through!Business Response

I am real estate agent and this company called me and made a lot of premises. They are taking agents money and are sending the agents garbage leads. They sale you this things that they will sale ads on your behalf but it has been garbage. I asked for a refund, and they stated that they could not refund my money. They are stealing people's money. They do not provide leads which is a false claim. Whatever I paid for I would like my money back.Business Response

Signed up for HouseJet - a paid at closing program.
Didn't realize you had to ONLY use their proprietary CRM and couldn't work the leads in your own way. They won't allow you access to leads and will block them/shut down your advertising upfront if you are not in there doing things every 24 hours.
I own and run a brokerage, I do not have time for this and it is deliberately misleading.
They are simply trying to steal everyones deposits and success does not really matter. An ethical company would allow their clients to receive their deposit if the relationship wasn't a good fit. Their product sucks, plain and simple.
Very disappointed.Business Response

We are sorry that this customer did not have the best experience with us, however, our entire business model is based around our customers' success so any assertion otherwise is unequivocally false. Furthermore, we are a referral based business, so we refer the leads we generate to our agents. Since we are generating the leads for ourselves, we do ensure that the agents' are following-up correctly. This is why we make every agent use our CRM and will disable marketing if they aren't following up correctly. This is to ensure our agents' are doing their part to convert a lead, generate a commission for themselves and a referral for us.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:
There are numerous ways to follow-up with clients. If they specifically require you to use their proprietary software, or lock you out from receiving leads, & then delete your profile to retain the deposit (happened in my case) that doesn't exactly sound like a favorable solution or system. Was promised calls by the VP, never got a sufficient response or calendar invite. Reached out and created support tickets and numerous other emails... Have records of all of this. You need to unlock the account / reactivate so I can retain my deposit and hopefully have an agent use the system etc. or issue a refund.

I was charged for a service that completely and falsely advertises a service of posting on social media, providing potential information on those people who fill out the form, and then disseminating them to their payees. I requested a refund 6 months into the agreement and only received a response that there are several additional criteria in order to get a refund. Those include ones that were NOT listed on the contract. Shame on this company for taking advantage of other real estate professionals or potentially non real estate persons managing this company.Business Response

We are sorry this customer did not have the best experience with us. However, I am also confused as to what issue he is trying to bring up regarding our services. I will address his inaccurate comment regarding our refund policy. As you can see in the attached PPC Addendum, our refund policy is clearly spelled out in this document, which was also electronically signed by the customer on February 28, 2023. Also attached is a ticket, submitted by the customer and responded to by our customer service staff, in which a refund was requested and the exact same refund policy was quoted to the customer. The customer then began to baselessly threaten us with lawsuits if we did not go against our written policy, which he previously agreed to and signed, if we did not give him a refund. Our policy has not changed, nor will we be bullied into going against a policy that thousands of other customers have no issue abiding by.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:
service provider did not effectively portray their service and how the service is supposed to be set up. They failed to explain the quality or derivatives of where the leads come from and or how they were obtained. They take payment and claim to provide a service but do not effectively show a user how it works. They have since shut down my profile without a effective compensation of fees that was paid in. Until Im adequately refunded for their bait and pay company I reject their response and further explained that the company misrepresented the companies abilities and quality of service in order to get a signed agreement

We are sorry that this customer continues to be disgruntled even after we produced his signed copy of our refund policy. I believe his issue now is that we do not explain where the leads come from or how to use our system so I will address those. After completing the initial set up of a clients' system, they are immediately required to watch a "Fast Start" video, which clearly explains where the leads come from and how best to work with them. There are also numerous videos in any clients' system on how to use their system and best practices to use as a real estate agent. We wish nothing but the best for this customer but stand by our original response.Customer Answer

Complaint: ********
I am rejecting this response because:
Clearly this company is trying to place blame on consumers without addressing the real issue behind the reason for this complaint. They mislead, deceive, and market themselves as a lead company guaranteeing their services will provide a closing of a consumer client within 12 months. They require, in order to receive a refund, every training platform completed, interaction updated, and 12 months on their system. The slogan "we guarantee you will close one deal in 12 months or your money back" is misleading to the general consumer. Look at the company reviews on several platforms. A good example is they do not allow negative feedback on their facebook site. They will remove constructive criticism in order to make themselves look great. A reputable company allows criticism and responds to it, not delete and censor that individual. All have the same frustrations with this company. Failing to refund consumers money for misleading consumers. Due to this complaint with BBB they have also shut down my profile on their site that according to my records have not been refunded.
Sincerely,

Referring to their signed terms document. The terms agreement is too broad and lacks any acknowledgment or wrong doing by the companies fault. Several items within this terms acknowledgment were NOT performed by this company. They therefore also broke these terms of acknowledgement.
It is also not a legal contract as it is not signed by a representative owner or member of their company. It is strictly an acknowledgment of the terms without a dual agreement signature this is not a contract. Therefore there is no legal means for them to not refund a consumers funds.Initial Complaint

