I just spoke with ***** at Members Getaway Prime. Looking for a trip to ****** and ************** next year -- she was extremely helpful -- sent great ideas to get me started on planning a wonderful trip. Do not purchase from Brio Vacations aka RSI. The offers are no better on travel then you can locate on you own research. We fill we have been scammed. Then I received a call back wanting to know why I sent an email cancellation on the membership. I told them why and now they said they cant cancel that I have to call the sales office to cancel. That they do not work for the company. What a scam.RSI Vacations

5 starsOn 5/5/2025, I had a very poor customer service experience. After that I was in contact with the manger Robert Newman who was very helpful and got my challenges situated. He even sent me a letter as to what I needed for my estate planning. Then he was going to be in contact with the representative to coach her for better customer service skills. Since then my family and I went on a short trip and it was easy to use the program. We had a wonderful time.Review fromRichard P

Received mailing to participate in "2025 ************************** via Zoom. When registering, we were told it would take ***** minutes of our time and that at the end, we would receive a "Complimentary 3, 5, or 7 night cruise for 2 adults...including complimentary airfare from most major airports." We were on the Zoom call for 2 hours (120 minutes). I have been involved in other product focus groups. This was not a "Focus Group"...it was a sales presentation to join a vacation club. The original price for life time membership: $9995 plus $299 document fee but for the first 2 people in our "focus group" to raise their hand, $3000 discount. We were then passed on to another zoom room and given another sales pitch. When told "no", we were transferred to another person who dropped the price to $2995. When we said "no", they told us our gift would be emailed to us and that we would have to pay port fees and taxes totaling $300 to $1000 per person. So much for the free cruise. And, we never received the gift!! We were also told no cell phone and no other computer access except of the one being used for zoom. Why? Because they did not want anyone to do their research as then talked. I have been through other sale pitches similar to this but never...NEVER...this deceptive. Also, when my wife asked a question about National Parks, the presenter could not provide an answer. We were not even allowed to view their website.RSI Vacations

Very disappointed in this company. Weve tried to use them numerous times and whatever they advertise is always not available for whatever reason. Dont know if they just dont update their website as needed or its false advertising or what but total waste of time and money. We seriously regret be becoming members. No good at all.RSI Vacations

Still waiting to resolve these issues. Ive both called and written them several times to no avail. Someone has called me back but its at random times and not when I could answer. They dont respond to written resolution suggestions, even though they say they do. Dont know if Will accidentally ever connect up on the phone at this rate or just play phone tag forever.. Apparently they are unable to make an appointment or to arrange times for both sides to talk to resolve. More wasted time and frustration with no positive results.
