      Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the concerns expressed by **********************.  Meridian Financial Services, Inc. received ************************* account from our client, **************** on June 5, 2024 for past due maintenance fees.

      All qualified debts serviced by Meridian are reported to two major credit reporting agencies *********** and Experian on a monthly basis.  A qualified debt is defined as either an outstanding loan debt, maintenance fees from separate years, or special assessments billed by a client.  All amounts that Meridian pursues are authorized by the documents that the debtor signed to create the debt and/or state law.  Meridian is also not the owner, or holder of the debt that was placed by Bluetree for collections.

      I have attached a copy of the Warranty Deed recorded in the Orange County Clerk of ************* on December 30, 2005 indicating that ********************************** and **************************************, are the legal owners of the timeshare interest at ****************. Our client provided a copy of ************************** account history.

      Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the concerns expressed by ********************.  Meridian Financial Services, Inc. received ************************ account from our client,TLC ********************** LLC (TLC) on October 20, 2020, for past due mainteance fees.

      All qualified debts serviced by Meridian are reported to two major credit reporting agencies *********** and Experian on a monthly basis.  A qualified debt is defined as either an outstanding loan debt, maintenance fees from separate years, or special assessments billed by a client.  All amounts that Meridian pursues are authorized by the documents that the debtor signed to create the debt and/or state law.

      Upon researching ************************ claims, our client provided the attached Membership Enrollment Agreement and all other related documents that were executed by ***************************** and ******* ***************************** on September 19, 2016, related to their purchase of the membership through TLC.   Our client also provided the History Report for ********************.

      Colonial Acres a time share in ************* send my and my now ex-wife account to ******** for collections. My ex wife paid in full the balance that was owed. Now 4 months later they are still calling and sending me letters that I owe them money still. It has also not been removed from my credit report or marked as resolved.

      Upon researching ************** claims, our client provided the attached Warranty Deed that was recorded June 19, 2003 in ************* that verifies that ************************* and ************************************** are the legal owners of the timeshare at ************************************************* & Resort.  Our client also provided the History Report for the *****.

      I do not have a signed contract with either EAGLE TRACE OWNERS ********** or Meridian Financial Service. I requested the original contract stipulating that I am liable for this payment. We urgently request that any contract and relationship with Massanutten Resort's Timeshare Ownership of Eagle Trace 1458 be terminated and the entire maintenance fee paid up to date with a fair market value interest rate be refunded to us for violating their own Section 9 Maintenance Program.

      Timeshare is Ex Husband's upon the divorce and should not be the responsibility of Ex Wife, request this be removed from my credit report.

      A phone number ************ calls stating they are Meridian Financial trying to "help me out" to settle a claim from their "client" before I have to go to court. They will not disclose the claim or client. I have asked them numerous times to remove my information that they have, phone numbers, and cease and desist contact. There is no such claim against me and the calls to myself and other numbers they have "googled" that I use for business are disruptive of my time. They claim to be a ***** and a *********************. They talk back and forth amongst themselves wile on the phone with you trying to convince you of your "debt of a contract owed". My lawyer advised I do not entertain them but I felt I had to report here to help ease others of their scare tactics.

      Upon researching your request, I have been unable to locate an account within our system given the information provided.  Please note, Meridian Financial Services, Inc. is a third party collection agency located in ************** that specializes in the timeshare industry.  Our office does not have employees by the name of ***** or *********************, nor do we utilize the telephone number ************.

      Please note, there are numerous collection agencies in the ************* that utilize the name Meridian Meridian Financial Management, Meridian Financial Solutions, etc. 

      If you feel that we are the correct agency, please provide additional information regarding the account in question, such as an account number and I will be more than happy to attempt to locate an account.

      However, it is associated with Meridian Financial Solutions out of ********

      Again, we also do not have any employees by the name of *****, nor have we ever in the 30+ years we have been in business.

      All qualified debts serviced by Meridian are reported to two major credit reporting agencies *********** and Experian on a monthly basis.  A qualified debt is defined as either an outstanding loan debt, maintenance fees from separate years, or special assessments billed by a client.  All amounts that Meridian pursues are authorized by the documents that the debtor signed to create the debt and/or state law.

      Upon researching ****************** claims,our client provided the attached Membership Purchase Agreement and Promissory Note executed November 16, 2018, showing that *************************** and **************** are the responsible parties for the membership through Travel Resorts of America.  Our client has also provided Loan History and Maintenance Fee History for both accounts.

      I did not Give Travel Resorts of America permission to sell this Debt to Meridian or any other Collection Agency.  Travel Resorts of America did not deliver as Promised and turned out be a scam.