I recently signed up for marketing services with this company. When speaking with the salesperson I specifically said I did not want to be purchasing Facebook generated leads. After sending an initial deposit of $1,997 to begin with them, I login to their site to find out the company generates their leads from FACEBOOK! I have asked for a refund within a couple days of finding this out. I have received absolutely no services from them. I have called multiple numbers and emailed their support. I received a call from a manager who told me I will not get be refunded and I have to just deal with it. She told me I would receive a call within 2 days day to speak with someone else in the company. It has now been 3 days with absolutely no call, no text, no voicemail, and no email. I did receive an email saying they would close my open ticket on the matter which I responded to saying not to because nothing was solved. I have reviewed a good amount of reviews and see others have had very concerning issues. I feel I have been scammed. I would like a refund from this business immediately as I want no part in their services. I was misled with false information. I want absolutely nothing to do with this company. I was lied to!Business Response

We are sorry that this customer never voiced a single complaint to us other than he was having computer problems and was having a hard time setting up his marketing. Additionally, as can be seen by the attachment "Lead List" we generated 7 leads for him prior to his marketing being disabled due to inactivity. Please note that any clients' marketing will be disabled if they do not show that they have worked a lead in 14 days. This is seen on the same attachment as this customer left notes and called the first three leads he received and then stopped, which is why the last four have a blue bubble next to them.Initial Complaint

On May 15th I began a relationship with the House Jet Payperclose system. I was promised leads to begin within ***** hours of completing all of the required start-up courses and profile building. I completed everything they requested on day one. They have not followed through with anything yet. I was asked for Photos, none are being used, I was asked to provide links for photos, none have been used. To date I have not received any sort of agreement even though I submitted ticket requests, email and phone calls. One the first day I called for the agreement immediately after receiving an invoice receipt via email with no contract attached. I was told there was no one in the office to send it? Pretty fishy answer and 2 weeks later it's still not here. I then sent a ticket and the response was that they would not send me the agreement until I closed a deal. An email requesting the same was sent and never answered. (Both are Attached). The last communication I received was from ********************************* who had to ask me what amount I was quoted for the referral fee so that she could send an agreement. Would it not make sense if the company had that information? During the conversation with representative I was told she was going to submit a request for refund because I was not happy with the quality of the leads. I repeated that this isn't the case and she refused to changed the reason for request. ****** continued to repeat that they were not going to refund my money because of this false statement that she refused to update. No contract, dodging questions and broken promises. Scam There should be something done to protect people from being scammed by HouseJet, Market Maker, Pay per Close or any other name that this company may be using to harm the public. Their responses are vague and aloof. Everyone has a "meeting to go to" or is not available. Something needs to be done to put a stop to this company from dragging customers over the coals and stealing their money.Customer Answer

We are sorry for any confusion that was created for this customer. In reviewing the complete support tickets he references, I do see quite a bit of internal dialogue with our marketing team that was relayed to the customer as he first sent MLS #'s instead of actual photos, when we eventually got the images, we did update his marketing campaign and asked for an additional five photos as having at least ten helps the algorithm determine the best combination of photos and text to maximize results. The referral fee is tracked by myself and the sales team to reference when a customer has a ******************** so we can get them the correct forms. I signed up for HouseJet after seeing an ad on facebook with misleading marketing. I spoke with a sales agent who implied I would receive high volume and I need to upgrade to a higher plan and he added in zip codes for a better deal. They said I would receive my first lead within 24/48 hours. None of the leads sent were real and the first one had the contact information of someone within the company and they called it a "tester" lead. In no way did they provide these important details or that the leads they would provide would not have valid contact information or would not correspond to real people. They implied that there would be high volumes and that could not be further from the truth. Rather than complain- I asked for clarity- I did not receive that- I asked for a refund and after asking daily- I finally received a call from an employee saying she was there to "level" my expectations that were also SET by an employee within the same company. Since my initial request for refund only 3 days after starting this bogus program- they say someone from sales will call and they never do. I have not received my refund nor a timeframe to expect it. They do not provide contact information to reach out to resolve and have a lot of hidden verbiage to prevent the consumer from exercising the right to dispute and/or arbitrate the issue directly. This company uses Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices to take advantage of consumers and rather than make it right- attempt to follow through even when knowingly wrong. It is an unethical practice and illegal. This company still has my money- $2,497 although they said they would give a refund after someone called me- no one has called, they refuse to provide a contact number and no refund has been received or initiated according to my bank. I simply want a refund. I paid money in exchange for a specific service that I did not receive. Two weeks of waiting for no progress is unreasonable.Business Response

On 5/12/2023 I received a call from a lead generating program about becoming a partner. I was told they had leads waiting that would come to me in 24-48 hours. I was going to get an account manager and two assistants who would warm transfer calls to me. The amount of successful people dwindle each time a new person is on the phone. I call during business hours and their staff "aren't settled in" 15 minutes into their shift. I was told this was a lead program but only after you get in the system do you find out the truth. You do NOT get warm transfers. Leads do NOT come in that 24-48 hr period. Leads are NOT waiting for you to partner up. I was lied to in order to sell me a program that is a scam. This company is a marketing platform NOT Leads like I was led by their staff to believe. I would have never agreed had the staff been more transparent. I still gave their program a try and STILL nothing. I asked for my account manager or whatever it is to contact me sooner than two weeks and absolutely nothing has been done. I am not willing to risk any of my clients or potential clients to a company that misrepresented itself and performed bait-and-switch.Business Response
